      Said 6 days for longest transfer. Going on 8 now. No way to get my $800. Can't cancel transfer. ****** accents on **************** are ZERO help. They STEAL your money. No diapers for my kid. Now have to wait ANOTHER 10 DAYS FOR A REVIEW?!? WTF? Go use money gram or walk your money wherever it needs to go because you will lose your money and time from western union. DO NOT USE WESTERN UNION! THEY ARE THIEVES!!

      Quality and reliability of this service is lower from one year to another. This was our preferred way for sending money to ***** but we are looking for something else now. From some time our family in ***** has problems with picking up money. This was not one case. We had to reverse transaction because they simply refused to release money for recipient. All data on bill was correct, no errors on name or transaction id. We only lost fee.

      I wouldn't ever use Western Union from *** third world country. I wonder why they even accept money.The Truth is, if u send money to *****, Western union sends it to tue bank. Its the banks job to deposit to the Recipient, so I'm told. So why even put the account number? The bank is enjoying the money and not depositing it to the recipient. Why doesn't Western Union state that when u send funds? Because Western Union doesn't care. They collect the fees, and there's no refund.

      They do not care about their customers. Couldnt send money and when asked for a reason all was given was company policy and told to try another way or go to an office. After trying another way same thing happened!!! When emailed to complain and talked to them on phone no reason given except company policy even thought they couldnt tell me what that was. After over a dozen emails complaining all I get is standard repeat generated responses

      This company deserves no stars but apparently I need to select at least one. The ** exchange rate for ********** is ******** while the exchange rate researched based on research through multiple sources is ******. This means over $100 will be lost to predatory practices. I consider this unethical and theft.

      Don't waste your time. They can and will deny legitimate transfers and will not give you a reason. Garbage company.

      I bought money orders to pay someone and in the end didnt end up needing to use it . It takes seconds to put money on the money order but of course on your website it says the refund process can take up to 30 days which ***** if thats all the money you have at the time and you also forgot to put on your money order refund page that the only way you( Western Union) send the money back is through check which takes 10 business days, so now you have to wait even more days to get your own money back. Not sure if I looked on the wrong refund page but please next time put the information that the refund will be a check and take additional time to get to you.

      Biggest scumbags I have ever dealt with. I attempted to send $25,000 to a clinic in ******* on June 26th, 2022, where my mother passed away of COVID.It took about (2) hours to send the money through multiple authorizations from Western Union and at the end of the transaction was told by Western Union the money would be available to receiver within (15) minutes. Was then notified money wasn't available and (2) days later I was called saying bank statements were needed. I then sent my personal bank statements on June 28th, 2022. The next day the transaction was cancelled. The reason I was told is "Business Decision". I was denied repeatedly transfer to a Supervisor. I was denied the opportunity to provide proof of the debt which a notarized legal document stating that the *************** can put a lien on our houses if debt was not paid. It was a horrific and traumatizing experience. Bear in mind I sent money to the receiver (3) times before in amounts of $3,500. Myself or anybody I ever come into contact with will ever send money through Western Union. I don't appreciate being treated like a criminal. Western Union is the scum of the earth.

      **************** is a joke. The money order which I still have in my possession states I can get a refund online, online says I can call, I call and I get a computer telling me I have to mail it in, I do more searching online and find what I think is the right page and then the page does not work. A dropdown menu to choose my state is broken. It also says the website is unavailable. I take to ******* to complain and the person running that account tries to direct me back to the website which I've just said does not work, which I point out and then they ask what the problem is. But they are just wasting my time because once I tell them they direct me to call customer service or speak with them through their chatroom online, both of which I have already done.They are holding my money hostage and trying to kill my hope of ever getting it back in the hopes they can keep it, and this seems to be their entire business model. My mother had similar problems a few years ago with a house payment, it took her months to get her money back when it went missing. I'll never use this organizations 'services' again, and I recommend nobody else does, either.

      Maybe there should be a zero star for these kind of businesses. Or even a negative star for client businesses that blatantly lie.Online it shows they are have a special with 0.0 fees any amount up to ******* I created the account, I setup my account and Receiver and started a transfer. All of a sudden it showed ***** Handling Fees and it reduced my total amount.Maybe I am too old for this, but that is not a free offer. I know the destination country has charges. So, why the sending country USA, wit a special offer of no fees still charges me *****.I called back and had them delete my account and everything. I hope that is it for me.
