Ntherm consistently has harassed my office. I have received no less than five calls a day from this company. Their over the phone solicitation tactics are completely aggressive, and it takes time away from my actual job. Please place ************** on your no call list.Business Response

ug 14 2024 I called Ntherm to have them cancel their service as I found out it is a variable rate when I wanted a fixed rate. I answer a general line of a social enterprise associated with a non-profit in **********. We have received multiple calls from Ntherm in the past week. The last call I received was from ***** at extention 7116 demanding to be transferred to the person who handles the energy bill. His demeanor was that of a questionable collections agent. It seems as though Ntherm's tactic is to bully potential clients into services. We are definitely not interested in doing business with this company. This business calls my place of employment. When asked to leave a message the lady INSISTED on speaking to someone & said it was in regards to our account. I answer the line & when she starts her statement I interrupted her & told her that her insisting to speak to someone was ridiculous and for no good reason bc we are not interested in their services, we have been telling them this and told them not to call again and hung up. She IMMEDIATELY called back to say that I "misunderstood why she was calling". I almost felt bad until I googled their company. No, I am 100% correct in what they were calling for. We are not interested & want them to STOP HARASSING US!!!Where do you find such impossibly rude & aggressive employees??
