    Extremely rude and obnoxious. The woman has called our office 4 times in a 5 minute span - will not listen to what we have to say. Continued to talk over me.

    **** at extension **** called to ask for someone that takes care of billing. I said they were not in. She was insistent and RUDE. I took her name and number for the correct person and then she LIED and said we called her. Considering I was the ONLY PERSON here at the office at the time she said someone called (2 min ago). I told her then that we can disregard this phone call (i already knew this sounded like such a scammy company by not giving the name of the business and super low details on to why they were calling). She proceeded to tell me that "no we can't disregard this phone call" She then tried to call back.Love all these 5 star reviews. Clearly bots or people that work for them. Listen to all these 1 stars!

    Someone cold called my office and spoke with a team member asking for management. They were told I could be reached by email, but my team member was told "I have already tried calling and leaving messages and I am going to just keep calling until I can get through". This is unacceptable and I called back this morning to say so. I had to get assertive to be put through to a manager, and she was very nice and promised to put us on the Do Not Call List. We will see if this is the case... But this company will definitely call a million times acting like they must speak to a manager/owner about "the account" that doesn't exist.

    ****** from this company called my office yesterday and demanded that my office manager break into a client meeting because there is an overdue invoice. I have never heard of this company until now and do not ever plan on doing business with them. I feel verbally threatened by this person and if he calls again, I will be calling the local police authorities and filing a police complaint against him for verbal abuse.

    Horribly obnoxious people, I've asked them to stop calling my place of work at least 5 times and they keep showing up. Ntherm are swindlers pedaling garbage that you have to **** at math to fall for, never a chance these idiots would get a dollar out of me but their scummy business tactics waste my time at work constantly. Slightly upset that 1 is the lowest the star system goes.
