    People are rude. Dont take no for an answer. I had this company in the past and your bill starts out lower and then continues to clime! Total rip off. I think the good reviews here are people within the company leaving them,

    Received a cold call today - female representative would not take no for an answer. She called 3 times back to back and kept telling me I was not understanding why she was calling, stating this was not a sales call and that nTherm was my supplier and if I could just grab my bill to discuss my rate she could save me more money. nTherm is not my supplier and I should not have to request multiple times to stop calling as she spoke over me.
