    Lady on the phone was very rude and would not take no for an answer. She called and kept telling me I was not understanding what she was telling me. Continued to tell me that this was not a sales call and the she was with Dominion. I told her that we are fine with the supplier we had and she continued to tell me that they could save me up to 40% on our bills but ensured me that it was not a sales call. I had to hang up on her as she would not listen to my answer to her requestes. Completely unprofessional and rude!

    If I could give negative stars I would. This company is a scam and tries to pretend they are your utility company giving you a lower rate. It is in fact false. You may have a lower rate for a short period of time, but then it will gradually continue to rise even higher than what your normal rate would be! I cancelled this service and they continue to call my cell phone and my work phone. I have asked them at least a dozen times to remove me from their call list. And what do you know, they called me AGAIN! Do NOT believe this scam artist. If they somehow get your number, they will harrass you nonstop. All I want is for it to stop. I have asked multiple times for them to not contact me.

    That's odd. Our customer service team rarely experiences any hold times. 99% of calls are answered within 20 seconds. Maybe you were dialing the wrong number? Either way, we have found four phone numbers associated with the business from your email address. We have added those four phone numbers to our internal do not call list.
