    I just receive a call saying that he is from NIPSCO and we qualify for a rebate and should get a lower rate on our electricity bill - wanted me to read off the account number from NIPSCO - I found it fishy since my caller id did not show NIPSCO - asked him to email me instead if he was indeed from NIPSCO - checked BBB and found lot of complaints against this company - apparently they have tried this with lot of other businesses . ***** CLEAR OF THEM AND DONT GIVE THEM ANY INFO - they should be sued for harrassing people and scamming them into switching accounts and giving misleading information

    I received calls from NTherm leading me to believe they were associated with my local utility company and leading me to believe they were going to save me money and receive rebates. After going through series of questions I was told that we qualified for a lower rate. I then asked if that was the case, why wouldn't my local utility company just apply the new rate. They just said they worked in conjunction with them and were very adamant that there was no contract to sign. I told them NO several times and even looked them up on the Better Business Bureau's website and saw the same "SCAMming techniques" and told her about it. I also stated that I'm not agreeing to anything and that I say no to everything. She tried numerous times to get me to agree and would not take NO for an answer. I finally just had to hang up on her after I said NO one more time. Please do NOT call me back and remove me from your calling list!!!

    If I could give them no stars I would. Harassment is not even beginning to describe this company. They continue to call even though we have told them several times to remove ** from their list and that we are not interested. The people are rude - play dumb and act as if they have never called before. We had a "manager" call back after we told the employee that we were not interested with an almost threatening tone. I have never dealt with such a terrible company. Don't answer the first time. Stay away!!!

    If I could give them zero stars I would Everything them promised me was not true I did not pay attention the first few months having the secretary pay the bill ****** I knew my electric bill was double then almost triple. Than What I was originally paying I called them and everyone just didn't seem to care. Very bad I can't believe I was suckered into this I wish my electric company would Put in their monthly bills on the scams That are out there especially for the elderly etc Zero stars stay away from this company

    Ntherm called various times the past week. I repeatedly asked to be removed from their calling list but they still call back asking for the Owner. They say they are calling to review the rebate we are due and to discuss changing rates. The lady is rude and actually hung up on me the last call.

    **** called me 50 times over 2 months, told her i dont handle the gas or electric. Claims she would send us a rebate check and lower our gas bill. She told me to get a few numbers off of our gas bill and i did. then she said we would receive packet in the mail. Well, right before she hangs *********** " oh one more thing i think i will need your account number" I tell her NO, i am calling DTE first and I am going to ask if I can give this out to you. She interuppted me and said No just give me your account number, then i went off on the stupid (&*(& and mother !@@## her up and down the east and west coast and hung up on her for trynig to scam me. How come nothing is being done. Said her name was ****** and she was from nTherm and we could all het back at 8 eight 8 dash 599 thirty-five 68 at extension **** but they called me from ***************** +1 (7-two-four) sixhundred 17- eighty nine thirty five

    I signed on for electricity with a variable rate (knowingly). The rate started at ***** the first month. I expected a hike the second month, as rates are going out of sight. It was ****. Ok. I just received my third month's bill - .12! I called and they offered me a rate adjustment for next month at ***** (again). So, after several calls, I realize that the first month is not even based upon cost of electricity, but it is just an INTRODUCTORY RATE. It is a no-fee cancellation, so of course I did. If I look it up today on a comparison site, the rate is *****. If this is the way they are going to do business, they should make it clear that the first month is NOT based on cost, but just a way to get you in. I could live with the ****, but double is out of the question. I feel they should make a rate adjustment for the third month for PR, but knowing the lack of integrity that this company possesses, it will never happen. This is definitely not a company I would recommend to anyone.

    We, as well, have had numerous harassing phone calls from nTherm who try to sneak their way in by acting like they're Nipsco. Like others have said, they trying to talk to anyone and everyone, while not accepting NO as an answer. We had to tell the same caller no 4x in one day, only for him to call back and try to file a complaint with our HR department. No idea who they are, but complaint has been file with the ****************. Sadly, even their responses to complaints on here are canned, and probably just a bot.
