Very confusing third party supplier called my business to tell me about my ********* Town Gas account telling me I was due for a lower rate and that I would get a rebate check to the address on file. I asked multiple times if they worked for *************************** and they wouldn't say then finally said they worked with nTherm. I do not need any changes made to my current ***************** account. I asked them to stop calling and manager kept calling me back multiple times. Please take us off your call list.nTherm, LLC

We have rejected their sales pitch at least 9 times. I have repeatedly asked to be taken off the call list and different sales **** continue to call, now asking for different members of leadership hoping to get a different answer. This is the most obnoxious company I have ever had to speak to and for that reason alone I would NEVER do business with them. Their reviews speak volumes and I am shocked there isn't more that can be done against companies that continue to harass and waste the time of businesses like this.nTherm, LLC

In true nTherm practice - we JUST received ANOTHER call from nTherm in spite of supposedly being added to their do no call list more than 72 hours ago. The copy/paste BS that this company puts in their replies to reviews is absolute garbage lies.nTherm, LLC

All calls have come in through the line ending in 8000 and are then transferred as nTherm tries to find someone to badger into changing providers. A company-wide email has gone out to instruct everyone to send calls directly to me and not engage at all. We will never use nTherm and I will not allow any staff time to be wasted on these calls.The standard script is to make it sound like they are working with our our gas company and are calling regarding an invoice. nTherm then uses textbook hard sell tactics to try to lock people into a contract thinking they will save money and then just a few short months later their rates go up well over what they were paying their original provider. nTherm appears to bank on people and businesses not realizing they are not with the utility company or on making the switch, getting comfortable with a few months of lower bills and then not paying attention to the rates going forward so they make money before customers have time to call and switch their service back.Cold call, hard sell tactics are DISGUSTING and the first sign of an absolute garbage company to do business with in my opinion. If the service was actually worth using and a benefit to the customer they wouldn't need high pressure, manipulative scripts to try to lock down a contract before the person or business knows what hit them. ALL calls are recorded here - it's the same approach and script every.single.time. Every time we are called we respond with asking for the number to be added to the do not call list - at that time company practice should be to remove that number, that company entirely, not pass the call to level-2 harassment to keep the hard sell going and to challenge adding the number to the do not call list. I have personally had someone at nTherm refuse to add our number to the do not call list while on one of the calls. Others have provided reviews of what happens on these calls to customer service that "**** S" suggests as well. nTherm is the WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with in all my decades of professional experience.nTherm, LLC

I have repeatedly asked for agents to stop calling me.The consistent calls one right after another is not ******* personal life is none of this company's business, however I have PTSD. Due to reasons that are, again, no one's business, repeated calls from the same number all in a row is a big, big trigger for me. Especially since the calls are coming from an area code that is the same as mine. (But leaving a callback number that starts with 866? Very suspicious)Consent is everything. When I've repeatedly asked to no longer be contacted and I'm still receiving calls every single day, that is a huge problem. I don't care how low this company's prices are. I don't care if they're as good for the environment as they claim to be.Blatantly ignoring boundaries is abhorrent at best.Please, please never do business with them.They should be ashamed.nTherm, LLC

**** from nTherm ****************** was extremely rude on the phone and failed to follow basic phone etiquette. He was rude to our admin staff and failed to provide any information that would convince them to pass the call along. Definitely felt like talking to a scammer. ******* from NTherm just called my place of business and wouldn't let me explain why I chose a different utility provider. She kept talking over me and wouldn't let me explain that NTherm doesn't actually provide my utility anymore. I was trying to tell her that I chose a different utility provider. When I interrupted (yes, I did try to politely interrupt to stop her so she didn't waste her time), she kept talking over me. Eventually she said "awwwwww someone got you to agree to a different rate" in a snarky tone. When I said I made an educated decision and we went with a different firm she said to me "do you always talk to people like this" as she was consistently talking over me and interrupting. This is NOT the way to do business. This is NOT the way to gain a customer when I was trying to save you time in a sales call. I am completely appalled at the manner in which she was speaking to me. I don't care how low their rate is, I will never do business with them again.nTherm, LLC

My wife was being stalked, called multiple times, all the time so she finally answered on speaker phone. Her name is *** **** (if that's her real name) phone number 855-542-24l6 or 888-865-34o2to call her back. This company and her were very rude always trying to get me to switch to Ntherm for gas. We didn't bite at the bait. After researching *** will still charge you to deliver the said Ntherm gas to your home. NEVER SWITCH to something that sounds fishy leaving a WELL known company that is tried and true.nTherm, LLC
