    AeroCare billed ** for $48.59. The credit card expired and the charge was declined. They did not notify us until we were late and then charged us $272.53 with no explanation of the fees. Horrible.

    I get my equipment quickly and easily but no disclosure of how much its going to cost, no bill from them and then about every 90 days a get a huge bill from a collection agency. I am currently looking for a new provider

    Horrible to work with! They keep saying "contact your insurance" and charging me more than what was authorized. they cannot explain to me why I am paying for and renting the same device. They also cannot explain why my charges may change.Additionally, it is very difficult to contact them as their email does not work. Also, you cannot turn your AutoPay off. They have depleted my FSA account for 2023 and it is March.

    Can't get refund on returned products. You can spend hours trying to a person who understands anything. Hometown respiratory and Aerocare don't communicate. Customers are not priority.

    Sent CPAP supplies that were horrible and did not fit face and caused air leaks. I've never seen cushions and headgear that looked like these?? Why couldn't Aerocare send what I've been receiving for years? Why send me this c*** CPAP leaky cushions, mask, and horrible fitting headgear?

    Terrible company was billed for replacement of recalled supplies. Have spent hours trying to resolve and each time I am told it is taken care of I get another bill. Their lastest excuse is I didn't return the used c-pap mask that their was a recall on. They initially told me to dispose of it, now they claim I am being billed because I did not return an item they told me to dispose of

    This company is terrible. I had hip replacement surgery on 1/23 and was released from the hospital on 1/26. My doctor had ordered a 3 in 1 bedside commode from them for my use at home. Today is 2/1 and I still dont have it. First they told me it was never ordered even though it showed on my discharge orders from the hospital. Then my surgeon sent the order again 2 days ago. After talking to them again today, they said that wasnt good enough. They need more specific orders. My doctor said they sent that too. It is obvious to me that no one in this firm cares enough about my situation. My poor tiny wife has to lower my 230 lb. frame onto the toilet every time I have to go. She is going to have back problems before this is done. Please dont use this company in ********, **!

    Worst company I have EVER dealt with. My machine was ordered in August of 2022, and the only call I ever received from them was a voicemail saying they were contacting my insurance company. That was a lie. I tried multiple times to reach them directly and through my sleep provider to get a status on the orderI needed machine before the end of the year because my deductible was paid upbut they would never return my call. Finally, I reached them through the contact us form on their website. They contacted me right back and told me the machine was ready. I believe they deliberately waited until January to provide. Although the tech that helped with the machine and paperwork was very nice and helpful, I discovered I was also LIED to about the amount due on pickupits way moreand NEVER told I had to set up autopay. I had a plan for paying, but am now going to have to figure out something else. This company is DISHONEST, UNCOMMUNICATIVE, and completely UNTRUSTWORTHY.

    Worst provider I have ever dealt with! They will not submit a claim to my insurance with all the info my insurance needs to process the claim. So my insurance denies the claim. But they then charge my credit card. This has been going on for 7 months now. I have called them multiple times, they keep saying they are resubmitting the claims with the required info, but when I talk to my insurance, they havent received any resubmitted claims. Buyer Beware!!!! I only selected one star because I couldnt select zero stars.
