    Horrible company! Twice now they've randomly taken HUNDREDS of dollars from our checking account with no bills, no warning! They don't submit bills to insurance unless you fight with them but good luck getting someone in their office. All numbers go to one location and you'll never be told the same thing.The local office claims billing is corporate's fault and corporate blames the local office.We even removed autopsy and for the last two days we've had 12 charges totally over $500 taken out of our account. We haven't seen a bill in a year!We're so fed up We're calling the ******** Attorney General and filing a complaint.Stay away from this predatory company.

    ********* had purchased a company I had been doing business with for years. Since then I had three orders in row where I got calls from collection agencies AND getting bills of varying amounts after I had already paid. So last time I ordered something I found they had billed and was paid in full by insurance company. I also then found the check I had paid to them for slightly lower amount. Then on the day I was going to call to find out why they billed me and my insurance company I get a call from...you guessed it, a collection agency. I told them them where they could place their call and then called ********* billing. I got the same woman I always get and she tried to tell me I had to call my local provider because she can't view their records even though they own them. I told her I called the number on the bill to get her...she said I had no choice. So I did...guess who they transferred me to when I asked about billing. This time this woman was able to find an 'outstanding balance' that was yet another different amount. You make up your own mind if this is a company you want to do business with. In looking for a new provider I noticed Res *** does not list them as a vendor for their products. Oh, and by the way, their site shows no prices, no itemized bills come with delivery and have had zero luck getting them sent to me. BE CAREFUL!

    I have seen no response and the number of company names that puport to be a member with my original vendor has grown. Awful.

    Worst customer service ever....they don't know what they are doing. I went to pickup my new cpap that I had gotten texts and phone call was ready, scheduled my appointment and got there and they didn't have any orders for one. Then I scheduled 3 times for my concentrate ro be serviced and no one showed up. The day I told them I had my appointment for my cpap machine the guy shows up to service my concentrater. No communication at all. I have fought with them all week. I have used Areocare for over 20 years and I am just over them.

    Be careful doing anything with this company. I had a cpap with them and every time I turned around they were wanting more money. It was so bad I went and had surgery to correct my sleeping issue so I could get rid of them. I called them to make sure I was all paid up and not going to get more bills. 5 months later I get two more bills and when I called they said it was from before I zeroed out my bill. **************** stinks and they are such a big company they dont care. I would never use them again.

    Terrible company for customer service. Good luck speaking with customer service rep that cares about your problem. No matter the problem, will transfer you to another department who will not answer phone and will not call back. Will be glad to be done with **********

    I have now received a late payment notice twice from AeroCare. The problem with that is I have autopay on. So how am I late on an autopay system. I called and talked to a billing person and they said it must have been a glitch on our end. Okay. Once again how is this my problem that there system glitched and the payment didn't go through. I'm supposed to be billed $9.80. They billed me $14.70 for being late. I said, it wasn't my fault your system doesn't work correctly. So, beware of this company. The billing is terrible and they don't fix the things that are wrong.

    ********* a company you do NOT want to deal with. They are now billing me for an oxygen concentrator that was already paid for by ********************** This is called Double Billing. Don't ask me what occurred the years or months before their billing of $14 for 3 months of July 2021-September 2021 because my husband needed an oxygen concentrator for sleep apnea and COPD since at least 2014. No we did not change insurances. We had Blue Anthem. We always dealt with ********* here in Pueblo, but suddenly this **** from them comes from ********* **. When you speak to them they say your insurance did not pay for this you must call to find out what your insurance benefits are. As we all know Health Insurances do not switch their benefit packages only in July-Sept. I would be quite remorseful to forget about the late fee they keep adding to my ****. A **** that has already been paid for by our insurance company. Please whomever has the health issues of needing oxygen DO NOT go to AERO CARE DO NOT go to AERO CARE.

    Twice I was told that I had to take two new cushions & other supplies for my Bipap because it was an insurance company policy. They put me on an auto-ship without my permission. I talked to my insurance company ( Humana) and found out that not only was there no such policy but that they had never billed the insurance company. I was paying full price for them.I talked to customer service & told they'd remove late payment charges & send me a pickup for the items they shipped. So far I've received nothing but more **** pay reminders.

    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! ********* deserves a (negative) -10 score.I called one of their thousand telephone numbers today, 25 Jul 22 at 3:30 CST to order CPAP supplies. The recording said that the wait was ONE hour and FIFTEEN minutes because all of their representatives were busy. Seriously!!?? I shout, foul!I despise dealing with this company. The website billing is awful, grossly inconsistent, completely unreliable and their billing practices just plain stinks! Forget trying to call any of their numbers because I think they all route to one office, somewhere USA or in *****, which employs three humans total.We need medical supplies and this company does not provide timely satisfaction. When is someone with the authority going to shut this money grubbing company down?Just seems like the-powers-to-be aren't listening to our customers complaints. I guess BBB doesn't care about companies that are not accredited?!
