      Company tries to turn off water for days and blame other residents for the KNOWN plumbing is**** I have had to call the city and provide them with the email stating they wont provide water for 2 days or until further notice as a former property manager I know thats not right. its sad I had to involve the city to make these people do their job! Notices sent by email must not be proof read because in one section of the email it states that guests that stay overnight must have a parking permit displayed in the windshield. Meaning you only have to have a parking permit overnight. However at the bottom of the email it then states that S&S towing is going though the *********. With no additional information like hey you now need permits 24/7. So please clarify are permits required 24/7 and will you now provide permits that we can fill out on our own, or are we only allowed to plan for company to come over during your business hours and YES is the only one allowed to fill out parking permits? Sounds like dictator ship. No notice has been given to the residents about changes to parking rules that yet again Im in contact with the city. Street parking is for city residents only. So where should our guests park? This company is a joke and they clearly do not respect the residents. They are currently working on water lines in the park and doing damage to peoples homes and basically saying too bad your problem you fix it. I have cameras on my house that record 24/7 any damage done to my home and I will **** Yes is the worst RUN far and fast from this company. I already have a feeling when my lease is up they will discriminate on me and try to force me out.

      I am currently running from this ********* community I am on section 8 they are stating that section 8 has not paid them and section 8 is stating that they have paid them I brought ****** a number that he could call to verify payment that he refuses to do and says that it's my responsibility and now is threatening to evict me I don't want to be homeless with my kids I don't know what to do can somebody please help

      This place is HEARTLESS and all about money money money. Theyll rent to you for a year and then force you out or force you to buy the overpriced trailer. And with the way jobs are these days, they dont care. They will give 10 day eviction notices if youre two days late. Awful business and management. Like I said, all they care about is money.

      Worst community's to live in. Awful corporate issues that are all to common in ******* nowadays. Been complaining about neighbors for months because they pound their music all hours of the day. Nothing has been done even though my lease prohibits loud music in the community at any time. I get woke up constantly. Been through three managers since we moved in a year ago, each one worse than the last. I've had to get security cameras all around and inside my house because of this place. Cars constantly getting broken into and even a few homes. People, like almost everywhere else throw their trash all over and it's disgusting.

      These corporations are thieves they raise the rent to where people barely getting by can't afford to pay, they are selfish greedy lovers of mammon, I pray for their evil hearts, repent or face the lake of fire, we will not put up with the rotten in the heavens or the new earth to come.

      Harassment, painted my deck with no word said to me so my girlfriend couldn't go to work and dogs couldn't go out. Drive thru yards with their trucks and carts (you maintain them), spray weeds without you knowing, maintenance comes in without you knowing, and so much more caught on my cameras it's insane that ****** village is still in business. Something needs to be done about *** managing this place.

      Dont ever rent from this place they are crooks. The raise your rent every chance they get dont tell you till a week or two befor they do it. Oh lets not forget if your payday falls after the first and your rent is even late a day they send you a notice to vacate the property as well as charge you a late fee for them not taking rent out on time even when it was set to auto pay. Oh a better not miss your mowing day because that will cost you 250 dollars. Oh and they have a force now Monday so even if youre tryn to let your grad grow they will still try to get you. The manager is an old hag. Who is rude first day on the job she dont even introduce herself just pulls *** and starts being a ***** a yelling about the stuff your already in the process of cleaning up. Their maintenance is garbage. The pile the snow in front of your drive ways just so they dont have to get out the truck and scoop it. Ive seen more vehicles hit trees coming in and out of the trailer park because of how s***** they do the roads in the park. They dont put the skirting on the trailers right so half the new trailers the skirting is already falling off and looks like trash. If I could select no stars I would for how unprofessional they are.

      Worst training at ******************. Half the time the manager was vaping weed. ******* at her husband. And screamed at me on my first day. Shes toxic and very inappropriate with her staff. Shes the kind a f person that acts super busy just to seem so. She called out every week and or left early. Their product is poorly made and badly managed.

      They had no office manager and no maintence crew to do a final walk through. I had to leave the key in my mailbox . I moved out with a 30 day written notice. The floor was damaged and some "trash left behind". They literally charged me for every single thing on the fix list in the lease even tho half of it was not true. I understand cleaning and such but there were so many things charged for that should not have been. Still 6 months later can not reach anyone to talk to this about. Terrible company and un ethical. Not including none of the most recent maintenance request were taken care of and i was charged for those also.
