      DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A TRAILER FROM THESE SCUMBAGS. IF U DO NOT OWN THE **** U OWN NOTHING. YOU WILL B TERRORIZED OVER ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING DAY IN AND DAY OUT. NO WINDOW AC... FENCES TORN OUT SO THEY CAN FORCE MOW AND CHARGE U 150 BUCKS.. REMOVE ALL LATTICE .. AND NOW 150 FINE FOR FEEDING STRAY KATS THAT HAVE LIVED HERE FOR YEARS AND ARE SUPER SWEET. I BELIEVE THEY ARE KILLING THEM ALSO. MANY TENANTS I HAVE TALKED TO SAY KATS ARE DISAPPEARING AND SOME RETURN WITH CUTS AND WOUNDS AND SCARS. SCUMBAG **** MANAGER ******* SHE IS JUST DOING HER JOB... WELL WHEN U WORK FOR SATAN U R A DEMON TOO .. KARMA WILL GET U

      Scam of a place. Rented a manufactured home with Yes Communities at the "Redwood at the Lakes" location in ******** First day while moving in located a bag of methamphetamine in the cabinet by the stove, police recovered it . Considering it was renovated I can only assume this was the staffs, either maintenance,cleaning, or sales. I said something to the sales lady who supposedly brought it to the Park Managers attention. I never heard anything else regarding the matter and assume it was taken care of "in-house". Never the less. The next month on the 3rd, I recieve a notice of election stating I had 3 days to vacate the premises. I had signed up through there online payment option so I went to the office to discuss the letter and was told it was an error. The next month same exact thing i ignored it and then same with the following. So I went to the office to ask them to fix the problem which the Park Manger at the time explained that because my online payment would not post until the 5th this would occur everytime much to my dismay. While all this was going on I kept asking for the location of my mailbox as I couldn't locate which of the mailbox centers contained my mail as I had tried my key in all of the ones closest to my home and it didnot work. They stated they were "fixing" the mailbox situation and the person who knew wasn't there but they would get back to me. It took 6 months before I received any mail. Flash forward 2 years later I decided I would purchase the manufactured home as I had to keep paying for things to be fixed because I didnot want people on drugs in my home and didnot want them rigging things that need replaced. Signed the papers in 6 months they had raised lot rent (over $400 from when I started renting from them and I got a phone all stating that they needed to discuss an error with me over $450 they messed up on the contract and threatened eviction. Paid that, but now I am torn as texted threatening eviction yet again.

      I live at **************** in ********* **** and it's one of the worst communities I've ever lived in besides it looking nice but that's my yard and other people keep their yards nice and that's why it looks nice. But I think it's complete ridiculousness that they put these numerous new speed bumps in our community I have to go over seven of them before I even get to my home they ruined my car numerous time since I've lived here I tried to talk to them but they want no part of listening to me but I work two jobs so I'm in and out of here four times and I have to go over those seven speed bumps numerous times a day they do damage to my vehicle and I go very slow over them but they still cause damage. And we're like an HOA community someone I think because we pay to live here so this is our residence along with it yes communities so these roads aren't just their roads they're our roads too. And when you share the roads you should have everybody's input on them and we haven't had any input on them they just made the decision they're too high up they ruin your car they slow down emergency vehiclesthey add to the air pollution by everyone having to slow down that adds to the air pollution and if something was happening to me and I had to have a ambulance get here they would be slowed by 4 minutes because of the speed bumps and I could be dead by then.

      DO NOT RENT HERE!They are renting homes that are not finished and have obviously not been inspected thoroughly. i have been putting in tickets to fix what they told me would be done within the month that i moved in, that was nearly a year ago! ive only had one functioning bathroom this entire time when i been paying for two, i can only turn on lights in half of my home, my ceiling in caving in, my walls are falling off due to leaks that havent been fixed. AND I HAVE A HUGE MOLD PROBLEM. I HAVE ASTHMA AND EVER SINCE IVE MOVED HERE IVE GOTTEN HOSPITALIZED WITH PNEUMONIA TWICE!! im paying monthly for pest control (not optional) and come to find out they send their 2 maintenance people to spray what seems to be dollar store bug spray a once my entire time living here even through it is a reoccurring problem. the fact that they havent fixed the giant hole in my wall is causing my electricity bill to skyrocket. I cant turn on lights in half of my home And I am paying over $200 *************** They also call very frequently trying to convince us to buy the house, Even though we have complained multiple times. this is not livable!

      I sold my mobile home at *************** in April 2024. I paid lot rent for a year in August 2023. Yes Communities owes me $4500. It is now August 2024 and I have still not received any money from them. I have called them and it goes straight to voicemail and I even emailed them and get no response. I lived on ************.

      Absolute trash. I live at **************** since 2015 the communty wqs great then yes bought the property raised rent from 663 to 937 and for what? Some new mobile homes which doesnt help me, trimmed bushes and new flowers which doesnt help me, constantly shutting water off do to water main breaks we gotta **** water at least 3 times a month and to top it off yes community hired a manager that is fresh out of prision ya know for what? Setting a building on fire while high on meth and that rate there is yes community standards

      DO NOT LET THESE PPL SELL YOUR HOUSE OR BUY ONE FROM THEM AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I'd rate zero stars if I could. Put it this way, I'm in the process of calling my lawyer. They have employees who will steal your money and corporate could careless. They just like oh well. They also will ruin the purchase process. Took us well over a month longer than it should have to close on our house bc we allowed them to handle it. Which was a super bad idea. We just bought our house and now bc of their bs and stealing and lying and costing us about an extra grand possibly more, we now have to turn around list it for sale and move yet again. So our hard years of work to save money to purchase our first home has turned into a nightmare and we're having to sell it. Also, two weeks after we moved in, our things started disappearing. Lots and lots of thieves everywhere here. We literally have had 4 items get stolen in the two months we've been here. And this is only a portion of the c*** we've had to endure and go through with these ppl. STAY FAR AWAY

      I was blatantly lied to by this company. Taken for my money. If I apply for a home to live in as a single Mom with limited income and you take my deposit only to tell me you dont rent anymore you scammed me and I want my money back!

      Don't do work for this company. They will not pay you and ask YOU to sign up for a service that charges YOU $199 for them to pay their bills.
