  The hardwood floor in my kitchen was buckling. I was told it was water and something was leaking. Plumber couldnt find anything, said it might be the roof. Luckily I had kept ************************* with Interstate Roofings contact information. I called on Memorial weekend and he came right out to assess the roof and attic. When nothing was found again he offered to come back with a device that could detect water under wood. All of this, at NO charge. Who does that any more?? Soo greatful! Thank you Interstate Roofing!!

  ****, representing Interstate Roofing, was an excellent coordinator of subcontractors and with insurance company. After hail damage windows, painting and air conditioning work was required. The roofing itself went quickly and professionally. Roof looks wonderful. Compared to prior roofing jobs, this crew left very little trash on lawn.

  Working with Interstate Roofing was a very frustrating experience, exacerbated by a lack of communication both with me and between Interstate and the crew. I had to be persistent to get many of the issues resolved and ended up reaching out to the corporate office for assistance. Once corporate became involved, they were attentive to the issues and sent another crew to complete repairs on the previous work. If you choose Interstate, stay on top of their work to ensure they follow through with what was agreed upon and reach out to corporate if there are concerns because, in my experience, dealing with the local office was difficult.

  We live in the ****** area and the May/June 2023 hailstorms destroyed our roof and did damage to our north and west facing siding. We had six different contractors bid on the work and RRyan at Interstate was by far the best contractor we talked to. ***** explained the project process and was quite experienced working with our insurance company. RRyan was very flexible working with our schedule especially when there was becoming a shortage of the shingle type/color we wanted. Our project started and ended on time and on budget. RRyans team was highly skilled, very respectful, and courteous! Once our roof was completed, ***** recommended a painter who did a fantastic job replacing the damaged siding then painting our entire house. One of the things we really appreciate about RRyan is that he was involved throughout both efforts; he kicked off the project, checked in on the progress his teams were making, and checking in with us to ensure that we were happy with how things were progressing. Lastly, RRyan went to bat for us with our insurance company to get the additional costs discovered during demolition and depreciation money covered!!! I absolutely recommend RRyan and Interstate Roofing, he is very experienced and gets the job done right!

  I had a positive experience working with Interstate Roofing to remediate damages to my home caused by a severe hailstorm. Our project manager **** was great to work with. He explained everything to us really well, and took extra steps to ensure the roofing and gutter replacements were done the right way. **** also took over most correspondence with the insurance company, which was a big help while we were dealing with other aspects of the loss. I would highly recommend **** and his company for your roofing and construction job. I have included some pictures highlighting details of the great work they did, including drip edge and ridge vent.

  Overall a horrible experience. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Multiple "project managers." First one asked me to look for a different roofer, second one went awol for months while the billing department couldn't figure out the $15K upcharge. Had to get an attorney involved to get a response on the bogus charges.Had to wait weeks on gutters causing an ******** with every precipitation event. Wife actually fell on the ice and is injured due to lack of gutters. **** PM makes his reappearance once I reminded them they need a final inspection (months after work completion) and hounds for payment every day after. Working in the construction business I can attest that this is NOT how you treat clients.

  ************** handled my Hail Claim, He went above and beyond to make things happen ASAP and the Job was finished on time and done well. After the Roof was removed and the new one installed, my yard was cleaned up to my satisfaction. No Complaints, in this day and age that is priceless. I would strongly recommend this Company to anyone I know. Thanks again,************

  When the hail storm of July 8, 2023, hit *************, we had no idea of the damage it brought or what to do once we discovered what happened. RRyan, a rep from Interstate Roofing knocked on our door that same day to talk about the damages and how to repair our property. He walked us through each step as we worked with our insurance company. We ended up getting the upgrades and repairs we needed. Insurance paid for all of it. RRyan showed integrity in staying within the payment of our insurance. He was wonderful to work with to bring resolution. I highly recommend him if you ever need a new roof or help with property damage. He is experienced and legit.
