      This Company has treated me horribly! I have been a good customer who has paid on time every month through Auto Pay. I have not had internet service for more than a year. I kept paying because they said they would fix it. They have not fixed it and the problem has been shown to be on their end. They owe me more than $1200.00. They refuse to reimburse me the money that was taken from my bank account when I paid for services they have not given me. They refuse to call me and talk about this situation. I am middle class. I cannot afford to go with another company now due to money already paid to Century Link. Please help me to get this situation resolved. They refused to even credit my account so I could continue with them provided my Internet was fixed. I cannot afford an attorney. I have given this company more than a year grace *********** can't do it anymore. It's not right to do this to people. I have been a good faithful customer. Please help me.

      Second bad experience with CenturyLink...First was several years back, we got up one morning to find no internet service, called them and was told it was shut off for 'illegal activites'. Asked why I wasn't notified, they claimed they had send an email but not to the main email on the account, to the one that was doing the illegal activities. They figured out at that point we'd been hacked and said they MIGHT get it back on in ten days. We replaced them, found that service to be reliable, and switched the office phones and internet to the new carrier. If they can shut off the house with no notice what would happen to my business under those circumstances.Then we moved, and CenturyLink was the only internet available in the new neighborhood so we reluctantly signed up. It was slow, 5M was all that was available, but the service was reliable until we needed TECH SUPPORT.......They sent a new modem, we hooked it up and found that NOTHING wireless would connect. Found you can't call them, you have to chat, so found an old cable, hooked the ** up wireless and started the chat. It took 45 minutes to arrive at the conclusion that it was our devices, not their modem according to the techie. Hooked the old modem back up, everything was instantly back on line. Back on the chat, explain that to the techie and get the same response, they do not send out defective modems and it's our devices.We've moved to a different provider, signed up with 5G and have faster service at a better price and all is now well.

      ************* advertises that customers are priced for life. And yet they raised price of their internet service. When I called they told me it was from the IsGovernment raising rates. Thats not problem! They passed the buck to the customer and it for them to take. How can I have a price for life if you raise it and then give me a weak answer????The customer service people had a script to answer this cause clearly several customers were upset! Booo to you!!!!

      No customer service after hours. Can't wait for ****** fiber. Cause they are so bad they lowered there prices because they knew they where ripping us of with over priced crappy service. I have tried for 4 days after 6 pm and can't get anyone on the phone. Run don't walk from centurylink!!! I would rather have dial up than this c***

      They changed me $476 for non return of equipment after they received it a month ago. They agreed to refund me but, that's a lot of money when you have bills to pay!

      Horrible service and horrible billing and horrible support. Did I leave anything out? Could write a book with all of my customer support interaction notes.Wished I could give less than one star rating.

      This company CenturyLink is an internet service. They have targeted seniors and have pre-recorded messages unrelated to their service. The message talks so fast and loud that anyone let alone a person older than 50 years old could not even understand what the c*** they are saying let alone help them with internet service which everyone requires ow a days for their computers, laptops or I phones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I want to CANCEL this good for nothing the slowest internet on the PLANET!!!!!!!??????????????????????????????!Please help me cancel this service ! I have reliable,much faster ****** FIBER. I will not pay them another *****.Signed **** D ********* Thank You??

      Terrible, scummy service. They dont prorate your bill if the internet goes out (which Ive had a lot). Terrible costumer service. Their line says their open local hours and then another line says they are open east coast time. I tried to cancel my service and they cant prorate me. **** is on the 15th, and I canceled on the 18th thinking they would but of course they dont tell you that. And they are not military friendly either. Got no choice to move and they take my $80 (which they increased the price) and laugh at me. Dont go with them, go with another provider.

      Horrible service, they completely lied and said I'd be "upgraded" to QuantumFiber and it's terrible. CenturyLink says can't switch back. 30min on hold to talk to an unfriendly agent.

      ******** business! Their service is not good and they charge you for service youre not even receiving! I would not recommend this business to anyone!!
