      worst company ever never go with quantum fiber service it is always out, you cannot to with any one from the *** , I sent my equip back to them with their label they provided an they said they never got it ! there is no Local Phone number to call, if you call you get ********* and they don't understand what you are saying . Never sign up with them !

      We have never had a good experience with this company. Our community (********) insists that we use this service, but the repairs, quality of equipment, and customer service have always been poor. Today was the worst. 1. Our internet service has been out for more than 9 days, but our neighbors all have their service working. 2. We had an appointment scheduled for today, 2-5pm, and yet again the repair tech. did not arrive, and they have no record of our scheduled appointment. 3. When we call they do their best to keep us on the line until 5pm (which is the end of their day) or they simply hang up forcing us to call back. Our internet service has never been reliable, the repairs are sub-standard, and the customer service ***** are patronizing and refuse to help. We should be reimbursed for services not rendered, compensated for our lost time from work (waiting for repairmen), and our bill should be prorated for lost internet.

      We paid to have our internet upgraded and they keep canceling the appointments, it has now been over a month and they continue to either not show up or give us a reschedule text. When Ive called, they keep hanging up on me.

      10 hour outage on a Sunday afternoon not acceptable! Overpriced for a terrible service only reason I have it is they bought the rights for my building and have no other option

      I have had centurylink for many years,ever since they got involved with Lumen the service is terrible. I have called and set up tech repair 3 separate times,no one has showed up yet to fix the problem. Its impossible to talk to someone who speaks fluent English,and for them to set up the repair appointments so someone in our service area will come fix it.

      Centurylink migrated my account to their new Quantum Fiber without notifying me. That meant they turned my internet off with no warning. I work from home and have a security service dependent on my internet ************* took me hours on the phone to figure out why I no longer had internet and no one from Centurylink could provide that simple explanation.Once I figured it out, I scheduled service when I could which meant I had to go into work everyday for a week and pay for it. My security system was also down for a week. I called Centurylink to speak to a manager but gave up after being on hold for 1/2 hour.Skip to today. I received a text message at 7:52 am the technician is on the way for my 8-10:30 window. It's now 10:05...no technician. I try to reach out to Quantum Fiber... I'm number 48 in line if I'd like to speak to someone...no text update as to where the technician might be. If I could give Centurylink/ Quantum Fiber 0 stars I would.

      Worst cur **************** I ever encountered. ********************, was supposed to be at my house on October 11th between 8 and 12 they never showed. I Got another text saying between ***** and 4.40PM, they never showed I stayed home all day waiting for the technician which was a no show. Iam paying for no service.I have no internet. PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS WITH CENTURY LINK.

      I had internet service with Quantum for about a year. After repeated outages, including about 2 weeks in July 2024 where I had no service and they were unable to fix it, I finally gave up and cancelled the service at the end of July. I was instructed to return the equipment using the online process they had set up. I did so, and got confirmation from *** that it was delivered the first week of August. Fast forward two months, and this morning I get a charge of $645 from Quantum, $600 for unreturned equipment and $45 for service in August. I've spent the whole morning on the phone and online trying to get this resolved. They claim they can't do anything unless I give them the tracking number, but I no longer have it. It was discarded at the end of September, because it never occurred to me they would try to charge me two months after I returned the equipment. They told me to contact *** and get the tracking number. That went nowhere. I've sent an email to **** but who knows if I'll get a response or if they'll be able to help me. I checked online and this seems to be a fairly common thing Quantum does, where they charge customers alleging equipment hasn't been returned. It seems like a scam, and I'm hoping that by adding my complaint it will encourage whoever has the ability to do something about this to step in.

      CenturyLink has been consistently a terrible company to do business with. Their system is set up to waste your time and discourage customers from trying to communicate with them, have them take responsibility for issues. Service went out in July. I spoke with a representative in July after holding for over 20 minutes who assured me I would receive a credit of around $100. This never materialized. Spent another 50 minutes involved in various chats today to receive a $5 credit for the service disruption. I have had the website state that a credit will be offered, click if you would like to receive the credit and then it says it cannot process. If I could do business with someone else for telecommunications I would do it in a heartbeat, however; they are a monopoly in our area and we have no choice. I have not had a single positive interaction on line or by phone with this company.
