      I have had nothing but problems trying to get them to activate my service. The first time my appointment was scheduled they canceled on me. The second time they scheduled they sent a text message stating that I could set up my equipment. I called them to let them know that i can not set up my modem and they keep telling me I have to wait until the end of the day. I'm being charged $432.00. I have never seen so much disorganization from a company. Honestly I rather deal with spectrum and there outrages prices. At least spectrum has it turned quickly.

      My CenturyLink internet service has been out since September 6th, 2024. Four different technicians have supposedly been assigned a work order ticket to resolve the issue only to close each ticket without resolving the problem. CenturyLink's management blames other ISP's for knocking out their service but they've done nothing to restore service. I have never experienced such incompetence and terrible customer service. Do Not use ********************** link as your ISP. This review should be Zero stars.

      Brother what poor customer service .. I was having issues with the app and called fro support. The support person was having issues with English? In any event I requested to speak to manager and the manager came on then hung up? I did eventually get someone (manager) that knew what was happening the 360 app is no longer being used. Just think they could have said that on the initial call

      Super frustrating to try and pay my bill online. I have my checking account information saved in the system, but on the multiple times I've tried to pay, it keeps asking for a payment method, with my stored information nowhere to be found. I tried re-entering my checking account info and it tells me that it is already in the system. Long story short, it doesn't let me move ahead and pay for my bill. I eneded up getting a late fee for this month, was on the phone for about 45 minutes with customer service to get that waived, however, had to come up with a payment arrangement, charging an $9.95 for each payment for a phone transaction. I use my bank account to avoid any additional fees. But good luck finding anyone to explain this to and getting a resolution to what should be a simple and straight-forward solution. Very shady how my bank account won't come up for me at all when I'm trying to make my payment, and that I can't move forward and re-enter it for a payment to process. If I could have any other internet provider at my location I would.

      Shame on your for having your techs leave their garbage on our property. WE DONT EVEN USE CENTURY LINK but they have to access the pole behind our neighbors garage.

      9/17/ 2024 email to my wife that we will lose service for a short while for a upgrade, all good for 10 days! then on the am of 9/27/ 2024, no service, after 2 hours being shuffled around we were told that after 20 years we were cancelled and we could pay $89.95 month to hewesnet. But today 10/2 they still will not answer phone so we can cancel service and charged for more service 35.00$. Service here local in ********* said they would block our phone if we call them for resolution!!!

      Century Link is supposed to be the local phone/internet company in **********, **. But in truth the corporation is run like a scam. I have had their service for 19 years, including predecessor companies under different corporate names. For many years the service was good to excellent. But in the last 2 years the technical and customer service has deteriorated to abysmal. They have not maintained their equipment; as a result there were constant break-downs and loss of service. Service techs came out ***eatedly and made temporary fixes. But the problems continued. These service calls were at no charge, because the problem was failure of their equipment, until the last ***air, after which they charged $99 plus fees and taxes. I called customer service, which is located in the ***********, and after many long waits, cutoffs, and transfers, I talked to a very rude ***resentative, who refused to remove those charges. At this point I had enough, so i cancelled my service, and switched to a different provider.Then the **** began. Without my request or consent, CenturyLink re-opened an account with a different account number, but still in my name, followed by bills for services they were no longer providing! Again I called customer service, again talked to a ***resentative in the *********** who promised to "adjust" my bill. I questioned what that meant, and she said the bill would go to zero. She lied. She left $12.31 on the account without telling me. So, the following month I got another bill for the $12.31 PLUS a $17.48 late payment charge! They would not go away! I called customer service again, and again got a poor-English speaking *** in the ***********, who again did nothing to help. Eventually, after more long waits and transfers, I was able to talk to a *** in the **** who said the problem will be resolved. But I have my doubts.Conclusion: this is a terrible company with terrible services, who try blatantly illegal tricks to dupe customers into endless charges.

      I had appointment to set up century link. they took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment. i then spent several hours for 2 days being transferred to the wrong departments or completely automated lines without being offered the actual assistance i needed. buying and ordering the internet was easy and simple but assistance is complicated or nearly impossible. then they want to add charges onto having a service setup that they themselves canceled to begin with.

      Being I have a disability, CenturyLink is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I have even tried to reach the CEO, Im **** ******* and her VP to no prevail. This company continued to lie, after lie and deceive. You cant plead your case because you get directed to another country that you cant even understand. Im going to have to pay a bill that I should not even have to pay, and if I dont they will out my credit in bad standing. My advice is please dont deal with CenturyLink/***** go with another company and trust me you will be happy in the end. Please feel free to reach out to me and I will tell you what happened in detail, then you will have nothing to do with them. **** ******** 2@5-2!3-9@28.

      Returned a broken modem under warranty. It was shipped with tracking and received. I was still charged for the modem. Every phone call I made to have the charges removed was passed on to supervisor to take care of, from Raine, to ******, to *******, to Lady, to ***. No supervisor took ownership of it. Waiting 10 days between calling them back as requested and wasn't credited as promised. Last person was only going to credit partial amount, sadly I had to be assertive to get the job done.
