      We have been having continued land line issues with popping static for almost 3 weeks without relief or a fix. Calling CL is a waste of time. Takes 33 minutes and continued switching between call takers who don't speak English well enough o be understood. After service tech coming to home phone line connection it has been determined several times to not be a problem on the house side be coming in on the phone line from unknown source. So far tech's have been trying all kinds of problem solving ideas and we appreciate the tech's trying to solve the issue. Our issue is with the corporate office call takers not speaking English well enough to be understood and having them talk to us after repeated calls telling us to first disconnect our phones then plug back in then check batteries in all phones before proceeding. This is something unnecessary as we have done this several times and it's been determined 4-5 times it's and external problem not on the house side. ***** what a painful company to deal with. we have no alternatives but we are stuck with these clowns.

      They took payment on Sept 9th of $161 and say they didn't receive the payment. I have the bank statement showing they received payment and they simply want me to pay another time and refuse to do anything to help resolve the issue. They're the only internet service provider in my area and are commiting fraud stealing from customers. I was supposed to receive a call back from a supervisor but I haven't received one.

      This company is refusing to pay me the amount for training that I was promised to receive. The company is stellar promotions, its a 3rd party company that sells quantum fiber. They dont pay you.

      On August 21, 2024, we contacted Internet technical support to report an ongoing issue with our ***************** which had been non-operational for four consecutive days. During our call, we were assured that no service fee would be imposed.Upon reviewing our account, we noted that a service fee of $100 was indeed charged. We request a comprehensive review of the call records from our initial interaction on August 21, 2024, to substantiate our dispute.Additionally, on the same day as our scheduled service appointment, we received a notification indicating that the technician could not arrive without any accompanying explanation. We believe this unexpected change in the service appointment contributed to the prolonged service disruption. We kindly request a swift resolution to this matter and the immediate removal of the erroneous $100 charge from our account.August 21, ******* JC, this is CenturyLink. We apologize for the inconvenience. Your tech is scheduled to arrive today between 08:00 AM - 05:00 PMticket VV138884 An adult 18 years of age or older must be present during the entire appointment. Your tech ******* is on the way to begin working your service request, Ticket VV138884, arriving in approximately 30 minutes at your address. We apologize, we are unable to complete your service request as scheduled. We have rescheduled you tomorrow between 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM. Our technician is scheduled to arrive tomorrow between 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM. Is this still OK, or do you need to CHANGE your appointment? Ticket VV138884. We apologize, we are unable to complete your service request today. Ticket VV138884. We will reschedule your appointment for 08/23/2024. The technician arrived four days later, which is unacceptable. The service is absolutely terrible. As Centurylink customers, we deserve a company that values and appreciates us. It's time to transfer our services to a better internet experience provider. And a better choice.

      If you are moving to the **************** and ************ area do not use CenturyLink as your provider. Absolutely zero concern for customers and 7-10 day response to any service related issues. The technicians can be helpful in solving the issue but the company does not care whatsoever about its customers.

      We have been told it will be 14 days to have a technician look at our internet issues. We both work from home and this is unacceptable! You need to hire more technicians, clearly! We will be moving our services elsewhere asap.

      This is for a my small business. TERRIBLE. My call logs measured over 27 hours with them on the phone. 7 different people came out to setup service and all of them did not know what they were doing. Waiting for appointments in time windows that they would not show up for several times. I spent many hours waiting just for no one to show up. **************** is the biggest joke on the planet. All outsourced. Please listen to this review, save your mental health and run from these clowns. It has actually had negative effects on my mental health. God Bless this country if this is the future of business here.

      It's really unfortunate that there's no actual consequence for this company offering terrible business/customer service. I spent an hour on hold before speaking to someone only to have to spend another 30 minutes to ultimately have them schedule a service technician who I'll have to wait around for. Throwing this review *somewhere* since they pretty clearly don't actually care about the customer experience.

      This company is the worst! My 95 year old father has not had his phone service or internet for over a week. In the chat last week we notified them that a line may have been cut by another company in the area. It took a week for a person to come out and repeat the same thing with no resolution. After several calls (all automated, impossible to get a human on the phone, which, of course, was not my dads phone since his doesnt work) service was promised, no one came after waiting all day. My dad has appointments that he has been missing waiting for help. They finally came the next day only to hope to have everything resolved by next week. I would caution anyone to stay away from Century Link phone and internet. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

      They dont show up when scheduled, then when they do show up the person knocking on my door doesnt identify themselves, is wearing shabby clothes and is incredibly rude, despite the fact that they had already wasted 4 hours of MY time this week, not counting the fact that MY INTERNET IS SLOW AS H*** Never had an issue with Century Link but as soon as this company took over the service it went to absolute c*** Looking for a new internet provider now!
