      This company is the worst! My 95 year old father has not had his phone service or internet for over a week. In the chat last week we notified them that a line may have been cut by another company in the area. It took a week for a person to come out and repeat the same thing with no resolution. After several calls (all automated, impossible to get a human on the phone, which, of course, was not my dads phone since his doesnt work) service was promised, no one came after waiting all day. My dad has appointments that he has been missing waiting for help. They finally came the next day only to hope to have everything resolved by next week. I would caution anyone to stay away from Century Link phone and internet. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

      They dont show up when scheduled, then when they do show up the person knocking on my door doesnt identify themselves, is wearing shabby clothes and is incredibly rude, despite the fact that they had already wasted 4 hours of MY time this week, not counting the fact that MY INTERNET IS SLOW AS H*** Never had an issue with Century Link but as soon as this company took over the service it went to absolute c*** Looking for a new internet provider now!

      Local Techs are TERRIBLE!!. I work at a medical office and fax line was not working, scheduled a repair ticket for Monday said they would be there, got a text saying they were on their way. Never showed up. One day without faxes. Called the next morning and got *** (who was wonderful) stated that the tech was sick, but not letting us know or sending another tech out or telling us we needed to reschedule. I happened to click a my appointment link to see and it stated "Sorry we missed your appointment." I rescheduled for today. Hopefully they make it. Worst Techs ever.

      I am currently trying to cancel Centurylink service. They aren't required to provide washington residents with an online cancellation option, apparently. They claim you can do it through their online chat but the special cancellation chat link they provide you with doesn't work in ********* edge or firefox browsers. I have currently been on hold to cancel my service for 27 minutes.

      I have had quantum fiber now since August. I work from home, and their internet service worked well till the 20th of August. Then, some updates have cost me my work, my students, and money to pay my bills. The first time, I was on hold for over three hours and online for over two, only to be told there was NO one to assist me. This time, it was well over an hour to be told it would be TWO weeks before they could get someone to FIX the internet that I paid over 100 dollars a month. They have jobs, right?! They pay their bills, right?! So please tell me how I am supposed to pay for mine and still spend time with my children because now I have to drive to get internet or switch. I am very tempted to switch at this point. Someone has to be held accountable.

      Terrible company run the other way. I had a tech scheduled to install new internet today. My appointment was 8-5, so I wasted my whole day waiting for them to arrive. It is now 5:40, and still no tech. I called customer service, and they were clueless. Now, I am waiting for a call back from a manager, which I will probably never get. Worst company ever

      Negative stars apparently are not an option. I have never had a worse experience with a company. The install took over a month to complete. The internet itself was spotty and slow at best and completely dropped devices frequently. The customer app is the worst commercially built app Ive ever used. The chat function did not work. No agent would ever join. The customer service line was never answered. The only way I ever got through to a customer agent was to call their new sales line. The installation left a massive hole in my yard and my neighbors. When calling to resolve this, it was impossible to get ahold of anyone (see above) and when I finally did they said they couldnt help and that Id have to call back Monday. Obviously given how hard it is to talk to them, that wasnt an option. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold twice and then someone answered stating they were in dispatch and were not supposed to have customers transferred to them and hung up. Im currently in hold trying to cancel my service. Which is another issue - they will take your business without a call but they wont let you cancel unless you sit on hold for an eternity. This company is failing its customers and its employees. Be better.

      THIS IS NOT KUDDO's but I am unable to get anywhere and have been dealing with this since the new modem! I first got a new modem bc of buffering, the service man said he found no issue's but a dust in wall near wire(fixed for me)cleaned. Problem still of severe buffering & internet being beyond slow. Aug.21st a service man came out and couldn't find a problem, even though EXPLAINED to him Century Link(have proof on chat & called) said **** WIRE on THEIR END. He said he would go check and NEVER came back, never responded or text, had to call Century Link. he took upon himself to just schedule another tech. **************** gave ***** credit. STILL NOW WAITING WITH SEVERE BUFFERING SLOW SPEED(EVEN THOUGH PAID FOR UPGRADE) TECH NEVER SHOWED UP on Sept 5th-NO CALL, NO TEXT, NO SHOW! SINCE JUNE THIS GAME HAS BEEN GOING ON! I am about to go to ******** I am paying for service that DOESN'T WORK, ***** CARE's, OVER ***** for BUFFERING - SLOW SERVICE if works. I expect a CREDIT for NO BALANCE AND TO FIX THE **** WIRE PROBLEM! OR I AM DONE

      They are monopolizing the internet and phone service, bait and switch, I've had them for over 8 years and the first 5 years were spent going over my bills everyn month because they somehow had new charges posting that I wasn't aware of. Now I only have the internet and every month they continue to cookie cutter their response and they are not willing to help with anything at all. The most disgusting customer service both agents and management, no one is willing to help!!!! They sound like a broken record with the non-willingness script and talking down to you as if you're stupid.
