      I moved from one home to another 11/23. My new home does not have CenturyLink Services in its area. Today is 9/14/24. I have been waiting for my return deposit along with money from my remaining balance due back to me since 12/23. I have had to call CenturyLink every week and I keep get the same results "I should see the check in 3 -4 business days". This is my money and I want it back. It's all about "Principles" I am not sure what's going on with CenturyLink but, I would suggest in hiring a "Lean Six Sigma"- Black Belt, to correct your internal issues.

      Hello, on 09/10/24 Centurylink turned off my internet service. I just paid my internet bill the day before for services and they turned my internet off. I spent a total of four hours on the phone with multiple representatives and supervisors to be told that they wouldn't turn my internet back on and that I needed to switch to Quantum Fiber. I work from home and I need internet, I said okay I'll make the switch. They told me they could not install the new services until 09/20. Which is about two weeks of work without internet and it's my busiest time of year. They said they had sent me an email about the migration which went like this ************ Quantum Fiber is in your area!), not (Hey you need to switch internet by 09/10 or we're turning your services off). That's horrible customer service not notifying customers of this and not only that but issue refunds to customers who wouldn't have a continuation of services. This is horrible business practices. I've been with Centurylink for 7 years and never had an issue like this. They were so horrible that I switched to Xfinity, who was able to provide me with service the very next day. I wanted to make sure that Centurylink was aware that I will continue to let others know about the horrible service I received and the way that they left me stranded and without help.

      Absolutely terrible service and even worse customer service. They claim to offer services that they can not support and unable to provide. I have paid for 2gb internet speed and get less than 200mbs. You will wait over an hour to speak to someone who is guaranteed to be of no help. This company should not be in business and it should be illegal to monopolize areas with no competitions

      This company does not care about their customers what so ever... Been customers for too many years. We have 4 location services with them and will be changing to someone else asap.We have been without phone service since last wednesday... they set up an appointment and never called or rescheduled after they missed showing up for repair... Now saying they cant get to us till next wednesday and can't make a repair cause that would cause them to miss a scheduled repair but missed our scheduled repair week ago and don't care. We were without internet at another location for a month and they didn't care either... Enough we are going to get new service provider. Highly would never never recommend Century Link ever!!!!

      Recently obtained the 360 wifi service which guaranteed speedy wifi throughout my home. After the technician install was complete, I was left with one wifi pod in the garage. I reached out to support in order to address a number of issues, which included slow internet service on the second floor of my home, the internet not working well with my ** tvs, as well as the app reporting my internet is offline, which renders the app utterly useless. Support was unhelpful and did not provide any solutions, just said there is nothing they could do. Didn't even try to help. Just asked me what steps I have taken to fix the issue without offering any other steps to resolve my issue. I wasted over two hours of my time waiting for support and then chatting with them. I had hoped to complete a survey after that interaction but wasn't given an option to. Quantum clearly does not care about the customer experience. Beyond frustrated. Wish I could give them a zero. Beyond disappointed.

      I normally pay my bill over the automated system. For more that a week I have tried to call to make my payment but the system was not recognizing my phone number that was linked to my account.Yesterday, it took speaking to 4 different people to be able to make my payment. I was hung up on twice. The agent that did help sent me a link to put in my billing information to process the payment. It only had fields for debit/credit card information. I was told that there would not be a charge for the payment but I was charged $9.95!!!! No where on the form was there information about a fee to be charged for processing the *************, called in to dispute the payment processing charge. I spoke to 5 different people, one a supposed supervisor that cold transferred me. On the bill, it does stated that the fee to process a debit/credit card payment is $3.00. After being told I could not get a credit for the $9.95 I offered a compromise. I would assume the $3.00 fee and they would credit the difference $6.95 to follow what is stated on the bill.I was still denied a credit.This is false advertising. Stating one fee on the bill and charging almost $7 more!!!I will be looking for another internet provider as they are not the only ones offering Fiber.

      Simply look at their reviews on here, TrustPilot, AppStores, Yelp, & anywhere else written by the users. It is blatantly obvious they do not care about their own customers or reputation. Do not trust them. Everything that could possible go wrong, from the sign up process to the ignorance that a ***** R, supposedly a supervisor, who assured me that she would not treat me badly, and every point in between, DID in fact go wrong. When I say everything I mean every single aspect of their business is mismanaged & run horribly, without and regard to anyone but their end money. I am now having to escalate the situation a 4th time. I will not stop until justice is served. They have lied at every corner, one rep has completely different info than another **** ignoring contact attempts ***************** by multiple employees, and more. So bad it blows me away how theyre in business at all.

      Zero stars !!!CENTURY LINK The phone lines are so bad you can even hear the person that called you. Then they send repair out and make it worse! This went on for a month and never got fixed! Cancelled my service ! The worst company to work with.

      They have the worst service possible . And they know that they have you by the *****. They supply internet from dsl over copper Tele lines in areas where no other wires are on the poles. This means we only have electric and telephone lines only , No cable no fiber optic. They charge my parents 172$ a month for 6 mbps internet and a telephone hookup. This is criminal. Legally stealing from people. No regulations from ***.

      Terrible customer service I would give zero stars but that was not an option
