      This company is horrible! They have no showed me three times for a technician to come out, I have missed three days of work for them to no call no show. **************** is the absolute worst. Do not have service with this company. More stress than a person needs for crappy internet and customer service.

      Zero stars. Worst company I've ever encountered. Impossible to get customer support. Calling is the only option but it's impossible to get through ... 2-3 hour wait times, calls dropped once a representative finally answers, late arrival of a technician without any scheduling updates. This company should be shut down.

      *********** customer for 2 years. completely dissatisifed with customer service. i current;y don't have internet and the tech cannot schedule to be at my home until sept 11th. that's 20 days without resolution.... i go to cancel my account and it takes 4 hours to get anyone on the phone. customer service wants me to pay the entire bill - stating that COLORADO does not "prorate" internet bills.... which IS COMPLETE BS!!!!!!!!! would leave zero stars if i could

      ***** R I have been trying to cancel service. i have tried on line to cancel but you have to speak to a person, which is impossible because after 5 different phone numbers, they provided, no person ever answers. Going through their automated phone system is a joke and the online service is as bad. At times in the automated phone service, the only thing you can say to get to move on to the next step is, "Yes", which at the point they have your voice recorded saying "Yes".I also tried the Salt Lake number which is disconnected after no one ever answers.Something needs done with this company. To be held hostage with a company that you have no way to cancel is robbery. I would like to be contacted regarding what is being done to hold Century Link accountable

      I've been a customer with ********************** for about 5 years now. The main issue that seems to be a constant with my experience with the company seems to be their lackluster customer service. I haven't been able to login into my profile to access my information on their website since I've signd up with them. When I try to reset my username and password, the website kicks me off entirely and I have to start the process over again, like a continuous loop. When I try to call their customer service to update my phone number and resolve this login issue, I have long wait times over an hour or more. Once the phone finally seems to be connecting me to a representative, the phone gets disconnected, leaving me to have to call all over again and starting the process all over again. I would love to contact their corporate office and say PLENTY of disrespectful things to them, but instead I choose to write this review. The ONLY reason why I'm with them is cause the cost conveniece of their service. Now, I'm regretting my decision.

      Lumen and Quantum Fiber has the worst service. I had an appointment for service twice, but they kept changing the time of the appointment and when they arrived I wasnt home. I complained about the constant time changes so now they are not coming to repair my line for more than a week. Hopefully they actually keep this appointment, well see.

      My ************* has been disconnected for no reason and I have been without service for almost a week. I have tried every possible troubleshooting strategy with no luck. I have tried every possible way of contacting Quatum customer service, spending hours and hours on hold or waiting in line on chat with absolutely zero results. This is truly atrocious customer service. Center link/quantum fiber as a company is a complete scam, as they are taking my money without providing the services I am paying them for.

      We have been CenturyLink customers for almost 10 years and I am completely dissatisfied with their horrible customer service. We have been forced into switching to quantum fiber, which I understand is a better option for a home ***************** While waiting for the new quantum fiber equipment to be installed, our **************** has been completely absent and the company, after hours of phone calls and texts between myself and their disinterested and often disingenuous customer service representatives, they have refused to work on our equipment and repair it because they no longer use that technology. After finally pinning them down and speaking to a supervisor, I was denied the adjustment on my bill that I requested because they will only adjust for service that has been interrupted during the days no service was provided. I was forced to purchase $60 worth of additional data from T-Mobile in order to get my personal hotspot to work long enough between the time that our service was interrupted and the new quantum fiber equipment was installed. I had read many reports of their poor customer service, and I am here to add my complaint ************ has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

      The absolute worst company I think I've ever dealt with. Took hours to cancel my account. Come to find out, ********************************************** $75 for some unknown reason (its impossible to speak to a human there), they never notified me about the "charge" (no mail, email, text or call) and then they sent it to collections. Do not deal with these thieves.

      It is almost impossible to cancel service with this company. I have spent a total of 20 hrs on hold, been disconnected 5 times and had to start over by calling back. I can not cancel my service without talking to someone. Not only that, but I was told it would be canceled on a certain date and was continuing to be billed and charged. For a month and a half. Calling them to get the month and a half charge was horrible. Being transferred 5 times and each time waited on hold for at least 1 hour each time. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I would give them zero stars if I could.
