      When we moved into our home 2 years ago we had century link provide us our internet services. Last night our internet suddenly stopped without any reason (we did everything we could to find the solutions from going to see the power lines-disconnecting and reconnecting the modem). we called their technical and customer support team and not only were we transferred 4 different times, we were also talked down to. After being on the phone for 2 hours we find out that the modem they installed was the wrong one and that this was inevitable to happen. Like most of the corporate working force these days, we work from home and heavily rely on our Wifi to get through a work day. They did not care and were giving customary bs responses with a sarcastic tone. Once we find a new carrier we will be leaving century link. I wish the BBB could take issue with these buffoons'.

      Waited all day,two virtuals is all I got on two calls. Restoration will be done by 5pm 3/21/2023. Liars! Where are they. In the past, I would get a call. Not today. Put in order Friday, which was longer then the **** hr the virtual gave me. Where's the customer service you use to have? I know it's not that hard to turn my switch back on to network! Where are you? Oh too late today! I lose.

      They cannot seem to get billing correct. Trying to reach someone to speak with is terrible. No one ever seems to know what is going on nor can they help you. One will say they can but then it does not get fixed. If you have ANY other option, take it. Not a good company to deal with.

      0 Stars!!!! (It hurts to even leave one) If they weren't the only game in town I would no longer be using their services. Been with them ***************************************** when I needed them. I am always up-to-date with automatic billing. I've had a huge problem for the past 6 - 7 weeks, and they no longer take live support calls. They only have a live chat that I have engaged in, at least 3 times (plus emails which I have sent) and received replies that someone would contact me within ****************************************** I can't access my emails on their webmail or on my Iphone. They appear but disappear almost immediately. I understand this all began when they "changed their platform" (what ever that means) . None of their published solutions have worked. I don't know what more I can do. I'm sure I'm not the only one effected. Can you point me in the right direction? Thank you *****************

      I canceled my home phone and DirecTV bundle less than halfway through my billing cycle. I still paid my bill expecting that I would receive a refund after my next bill was available. That did not happen. I then called the billing department and had to argue with the representative about what my billing period was and how I was wrong when I was reading the dates off of my bill. She then told me that $20 was the most she could offer me. In reality, I am owed at the very least $60. They are thieves and I will be happy to never give them another dime of my hard-earned money.

      Brite speed is still using CenturyLink computers and name. They are almost impossible to speak to in person. When you get a person to talk to they are extremely rude and condescending. Now waiting g for a technician who can come anytime from 8am -5pm! And someone must be home or they won't work on the phone line

      They had sent me a bill regarding a disconnect notice saying I have to pay March 6th which I did and they still disconnect me then they said I had a past due balance which I didn't so now I have no internet service and they don't care I want this business to be shut down investigated whatever it needs to happen. Worst internet service company you could ever go to.

      This company needs to be shut down and held accountable for their fraudulent practices. They lie, cheat and steal from their customers and have an excuse for every issue you try to address with them. Run from this c*** business, it is a joke and a fraud. Does not deserve one star. All I needed was a replacement modem and was lied to at every turn. Five conversations, five order numbers and not one was processed. I don't think their **************** is in the states because no one seems to speak English.

      After strong winds knocked our internet line down CL said they would send a tech over the same day. The fire department ended up showing up and having to cut the line as it went across the road. After that CL said they would no longer come out until a week later. After taking a day off of work to be here when the tech arrived they did not bother to show up and did not notify us they would not be here. We then had to call and after taking about 3 hours to get ahold of someone we were told that we would have to reschedule an appointment for 2 days later and gave us a ticket number. The next appointment date arrived and agin no one showed up. We tried using the ticket number given to us only to find it did not exist. We have still yet to get our internet fixed and getting ahold of customer service is near impossible.

      they sick so badly on 90% of the time it makes me so dam angry. they say "its not our end" yet half the time it is then they try to charge you for them to simply look. im so sick of the blatant false advertisement they get away with. congress or the *** need to hold them accountable for it. im sure as h*** im not the only one with this issue. i need the network to work when i wanna play games online and every single dam day at 11 pm MT it starts to have a stroke. ive reset it all on my end and its still bad. either they get held accountable OR they fix the pos system they have. they have also lied about the speeds as well 0 stars for them!
