      Costumer for 10 years. Moving service to new home, appointment only available in 2 months. On the day of appt give window of 9am-5pm to wait for technician. Waited til 6. Service rescheduled to next day with same 9am-5pm window. I can't be stuck home for 2 days waiting on tech

      After we canceled our **************** in Aug 2022, CenturyLink continued to charge our account by $50. When we contacted them, 2 times, their standard answer: You will receive your refund in **** business days, would you like a confirmation #? Days will passed and no refund on sight. Today is 11/10/2022. The same line was delivered. to us. We still not have gotten our refund. WORST COMPANY EVER. Their license should be revoked. How many more people will they victimize?

      My 92-year-old mother moved from Independent to Assisted Living in a care facility on September 30. It is now November 7, and after spending approximately 20 hours (perhaps more) on the phone with a number of so-called customer service representatives, she still does not have her phone transferred. We have received nothing but broken promises, not even return calls from the supervisor. CenturyLink has a monopoly on the building, so we have no option but to hope that they finally will take action to move her phone line. This experience is beyond frustrating, with no end in sight. She is 92 years old, and her out-state family is virtually cut off from contacting her, during this difficult time of her life. There is no question we would never remain with CenturyLink, if my mother had the ability to manage a cell phone, but she is not capable. We are frustrated beyond words.

      My experience is similar to all the other.I was given a so-called repair tkt 3 times to fix my cable which was ruined by a contractor building a house next to mineEach time I called there was never any record of a ticket.I was purposely misled and lied to by Century Link service reps.Century Link is basically not regulated in the state of Fla. ,but are accountable to the *** and have to reply to an *** complaint within 30 days So,take 5 minutes and file a complaint on the *** website.

      Century Links service in ******* County, particularly *********, ** is horrible. For a landline service, the dropped calls, static and trouble carrying on a conversation resembles using a cellular phone with bad service. Issues are reported and its constantly we are working on the phone line. Its been years of this service with no resolutions in the future

      CenturyLink is probably the worst internet company ever! I have been with them probably a quarter of a century. I started out with ******, then Qwest, and now Centuryink. I have all their latest modems and 40 Mbps internet speed, but I still can't get connected to my internet most of time. I need it for work and communications with members, clients, and customers. No internet! They just don't care. Look at all the complaints and nothing has improved!

      The absolute worst company I've had the misfortune of working with. 20 different numbers to contact customer service, one transfer after another, 3 hours hold time and still can't get to anyone who knows how to address my issue. After complaining the only response is, "I understand." They understand that their customer service is terrible and they are not willing to do anything about it. Stay away from this company. They are not knowledgeable, friendly, or efficient. They don't know how to port numbers even though they have a VOIP division. The technicians are rude.

      This company has the worst customer service. Upgraded my internet speed & purchased a new modem. Technician said they would have to do some upgrading to the line outside of the home to get higher speeds. 2 weeks later, I still don't have higher speeds, 8:15-4:15 appointment never showed up and you can never get through on the phone to talk to a person. This company won't be around for much longer- outdated technology and terrible customer service.

      If I could get zero stars I would my complaint is with quantum fiber who is with century link internet. I was told yesterday when I called them that we wouldnt get service back til ending of next weekend. Today my neighbor informed us that the outage was fixed and they are going to his house tomorrow to fix his wire. I called them ask if they can fix mine while they are here and they said no. They were very rude and hung up on me 2 times. I asked to speak to manager and was told I needed to wait 24 hours for a call back.. but yet I have been without internet services for a whole month and they have to nerves to take payments off my credit card still! And now telling me they cant come out til ending of Nov but the other rep before the last told me they can send someone next week. I keep getting the run around with this company and they are the worst ever! They just take your money and refuse to give you an appointment its truly disgusting service I ever dealt with. I spoke to 10 different people and all 10 gave me all different information. None of them know what they are saying its truly terrible! And they will continue to take money out of my Account even though we have no service which is truly ridiculous!!!!! Quantum fiber for internet its truly terrible and their service is terrible! Who has to wait 24 hours to speak to a manager. I work from home I havent been able to work for a whole Month and now they wont even help us its disgusting

      This is the worst company to try and deal with. there was a microburst on October 15th Aps replaced all the power poles in my area. CenturyLink has to replace the wiring on those poles. 2 weeks have gone by with nothing is fixed. I keep telling them the same information and they keep saying no one is at home, I work from home there is no other place to be, and I can say that no one has shown up and all they do is reschedule for a tech to come out. one tech came out and told us they would need a truck with a bucket to place the wires and we keep telling the operator that is what the next tech is going to need. That the first actual tech that came out verified that no access to the inside of the home is needed till the wires on the poles get fixed. This company has put me out of work and keeps me hoping that they will fix the wires on the poles, and nothing gets done. I'm looking for another provider I'm beyond done.
