  I would have given a zero star rating, but thats not an option. The shed looks good once it was finally finished and installed, but the customer service experience was terrible. They forgot the doors and brackets to hang the shelving. The next week they hung the door but forgot the brackets. Trying to talk to someone or have them return a phone call or text was almost impossible. No one cared or made any attempt to rectify the missing parts fiasco. I finally reached someone, and he tried to justify that it wasnt that bad. It was another two weeks before someone finally came to install the shelving. I had to get upset at him in order for him to make it a priority to send someone out to finally hang the shelves and fix the improperly-installed door k*** I did not envision buying and installing a shed to happen like thisespecially since we paid them to take care of it. I wont be a return customer for Tuft Shed.

  ****** and ***** were quick thorough and efficient. These men really knew their stuff. Took the time out of their day to give me amazing service. Id definitely recommend having these two deliver to your property. They had a great sense of humor as well. Thank you guys, I mean it.

  The Garden Ranch 6x6 outdoor shed is perfect for our needs. It is well-made entirely of wood, except for the strong, metal foundation surrounding it that will prevent wood rot. The front door is a solid 4'x6' entry, with a high-quality key lock entry. The attractive blue and white two-tone paint is double-coated for lasting protection. Inside are two 16" shelves, deep enough to store ************, cords, etc., and the floor is a 3/4" treated floor decking. We paid slightly more than 27 hundred for the shed, including the upgraded flooring, door, and deeper shelves. The cost we feel is reasonable, as it is well-constructed and should last decades with minimal maintenance and repair.

  Wow I was so impressed it was put up in kess than 4 hours.the guys were friendly and cleaned up after they were done .I'm totally pleased and would recommend tuff sheds .

  We visited Tuff Shed in **********, **. Met *********************. *** was a wealth of information on the Tuff Shed product. We told him what we were looking for, and told him basically what we wanted to store in the shed. He gave us recommendations and walked us through the entire inventory at his location. He was so good to work with. We ordered the shed last month, It was delivered and installed today. The two installers were knowledgeable and efficient. They had the Shed installed and the final coat of paint was finished in about 4 hours. The shed is everything we were told it would be, It's the right size, 10 x 14, painted in the color we chose and it looks beautiful in our yard. Thank you ***.

  A bad customer support co. Roof vents poorly installed and ****** roof. The shed is 7 years ago. Called company and they stated it would be covered. Then sent some one out ***** she stated bad install. They set up a date to repair and never showed.i called ***** she stated they told her it would not be covered. I was never called.the roof was poorly put together with vents.

  We built a new 23 x 18 she shed for my wife, I met ******************* at the Lake County Fairgrounds in the spring and just loved his energy and attention to detail, *** did everything from the start to the end. He clearly communicated and scheduled the work to be done on our shed. The workmanship on both our cement foundation and the building structure was very good and I would highly recommend my installation crew. Everyone inside of Tuff Shed and the contractors performing the installation where best in class. BJAT ********* **

  POOR workmanship , let's add it all up 1 roof does not meet the sides at corners for a foot , gaps at opposite ends across from each other daylight coming in is a clue 2 light coming in around the top of door , edge all around , at top a big gap where water / snow melt can come and roll down back of the door which is made of wood chips.. guess I'll now have to paint the back of the door too. There is a metal spacer between door and inside of door where two pieces meet but panel made of wood chips on inside 3 edges are not solid because it's all pressed wood chips so who knows how long they will stay together " painted 2 times to seal them " BUT what about places you can't paint.. fall apart ? 4 sap dropping from ceiling , coming up out of the floor because EVERYTHING is wood chips pressed together 5 IT'S all over each beam but just an example they can't find support beams --- nailing roof on sloppy, " just on one side of beam near wall " 3 to 4 nails in a row don't even hit the support beams ! Plenty on each side of beam sticking down 3 inches LONG HANGING DOWN! 6 had to trim bottom of door when the ramp installed as I could not get the door open THEY put on the ramp supports also.. 7 had to paint everything again "used excellent paint " hoping would keep the rot away for awhile . Painted edges , every bare space I could find on outside walls ,door , window frame. Some places is so thin it was not even a coat of paint covering the wood . I am sure that when visit my shed again I'll see something I forgot to tell you , again an again ! To think I paid full price , on sale would still have been BAD ENOUGH! I would never buy a Tuff Shed again.. At my age I think I will still outlive this shed.. Has a 5 year warranty "nothing" , when it falls apart guess I'll have a shed burning ! SELECT a STAR , had to choose one... MINUS is more my choice !
