  Beware this company is bad, they will expect the customer to do all the work as in permits and zoning, they will call you every week for 3 months and feed you lies, after 3 months I went into ********** got a 100% refund on a shed that sat in their parking lot for 3 months... Beware read the reviews about this company before you buy. They are professional at scaming and they don't give a c*** about a customer....

  We had an excellent experience with Tuff Shed. We used their shed design tool on the website to choose our initial model, the design, the accessories and features. We were then in contact with *********************** and his sales team in *******, ** who helped ** make adjustments and improvements to our model that resulted in a better product at a lower price. Upon completion of the design, it was about a 3-week lead time until the shed was ready for install. ***************** showed up on time and finished on time, construction took about 4 hours. We found the entire process efficient and well managed.

  Sales went well. Their sales **** ****** even matched the colors and shingles from a prior purchase. Well, today they came and installed another smaller shed. I informed the install supervisor that the colors were wrong. He showed me a computer generated form, with my signature, that had this ugly color and wasnt even close to my other shed. I called the ***************** and spoke with ***** and got nothing but BS. Folks, if you go here make darn sure you sign what you want. They send you a computer generated contract that doesnt match what you select. Almost like a switch and bait action. LOOK ELSEWHERE

  When my shed arrived I noticed that there were no flood vents, food vents are required because I live in a food zone. The dry in failed three times, they started to put the shingles on and I told them that it failed the dry and they said oh no it will be ok. Needless to say they had to tear off the shingles so the inspector could inspect the dry in. In the front of the shed there are approximately a 2 inch by 1/2 gap were you could see the inside sheeting. It also failed the final inspection because of no flood vents. When they did put in flood vents, they are about three times as big as they need to be. When it rained there was water all over the floor, I had to install hogs hair in each vet to keep the rain out. Never again would I purchase a shed from this company again. I am telling everyone about my experience.

  My salesperson was the only saving grace * The design software is lacking ; unable to show the custom build accurately * Fabrication failed to locate the side window correctly and seemed confused on door placement on a concrete footing ; the build being a garage as opposed to a shed with a metal and wooden floor * Installation took 5 days not 2 and there were issues with the quality of the build and attention to detail * For the money spent I expected more of a professional experience* I was billed for the final installment before the job was completed , leaving me no recourse but to plead for fixes and corrections * My salesperson was the only individual who seemed to actually care , others just paid lip service * In short , it should have been done correctly from start to finish ! Without me ping ponging back n forth with 4 other company individuals to resolve problems that should never have occurred!

  After spending hours with a sales agent from tuff shed I was told that the discount ends today and I would need to make my 14000$ purchase by end of day to receive 10 percent off and I could receive an additional 5 percent off if I used ********** credit. So I was encouraged to apply for the ********** credit and was told that I would have the answer on approval right away. So I went to **********s credit page on the website and chose the credit program that fit my needs the best ( I was not informed that it was to be a certain credit card not just ********** credit) so I chose the ********** project loan and applied. I was approved within minutes and activated soon after. I the got back to tuff shed to complete my purchase and was told I was unable to use the credit over the phone and that I needed to visit the store in person. So they sent my quote to the nearest ********** Once I got to customer service at ********** they informed me that I am not able to use the credit awarded to me until 5 days after today. Ugh. I then returned home and immediately called tuff shed and spoke to a supervisor. She told me that I would no longer be eligible for the 10 percent off and that the project loan is not considered ********** credit and is not eligible the additional 5percent off. (Reminder that I applied for the project loan on the credit section of the ********** website.) I have spent 6 hours today working through all of this to find out that I will not receive the 10 plus percent off. I was scammed into applying for ********** credit and want to warn those who come after me. I canceled my project loan only after getting a hard hit on my credit report. So now I need to spend however many hours more trying to remove a hard hit from my credit report on credit that I didn't want to begin with. I set out this morning to purchase a shed, got mislead into getting credit? And now don't have have anything except a worse credit rating. Very Bad business Tuff Shed and **********

  I purchase my 1st Tuff shed 2 years ago and was very satisfied with the quality and how quickly they were able to install it. This year 2023 I decided to purchase my 2nd Tuff shed also 10 x 12 and again was very pleased. Thank you,****************

  Our salesman ******** in ***********, L. I., ** was terrific. He was informative and made the entire experience a pleasure. The installation was completed in 1 day as quoted, and the installers did a great job. Nothing but good things to say.******************

  I bought a shed a 3 years ago and it was leaking from the start. Someone from tuff shed came out but never fixed the problem. It still leaks and gets water inside. I would not ever recommend getting a tuff shed ever.

  ******** was the sales person. He was great and very in detail the product - the quality and what I needed to do and know before they could build my shed. ***** was the one man crew that built the shed. He did a great job and was very professional. Very Happy.
