  I purchased a Tuff Shed 2 years ago in 2021. our onsite build was poorly done, missing parts, roof installed wrong, many other issues. The operations manager ********************* refused to install the roof per the shingle manufacturers instructions. Instead they laid multiple layers of shingles on top of each other to hide their defects. Which voided the shingle manufacturers warranty. Now the roof is 2 years old and already needs to be replaced. I strongly recommend staying away from Tuff Shed.

  Terrible Craftsmanship!Paid almost $6,000 for a display model! Notified *********** in *********. They wanted pictures. I sent 19 pictures of different issues. They asked me if they could send me a quote for repairs! It is a good idea but the end product leaves a lot to be desired! This is the second one I have purchased. The first one had similar issues.When it comes to Tuff Shed, I have learned my ******* Never again.Think twice.

  Have you seen the nicely built Tuff Sheds at *********** the showroom floor, or at a home and garden show? Well don't expect for one minute to get what you saw. We purchased an 10x12 Pro Ranch shed in Feb 2023. The plan - to use it as a Garden Potting Shed. Were told it would take them 4 hours to build. Two workers showed up March 7 at 10:00 am and left at 9:00 pm. Had to come back the next day for 2 hours. The roof / 3 windows were installed after dark - yes, it is as bad as you can imagine! The ridge vent is installed off center and when installing the windows, missed the studs completely. Dangerous nails poking out so badly, couldn't open the windows without getting cut by a nail. Prior to install, we had a cement foundation poured. TS rep came out, measured - gave the green light. The door fits so poorly, that snakes, rats, and whatever else can come in under the door. The technician came to fix, now the door sticks horribly. Then, let's talk about the quality of wood they used. About 25% of the studs are very poor quality. Even in the most noticeable places like the door facing and trim around the windows looks like rotted wood. When building the walls, they missed so many of the studs, and nails were poking out around the studs on the inside. The contract says to expect poor quality wood, but this is ridiculous - oh and those sheds on the showroom floor - every stud is perfect! The contract also addresses that you may see nails coming through from the roof - on the show room floor, you barely see the nails penetrating the roof decking. Our nails are poking though at least 1 - 1 1/2" It's so bad we are not sure how we can add a decorative ceiling. We have called the *************** so many times and can't get anyone to call us back to schedule someone to come out. Our plans for *************** have been put on hold pending these repairs. Tuff Shed! Please help us! I wish we had not gone with Tuff Shed but we are stuck now! HELP!

  We were in need of a storage shed for the back yard with less than a weeks notice of needing storage. The sales manager *************************** from Tuff Shed went above and beyond what we could of ask for. We bought the Tuff Shed from ************** on Wednesday and we got our Tuff Shed deliver and constructed on-site in 8 days and everything looks great. Thank you ******* for your prompt attention on getting us taken care of. We highly recommend Tuff Shed.

  Lousy. Salesman ****** failed to tell me that when they level the shed all they do is add wooden splints on top of the concrete blocks which defeats the purpose. Not to mention thee top of the shed has no plywood for the Ridgeline. All it is is shingles covering the Ridgeline, no wood. Lousy Lousy deal. If I could go back I wouldn't have had it installed. I would have went another route

  I had an 8x10 shed installed in April 2023. ***************** showed up and completed it in a timely manner. However, while they were here they didnt install a drip cap which was paid for. Also, they took a ladder that was on the side of my house. I called the customer service number and spoke to a rep who said they would make a note in my file and someone would contact me shortly. After waiting several days and not hearing from anyone, I decided to call back. I spoke to another customer service rep who said the same thing. Finally received a call from a manager named ******, who said he has my ladder and that one of the new guys took it by accident (which is understandable). ****** said he would have a crew come back and install it but itll be a couple of weeks. Crew showed up 2 hours before the window I was given and never gave a courtesy call. Crew member finally sent me saying they left because nobody was home and that they never took my ladder. After communicating back and forth with the installation crew, they said they would have to come back at a later date because they are out of my area and in fact do have my ladder. It has been nothing but frustrating dealing with tuff shed. Their customer service is terrible and the responsibility falls on the client instead of the company and its management. I will never purchase or recommend a tuff shed to anyone.

  DO NOT RECOMMEND! No one in the office knows how to use their software and they send repeated requests for signature with wrong items in order. There is no way to actually see the building you are getting before you get it. We chose Tuff Shed because of our covenant. Quality is nothing special. CUSTOMER SERVICE is where they completely lost me. There was an error on paperwork but no one could clarify this for 2 months. Management expected us to just understand there was a error and pay more than we agreed/signed. The error was on them but we paid for it. It was a huge waste of time and expense for a so-so building. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchasing. Buyer - if anything goes wrong - you are out of luck. I hope you enjoy the mystery building you receive.

  We just had a shed installed about 2 weeks ago. Service is impressive negative. Ask them to send for a worker to fix some problem. They keep sending me emails EVERYDAY asking for document signature, but never reply to my request to fix a problem. I wonder it's a robot even the sender says its name is *****. If you need a shed, try to find someone else with good service.

  Purchased shed at the Home Show in ********** which was a pleasant experience. The shed was delivered, painted and assembled without the door being painted as they forgot to bring the white door paint stating they would deliver it on a later date. Its been about a month and I still havent received the paint.

  I purchased a 8'x10' Tuff Shed at *********** Right after installation I noticed that after it rain the door and window were leaking. I call Tuff Shed and explain the problem, a technician came and I was told that issue was corrected. They came over 4 times and the issue was not corrected. Finally I was informed by a manager that the sheds were designed to leak and that's nothing they can do. The door and window was not installed properly so I did all necessary repairs. I spend my own money and time. If I would have known all this issues I would never have purchased from Tuff Shed.
