      We looked at the website and called the business number to listen to an outgoing message. Nothing announced that there were odd business hours at the ****************** location. I had called to make sure there was nothing else we needed to get the car. I was on hold for 35 minutes, then hung up on. We drove 40 minutes to pick up our car from the impound lot only to find out that now the business hours (hand written in chalk) were ****, **** and 4-6. We arrived at 2 and had to wait 2 hours. No one is available to contact.

      I was towed out of an apartment complex and my bumper was smashed in the process. I should not have parked where I parked but my vehicle was damaged in the process. I have filed a claim with the company and have not heard back. All I'd like is a refund of the pickup fee and I can overlook the damage to my vehicle.

      On 11/12/2023 at 12:08am my vehicle was towed. At 11:20 am. I went to pick my vehicle up. Paid the balance to get it out. Proceeded to start my car it wouldnt start. Found out that they damaged my fuel tank when they towed and caused the gas to pour out of the tank. Now I have not gotten no help from them at all. They told me to file a claim with my insurance. When it was clearly their fault. My vehicle was in perfect shape prior. Now I am stuck with now car. And they are not helping at All.

      Towed my car from an apartment parking lot due to "no valid permit" even though I do have a valid parking permit and have at this location for over a year. Refused to work with me on the release of the car and charged me $378.29

      My car was towed illegally when my parking pass was on the passager side dash explain this to the woman on the shift she pulled u pictures and stated I shouldn't have been towed and that she didn't know how to give me my money back because she was new and didn't know what to do. I sent a complaint to the customer care line and made a complaint 11/6. I sent an email with pictures to my apartments at ******************** apartments and the seen the pictures also have a video of drive just hooking my car up without even checking I spent my rent now I have late fees. I spoke to a lady and she told me I should got this resolved before I left the lot. And I told her I tried to get it done asked to speck to a manager waited all day haven't heard anything I have more that enough proof they are wrong. She told it would 6 to 8 weeks and hung up on me. So I talk to the apartment and they would send a message to the person.who set up the account

      The Whatt towing company towed my car from infront of my condo.They asked $350 to get my car back.I asked the rembersment of half of the money since it wasnt vissible eventhough it was in my car.They refused to do that then I paid and left.Then my car stopped in the middle of the road then I got my car towed and noticed there was a fresh damage underneath my car which cost me $1500 immediately after taking out my car .I attached the damage and the repair cost reciept on their website,but they never contacted me.Its been more than three month already.I ask for Bbb to help me the remberssement of the repair and half of the towing cost i appreciate thankyou.

      As a homeowner, I have been advised my my HOA to contact this tow agency who is mandated by my HOA to perform towing services for the needs of homeowners in my area, I have had a vehicle parked in my space more than 24 hrs and reached out to this towing agency both online and by phone to have the vehicle towed which is my duty as a homeowner, the online inquiry was submitted two hours before I decided to call the customer service line , the woman who answered the phone was very disgraceful . Very rude and unprofessional and hung up In my face when I asked about my towing request , I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told there was no supervisor and was hung up on again , I work for the federal trade commission and I will assure to have this business properly investigate due to the fact that I am a homeowner and my HOA pays this agency to ensure diligence in my area and I as a homeowner cannot call This place to have a vehicle moved from my rightful property. This place needs to be shut down. Perhaps they have tax invasion as well. I will look into that as well. Any business with diligence will not have someone answering their customer service line in a time of emergency with that sort of tone.

      I was parked at the ****** apartments parking lot and was towed within the 2 hours of visiting a friend with no no visitors or any type of sign that states residents only

      my car was towed by this company, without justification and handled completely unprofessionally by the customer service woman, the company has tried to make me pay 383 for towing my vehicle. I have currently filed a complaint and greivance w the *************************. Lookin to put these folks to justice for not conducting business legally and professionally.       Predatory Towing - M&G Properties @ **** Tararac Apartment Hones ordered Wyatts Towiing. On the morning of 9/18/23 about 7 a.m. I was preparing to drive my sister to work and then prepare to return my rental vehicle back to Dollar/Thrifty Rental a the ****************************, only to discover that it appeared to be stolen, I thought. It was last parked the night before around 9:45 p.m the night before. My first response was to call Dollar Thrifty Rental at ************-, then I call 911 non-emergency to file a report. The ************* asked where was it parked. And if it was like in a handicapaped space, the answer was no. It was parked where I always park when I visit my sister in ****** at the same apartment complex for at least a decade. I park in the same spot everytime I visit. They called back after a brief investigataiton and learned that it was not stolen but towed/ impounded by Wyatts Towing, 2019 Sonata. ******* Tag, 24AULI, Towing Company ************** My indrstanding is that in apartment complexed, tow companies are summoned at the request of the management company. Plus they run licenses as wel for various reasons. If they had run the license they would have realized that it was a rental and could have place note on the vehicle, and families do visit. But again, there was no signage of any sort . The case # is *********. Illegally towed. I did write theColorado ************************** to place a compaint. I dont live ther,e not do I know their policies. My sister who lives there does not drive, which is wny I rented a car for the weekend with my moms ********************************************************************** Aurora. I want my money refunde
