      Started a subscription in April 2024 was quoted a specific price for my subscription for 24 months. However they breech our agreement in November. Should not be able to do customers like this especially seniors that are on fixed income. I would appreciate so much if you will look into this. They should not be able to continue this practice.

      worse company that I have had to deal with. Called about installation and had to talk to 18 different people before I got my answer. I was on the phone for almost 3 hours. Some of the people my wife and I couldn't;t even understand. Had direct TV before and no problems what so ever. Wish we would have never switched. Terrible company. Stay away from them if possible.

      I had called to cancel Dish a couple of months ago. When I called I was told by the *** that the would lower my rate and add Showtime and Starz for free but I had to commit for 24 months. Now apparently, the premium channels were only a 3 month promotion, and they will be turned iff. Nothing was ever said to me about it being short term when they were trying to get me to stay. When I called to explain, customer service refused to provide what I was initially offered. I feel like I was scammed into another 2 year contract and am furious with Dish. It makes me feel they are a completely dishonest business who absolutely withheld information to get me to stay. I feel lied to and I will be cancelling when the two years is up. In the meantime, I will tell everyone I know that this business is absolutely not to be trusted because they lie to customers.

      Telling you about *******. My brother, **** ******** a disabled VIETNAM SURVIVOR VETERAN, passed away unexpectedly on October 15, 2024. After dealing with all the funeral expenses, a week later we were shutting off all the utilities at his house including ******** All his payments were on autopay since he had difficulty writing. We made sure all outstanding bills were paid. Speaking with ******* and their bill was paid they requested that all their equipment be disconnected and returned to them which we did. Now understand the man is dead. ******* said he signed a two year contract and because he died before the end of the contract, they decided to charge his autopay account for the remainder of the contract of $231.47. Is this company hurting so bad financially that they have to charge a man after he dies $231.47 and still take it from what is left of his account. Think twice before signing up for *******.

      I called Dish and said I wanted to close my account because I signed up with Directv Stream. I was asked why I went to Directv. I said it was cheaper and the equipment was modern. I was then offered new equipment, and $40 off for a year if I stayed. I accepted the offer and canceled Directv. Nothing was ever said about incurring a 24 month contract nor did I agree to that. Then when a new receiver was installed, the installer asked me to sign a blank tablet that he said indicated the work order was complete. Come to find out it also said I incurred a 24 month contract. I see that as deceptive trade practice and wish I would have stayed with Directv. I complained to Dish and was told that I signed a legal agreement. I have been with Dish for about six years. Now I have a new troublesome receiver and Im stuck with Dish unless Im willing to pay a penalty of $20 for every remaining month of my 24-month contract, $480.

      I purchased security cameras from dish and had problems with 2 of the cameras within 6 weeks . They would not stand behind the cameras and said it was not their responsibility..They would not send a service technician without charging a service fee. I Would Not Ever buy any thing from Dish again.

      We started out with 2 years ago 2022, we started out at ******, within months we were up to ******, than we jumped from ****** to ******. When I pulled up my account and package I noticed there were 2 Latino channels we were being charged ***** on one and ***** on the other. Miraculous they disappeared after I called and complained. Why would we want Latino channels when we don't speak Spanish. I wa suppose to be locked in at 132 00 for 2 years. My husband and I are seniors we can't afford to pay outrageous prices. They go against what they quote. We called today the first representative told us I don't know what to tell you. We were to be locked in on ****** core package after all the credits were done for 2 ******** k ew why my account is creeping up slowly. This time within 3 weeks. They transfered us to a specialist who hung up on me. What kind of customer service is this. I believe they are scamming the elderly.

      We've been with this company for *** too many years for my bill to continue to go up!!! Cannot access all channels on the **** app that are available on the guide at home. BUT IT'S ADVERTISED ON TV!! I CALL BS!!! TRIED TO TS THE PROBLEM & WHEN I ACCESSED THE **** AS I WAS TOLD ... COULDN'T GET BACK TO THE ORIGINAL CHAT WITH THE *** WHO TOLD ME TO DO IT!!!!!!!!! DO BETTER!

      I pay $135 a month and have to watch an *** game on Fox Network that is 2 time zones away(Lions vs Packers), yet I can't watch an *** game in my time zone (******** vs ****) that says it's available to watch h on ***. I've been a 10 year customer and this is the customer service that I should expect at $135 per month? Think I'll start streaming for that price! Thanks Dish!

      This is the worst company I've ever worked with. They are always doing negotiating with ***,*** and ******, ect for more money out of pure greed. The customer should not suffer and lose the original channels that were included in their original contracts because of greed. **************** is awful. Most don't even live in this country! I cannot even understand them. Someone needs to do something to stop these bad business practices! Look at their reviews and we all are saying the same thing. Please do something to stop them from ripping all of their customers off!!
