      This is the worst company I've ever worked with. They are always doing negotiating with ***,*** and ******, ect for more money out of pure greed. The customer should not suffer and lose the original channels that were included in their original contracts because of greed. **************** is awful. Most don't even live in this country! I cannot even understand them. Someone needs to do something to stop these bad business practices! Look at their reviews and we all are saying the same thing. Please do something to stop them from ripping all of their customers off!!

      This company is fraudulent!! Had a charge on my account for a *** show for $44.99 when we were out of town! Representative told me he can credit the account $40 but not the whole amount and said its only 5 dollars.Are you kidding? This is theft. So so disappointed in DISH.

      Terrible company just want used the Latin people to make money the service is really poor signal always loss when is rain or snow but they charge for the day don't have service the Comercial said ***** but you final price if you need more box cable going out easy

      The worst company doing business with.I had the dish network service for 12 years at $ 88. Something,per month, they collected religiously per month X 12 months X 12 years = $ ********* aprox.After all this i call them in October 2024 in order to get a game that I wanted to watch. The agent it was hard to understand my problem, After almost one hour of me trying to let her know what I was promised by another agent in one of my previous calls,I gave up on her,ask her to get a supervisor. Holding for almost 10 minutes a supervisor came,I had to start all over again explaining my problems,he told me that nothing he can do,then I ask to cancel my account. I was asked to hold for the cancelation department, 8 minute's later a nice person that spoke English ( thank God),tried to convince me not to cancel, After I insist on the cancelation his attitude chanced threading with fees penalties and broken contract charges and in order to avoid all this i better stay with Dish. I ask for the company servicing agent for receiving Summons and complete for court he declined to provide. Today I received a text that my card will be charged $***** approximately. This is the worst PR people that i have dealt with in my 45 years in business. How can I take them to court without spending $ 1000,s in legal fees. Small claims court one option but I have to serve them,any ideas anyone?.I appreciate any help. This people are bad,so many complaints. I believe they are on the way to BK soon let's all of us file a Class Action complaints, we don't need people like them doing business by cheating people with fake contracts agreements and threats. Shame on them and the CEO that allows this kind of behavior. I will order my credit card company NOT to pay the $ ***** ,I will see them in court. Any help and advice is more than welcome.

      I feel like Dish Network should be investigated for their use of Dish Protect. They sell their Dish Protect program to customers stating that if there are any issues with equipment that everything is covered with Dish Protect, but without Dish Protect it would be at least a $95.00 Technician Fee charged to the customer. Dish Protect is $11.99 each month. When calling to try and lower my bill each year that is the very first thing any Dish Network employee recommends dropping to lower my bill though. Stating that the Dish Protect can essentially be added and dropped almost anytime, only when it is needed. If you have an issue just call to add the Dish Protect for a month and then drop it the next month to avoid the $95.00 Technician Fee for the service call. How can Dish Network sell a service at a monthly rate when you can essentially add and drop that same service at anytime, essentially only being charged when the service is needed. Why not just charge the $11.99 as the Technician Fee instead? I feel like Dish Network is immorally leading customers to purchase the Dish Protect to try and lock that in for the initial ***** months but then once renewing you are essentially told that you can just add and drop that same service when it is needed, instead of paying $11.99 each month for ***** months. You can just call pay a one-time (one month) fee if $11.99 to avoid paying the full $95.00 Technician Fee. I fully understand the insurance and peace of mind with having the ********************* but if you can essentially add and drop that same service only when you need it, then how can Dish Network charge that as a monthly service fee to customers? I feel like ******************** should not be able to charge that $11.99 each month for Dish Protect, since it can be added at anytime if there are any issues. I feel like Dish Network should only be able to charge that $11.99 as the Technician Fee, since that is essentially what it is acting as.

      I'm renting the ****** device and their remote isn't working correctly but instead of them replacing it I had to purchase one from them. So I will now own a remote for a rental box that when I return the box I'm stuck with an expensive remote that is unusable. What a scam.

      This company lies and manipulates you to change to their company by offering refer a friend credit on bill. I have tried for 6 weeks to get my friend's bill and my bill the $10.00 per month and still nothing. Today I called and they said it is not eligible because it is over 30days since the account has been activated. What a bunch of bull. They just lie and cheat people. Why offer an incentive to get others to join Dish and not honor it. I made at least 7 phone calls and tried to resolve on line also and nothing!!!! They just give you the runaround.

      TODAY MORE THAN A YEAR LATER, I GET A CALL THAT I OWE DISH NET MONEY, BECAUSE I DISCONNECTED MY SERVICES. WHY?? BECAUSE THERE WERE TREES IN FRONT OF MY SATELLITE, AND THEY REFUSED TO MOVE THE DISH, OR BRING A SUPERVISOR TO DO THE *** RIGHT?? SO FOR A WHOLE YEAR, I HAD BAD SERVICE, MEANWHILE I'M PAYING FOR BAD SIGNAL. SO WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE, DID NOT CARE, AND HE ACTUALLY TOLD ME TO LEAVE IF I WANTED TO. LET NE ASK YOU A QUESTION. WOULD YOU PAY THEIR TERMINATION BILL, BECAUSE I LEFT AFTER 15 YEARS OF SERVICE, AND THEY WERE FAULTY, THEN TREATED ME LIKE AN A****** FTS. I WILL NEVER PAY YOUR DISCONNECT FEE EVER. I WOULD RATHER SUE THEM FOR A YEARS MONEY BACK FOR BAD SERVICE?? AND TO THINK THAT I USE TO LOVE DISH. BUT THAT RUDE MANAGER DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THIS COMPANY. ****** HE DID, THEY WOULD HAVE MOVED THE DISH, AND I WOULD HAVE STILL BEEN WITH THEM ?? BUT I AINT A SUCKER TO BE TREATED LIKE AN ASS??

      They are a bait and switch Company. They offer you a deal at one price for two (2) years and in 8-10 months they increase $30.00 to $40.00

      This company changes your pricing every month going up and up. I have had the same package for years and it has gone up in price without changing anything. Just this year I am paying $30.00/month more than the beginning of the year.
