      Yes, why when I'm watching TV . It be on the it just stop the move and go blank as if someone thought I wasn't watching anymore so they turn the movie off. Then if I'm watching it. The TV is on a old folks show that I don't even watch them it takes a while before I can get back to my show , and by that time I have missed most of the beginning of the picture.. ya something going on with your system or something cause I've messed good pictures cause of it jumping somewhere else.

      Dish Airtv2 the worst ever!!! Don't waste your money. Airtv2 is the worst piece of junk just like Tablo. This trash device never works with Sling nor with the local channels when recording. I keep losing football games trying to record on this piece of Trash. It freezes too many times to count, and I have to keep rebooting just to has this stupid thing connect up to my second tv thru Wifi. Don't ever try to Watch a program this also recording or this junk will stop recording. Even after the show is done I come to find out that it only recorded about 50 minutes of my 3hr 30min football game. When you try to get help thru Sling and Airtv there is no support. They have never updated this putrid machine and I will never buy anything from Dish ever again. You can't expect trash to work when you got a company that is Trash!!!

      I just signed up for **** on the 16th of Sept. 2024. I am paying $12 a month (per the contract), but Dish is charging me $14 due to a price increase of $2. However the customer service agent told me I had to pay it no matter what I signed up for. I then demanded a manager and they said there was an increase this past week and I would need to pay the additional $2 regardless of the contract. S**** this company! I will be canceling my contract! Worst company and customer service!

      Had sever problems with dish network over the years. When I finally decided to cancel the agent told me my balance would be between $10-$20 for the prorated balance. Then I receive a bill for $140! I called and they told me they cant do anything for their agent giving me wrong information. Their service is okay at best but beware they will change you like crazy, and make it almost impossible to get rid of them

      Dish **************** is terrible! I was promised a $300 gift card if I switched from DirectTV to Dish. I downloaded my DirectTV bill to the my dish.tv site and it said, Thank you for submitting your request. Please check back to monitor your gift card status. Told it would ***********-8 weeks. Call customer service at 8 weeks, its all good but it can take 8-12 weeks. Call back at 12 weeks. You did not upload your DirectTV bill.Yes, I did. Explain the message the site gave. Well, how did you upload it? I uploaded by directions on the site. You missed the 90 day window. No, I uploaded it in the first month. Give me your manager. He will tell you same thing. Transfer me to your manager. ****** said says everything looks okay with your gift card, but I am not sure why you have not received it. I have another department looking into it. If they dont call back, wait 7-10 business days,call back and use this reference number. Call back. You didnt make the 90 day window. Yes, I did. Let me check with the support team. I am transferring you. You didnt upload document. Yes, I did and manager said all looks good. You didnt make 90 day window. Yes, I did. You dont have autopay. Yes, I do or I wouldnt get my current. FALSE ADVERTISINGthey did not give me the $300 gift card that was the promotion!!! Dont be a DISH customer!

      IF YOU LIKE TO BE EXTORTED MONEY THEN SIGN UP WITH DISH! THEY DON'T TELL YOU AT ALL AS I JUST HAD A MANAGER *** TELL ME. THEY REALLY DON'T HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH THE CUSTOMERS... HOWEVER YOU CAN'T MOVE THE DEVICES AT ALL. IF YOU MOVE THEM THEY WON'T WORK AND THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY $150 FOR THEM TO COME OUT TO FIX IT. I HEARD MULTIPLE PEOPLE IN THE BACK GROUND WITH THIS LINE... OH I AM SORRY THAT IS A SPECIAL WORK ORDER WE HAVE TO DO NOW SO IT WILL BE $150 OR YOU CAN RETURN IT TO WHERE IT WAS. ANOTHER OPTION TO PAY ***** FEE MONTHLY FOR A SERVICE PLAN BUT YOU CAN'T CANCEL WITHIN 180 DAYS OR IT IS $30. I FEEL THIS IS VERY SHADY AND WANT TO ALERT OTHERS ABOUT THIS ISSUE!

      Dish Network is the greatest thing since the manufacture of frosted flakes. However do not let them deduct from your bank account. I did and they stole $38.64 from my account, without any legitimate reason. Unless you are wealthy and can afford an attorney there's nothing you can do and they know this. As good as their network is I'll never subscribe again and let these thieves steal my money. My advice is pay by mail. That is if the bill comes early enough to make payment in time which is another one of their ploys (late fees)

      My 87 year old mother, who is very sharp, but too trusting was tricked into changing from ********* to Dish Network by a door to door salesperson. She was sold a larger package than what she needed and was told that it would be $4 /month cheaper than what she was paying with ********* and she was told that installation would be free.When her first bill from Dish showed up on her credit card statement it was $40 more/month and she was charged $49 for installation. When I called them at Dish they said they were sorry, and they would have an investigator call me within a few days. I never heard from the investigator so after a week I called them back and told them that I wanted a full refund for my mother and they said they would have to get back to my mother in few days because her phone# is on the account so I changed it and put my phone# on the account so they would call me. The only reason I was dealing with them instead of her is that she gets nervous in situations like this. A couple days later they called her and at that time she cancelled her account with them. They told her that she would not be charged a penalty for early cancellation of her contract and made it sound like they were doing her huge favor. I don't know if the salesperson was a Dish Network employee or just a subcontractor, but either way Dish Network condones their salespeople preying on elderly people. I have been a Dish Network customer myself for over 14 years and have just cancelled my service with them because of the way my mother was treated. They thought they could entice me to stay with them for a $40 voucher. There is no amount of money they could have paid me to continue as a Dish Network customer.
