PRICE INCREASE. Are you kidding me? For what? Way too many commercials. And now they're adding commercials to HD Net Movie channel. Wait time for customer service long and most often I can't even understand what they're saying. I'm tired of overpaying for commercialization. I thought TV was something to enjoy.

Dish Network is terrible. The ****** that was installed has malfunction in various ways for a year and a half now. I finally put my foot down and insisted that they send me a new, never used one. I swapped them out this morning. While I was waiting for it to activate, I packed up and sent back the old one. The new one is even worse. It will not lock on to any satellites and only two of the 16 tuners even register. Now tomorrow I get to wait for a tech to come and fix it. Dish is waiving the $99 tech fee by signing me up for their $12 a month service plan, but giving me the first month free. Keep in mind that **** owns all the equipment and I pay rent for it each month. Did you understand that? Dish charges you to repair equipment they own and rent to its customers on a monthly basis.

Bait and switch Signed up for dish two days ago (3 TVs) and now I am told that I need to "upgrade" my ****** box to get the full benefits of the service i was promised. TWO DAYS! While there is not a difference in monthly billing there is a set-up fee. Why didn't they just give me the right equipment 2 days ago? What a crock.

I was lied to about the amount of my monthly bill and the channels I would receive when I renewed my services with Dish.I spoke with ****** ******* on 02/07/2024 requesting Dish cancelation. Mr. ******* stated they did not want to lose my business and ask why I was canceling. I stated I could get the same channels I was presently getting with dish for a considerable less monthly fee and had decided to switch to another service provider. Mr. ******* put me on hold for a long period of time, came back and told my I could keep my present package with the same channels for $77.99 per month plus tax or if I agreed to auto pay, the fee would be $72.00 per month. I agreed and signed a two year renewal. However, my monthly auto pay bill that is being drafted is $98.54. When I called to inquire about the increase, I was told Mr. ******* misquoted because the fee he quoted only included one receiver (we have 2.) I accepted that explanation. However, I am also not getting the same channels I was previously getting as promised. I asked him specifically if my package would be the same, including the sports channels with included SEC channels 404 and or 408 and he said yes. However, we are unable to get the *** channel. I would never have agreed to this renewal had I known we would be unable to get those channels that we have always had. I expect Dish to honor our agreement and receive those channels immediately or further action will need to be taken.

In July, the accounting **** didn't put my PYMT through on my credit card. None of my credit card information has changed and it's a 15-year-old account. I pay my balance monthly. Then, my cable is cut on the side of my house and I have no service. Dish Network continues to bill me even though I'm not able to have any service. I called today and asked them if they're not giving me service why am I being billed and they said it's because they're sending the service to my residence. They deny that they cut my cable into my house. And there's no other company that would have come and cut my cable to my house. So I canceled them today when I realized this nonsense going on and they still want me to pay $162.38 for service that I never got. This company has gone downhill where it used to be really great! A year ago when all of my movie channels stopped but they kept charging me this outrageous price of $238 and change I didn't even complain. But when they cut my service completely I went with a different service. Do not use dish Network!

Received sales brochure from Dish including channel lineup. While signing up for service I was told that what was on that list was accurate. However I wasnt able to get NewsNation. When I called about it the representative said that it was not available unless I wanted to subscribe to the top 250 which would be an additional $20 per month. Then he hung up on me when I asked for the manager.

Each year that I have renewed with Dish Network, they give me a price for the year then about halfway through they raise it and there is no excuse for that people are on disability and seniors and we cannot afford thavt and all they're doing is getting rich while everyone else is getting poor someone has got to stop the people from raising their prices especially in the middle of a contract. I would give him zero Stars if I could

Yes, why when I'm watching TV . It be on the it just stop the move and go blank as if someone thought I wasn't watching anymore so they turn the movie off. Then if I'm watching it. The TV is on a old folks show that I don't even watch them it takes a while before I can get back to my show , and by that time I have missed most of the beginning of the picture.. ya something going on with your system or something cause I've messed good pictures cause of it jumping somewhere else.
