      I made a payment though app. NEVER again. Company did not want to refund me my full amount. I had been with company 12 years . This is sad. **************** was awful. Please be careful when using app to pay. I will be switching tv services due to this matter. This dose not even deserve one star

      Dish wifi internet is some of the worst internet ever. I always am losing signal and never can connect anything. I have had this problem for over a year and had multiple ************ people come to fix this issue. This company is trash. NEVER get Dish wifi. I hate it, but my apartment complex only allows Dish wifi to be partnered with the lease. Please again, NEVER get Dish wifi.

      It's is terrible. Call tech support for always saying complete signal loss. Weather not issue. They always want to trouble shoot wasting my time and nothing works. Send a tech after multiple calls issue never fixed.

      Gift card I got a flyer in the mail for ****** for signing up so I did 6 weeks went by and made 2 qualifying payments like they said for 3 years so I called and they tell me I don't qualify for ****** gift card I think they scam you to sign up and don't give you nothing. It's a scam to sign up ?? Now I am stuck if I cancel I have to pay ****** for cancellation!!

      Dish is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Got new service with the Dish and two months later received a bill for $160 for boxing matches we supposedly ordered. I have never in my life ordered or watched a boxing match. I called Dish and after a lot of discussion they agreed to refund one of the charges but the other was" too old" although both were supposedly ordered the same day. The following month I tried to contact customer service as it appeared that I had "rented " another show. I was directed to a website that could resolve the problem by chat room for a $1 refundable fee. Two days later a $55 charge on my credit card showed up for my subscription oi JustAnswer . I contacted that company in 24 hours and they happily cancelled my subscription but no refund on charges. JustAnswer and Dish are partners in crime' ' terribly dishonest.. I will cancel the service and pay $400 penalty rather than continue with Dish.

      Dish does shady billing practices. They told me one price for a subscription and charged me a higher one. Now that I want to cancel because of being misled they want to charge me for my outstanding months.

      I've had Dish Network for nearly 10 years now. In that 10 years, I have 0 complaints. I can honestly say that the service is spot on. Anytime there has been a problem with service, only 2 times in my nearly 19 years, they have resolved it quickly. Couldn't be more supportive of Dish for this reason alone. Nothing worse than bad service. Never had issues with billing. Billing has been easy to deal with. I've had several packages with Dish over the course of time I've been with them and some can be pricey but honest the more channels you have the more your going to pay. That's just everywhere you turn in today's society. My current plan, THE **** PACKAGE, is so affordable and I discovered this package because I told them what channels meant more to me to have and they suggested this package. 100% satisfied. I am a real customer whom pays a monthly bill. I can't say one negative thing about Dish. It bewilders me all the negativity I read about Dish online since my experience with them all these years, Never has Dish lived up to the negative reviews people are saying about them. I will not switch to another provider for **** is a great provider for my cable needs. Thank you Dish for giving me great service and excellent customer support when I've needed it. I would 100% recommend them for cable service.

      Don't sign up on any of their so called contracts. Tried to cancel a "preferred customer offer" within 24 hours of getting it, they can't cancel it. After being with these guys for right around 16 years, the only way out is to cancel the whole setup. Done deal, cancelled my account. Unprofessional to deal with, feel like they are trying to scam people with their deals.

      I forgot to pay my bill and yes that on me, but it went to collections, and the collection company offered me a deal. I took the deal and dish says I still owe my full bill, they have no record of any deal. Deciding whether to contact my attorney and sue both dish and the collection agency for falsifying info.

      My family and I have been customers on and off for years with Dish with moving relocations and have never had any issues when it has came to ending service and starting it again. We ordered services with them this latest time in March of 2023 and asked that we get the cheapest rate possible without being put into a contract. They quoted us a monthly price of *********************************************************************** a contract because the first bill we received had no verbiage of it. Come to find out now in August of 2024 they put in fine writing on the back of the second bill and all the ones after that we are in a two year contract and for terminating service before March of 2025 they are going to charge us an $160 early termination fee. That is more than our regular bill was per month. We had to to relocate for a new job and renting a house that cannot have a dish installed or we would of transferred service. I asked for a copy of this so called contract we signed and they said it does not have your signature it has a pin that the tech had a signed area for the service to put this pin. What kind of contract is that ...they trick you into signing without a signature. Never in anyway were we ever told we would be in a contract. And to fight this dictatorship you have to send a letter to ask to have it removed. Well you get a call from their corporate office from ********************* an Executive Escalations, Senior Corporate Case Manager a rude pompous *** that tells us there is nothing they can do and refuses to give you any information or to anyone else to have something done about it. Just says in a robotic voice you just don't like the answer I am giving you. And I said I refuse to pay it and he says you can fight it out with collections. I will never ever have their services again and will not recommend them to anyone. I am asking to have this early termination fee removed and to move on from this garbage of a company that once was a good one!
