      They promise services that they do not provide with equipment they no longer use but continue to charge you for the service. We have been charged $56.25 a month for 4 years for high speed internet but have never been able to use it cause they never gave us the correct equipment to access the internet. They knew we had old equipment they no longer service for at least 4 years but never gave us the equipment needed to use the service. They afford $100 prepaid card!!!! $100 and they took $2700. They even raised the internet cost to about $75 this week, which we CANT EVEN USE!!! Please tell me how that is fair and not theft!!!!

      To start off customer service is terrible. We can never get any help. Just a lot of excuses. We are seniors and really cant afford dish and of course they have no senior program to help the elderly on fixed income. Ive been with them over three years now, and I am desperately looking for a different service company Its been one of the worst experiences I was with **** for years. They have great programs for seniors and also have great. ***************** Great its probably above average but great compared to dish. Find another provider

      When calling Dish we were told the package we selected would cost $147.00. We declined. The rep continued to keep us on the phone rattling off different packages and prices. We declined all. We wanted the full package. She then came back with a monthly charge of $123.00 for what we wanted. When we received our first bill the monthly amount was $147.00. Not what we were quoted. Called customer service about the bill and was told they could not help with the bill. We'll see what kind of problems we run into trying to get the $500.00 gift card. Thank you, for your for your consideration on this matter. ****

      Scam...I switched to Dish in March, 2024. I was told that I would receive a $500 gift card in 6 months. Having not received the gift card when I called customer service they were very rude and stated that I missed the deadline for requesting it.

      I been doing business with Dish 6 months now they promise to send me a $ 400. Gift and I have not received it . I contacted the company . A salesmen let me know if. I switch cable company . I would get a gift card. they did not tell the true they lied to get your business .

      Terrible service for the high price you pay. Channels do mot come in. System goes down daily. Channel guide locks up. Terrible reception.

      My service with dish Network was okay up until I got ready to cancel with them they sent out the box as well as the list of items I needed to return but they absolutely refuse to pick up the dish satellite which is an eyesore on the side of my house. After the 3rd representative I was provided a phone number to their retail department to call to have them pick it up and I was advised there is a charge for them to pick up otherwise it's up to me to throw it away or just let it sit there forever. My husband is 71 years old and I still would have to pay to have someone to remove it even just to throw it away and besides that where do I throw it away at. Will they pick it up with the regular household trash? I think this is ridiculous. I will never use them again! This is a game changer for me to have service with them at both my main house and my guest house for 2 years. Our relationship is ruined because they refuse to pick their equipment up from our house.

      I have been charged 51 dlls month for over a year for a subscription that I do not have. I thought I had orange sling service but all I had was free streaming. I can't contact the Englewood people, and the help center chat assist tells me that I do not have a subscription to cancel. So why or who is charging me?

      When you disconnect a room, they tell you that you will get a box and just have to put it in mailbox; no. You have to go to an *** store at your cost! Its completely c*** to call and speak with them about it, you ask for a manager and are given the total run around and in the end - nothing. Save your money time and frustration.
