      Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with period. was moving and needed to terminate my service. Took 7 calls to finally get the job done ! Will never use them again !

      I only wish that I could give this a zero. I've been a dish customer for 15 plus years and last November my wife and I were moving from ******** to *******. we had our dish transferred to the new address in *******. upon arriving there they had installed a ****** which we did not want. they also build us an additional monthly fee for the ******. after arguing with them for an hour they lowered our price for 3 months to 93 dollars from a $120. they said that after 3 months it would go back up to the 120 which it did. however, after 5 months it went up to $261. we paid that but called and canceled our dish subscription. they then told us that my moving we agreed to a new 2-year contract and that we were going to have to pay the difference between the 90 and 120 and that was why the bill went up to 161. we did not agree to any of this and now we are going to be forced to pay a $310 fee or in their words be turned over to a collection agency to have our credit room. over the 15 years that we've had this it is been a constant battle with them to maintain a steady stable price. I would never recommend dish television to anyone. only use them as a very last resort. we have tried to negotiate with them, reason with them, and argue with them all to know avail.

      I've had dish for yrs, until my ex kicked me out. They let him change my pin number to access my account. They let him run up a bill, so I kept getting texts and emails stating my account is passed due. Like heck are they getting a dime from me!!! They can't even acknowledge what they allowed was fraud!!! It was THEIR fault!!!

      We got Dish due to lack of any other option at the time which was about 3 years ago. I wanted a different option with fiber optic that had become available in my area so I hooked up with the fiber optic company and cancelled Dish at the end of March 2025. I received a notice from Dish that I had indeed cancelled service and they were sorry to see me go. I diligently paid my closing bill when they sent it to me. When I paid my bill they restarted ************ even though none of the Dish equipment was hooked up. I had paid the early termination penalty, and they used it toward the bill they sent me as having a credit. I called and cancelled service again. They continued to charge me for service and equipment that was not being used. They had great difficulty sending me boxes to return their equipment but I finally received them and returned the equipment. I took photos of boxing the equipment up and all of the correspondence they sent me as verification of their receipt. I do not trust them in the least for their ineptness and lack of customer service. Beware of their weasel worded arbitration agreement you sign to get service. Makes it not worthwhile to sue them. I will definitely never use that company ever again and I will never recommend them to anyone I know or meet. I feel that they overbilled me and refused to honor my canceling the contract with them on the date I cancelled even though I can prove that date.

      I have been with dish for almost 3 years and it has been the worse since day one. My bill is 101 but they say I owe 154 I have 1 late fee of ***** how does that work. For the last almost 2 years we have had a problem with losing sound and have to reset the box everytime because dish refuses to help. This place is just as bad as direct tv service service and price ***** majorly. Once my contract is up in 2 months I am leaving dish network and will figure something else out. They are no help at all with anything.

      cancel service charge. I had to have the *** (******) replaced 11 days ago do to it was malfunctioning. DISH tech replaced the unit with a newer model since my old model was 5 years old. i cancelled my service today & now they are saying I will owe them $480 because the box was replaced with a newer model. It wasn't my fault the old box wouldn't work so why should I pay for a box that worked. I have spent over $8400 with then over the last 3.5 years. If I could give a negative number I would. **** will never get my business again & if I find out someone plans to go with them, I would highly discourage them. I think the way i was treated by DISH is a terrible way to do business.

      ******** customer service. When I signed up I had to take to ****************** plan it was free for 6 months, but then had to cancel after 6 months, or you were charged ***** a month. I had canceled this twice and it keep showing up on my bill. I used the chat on a desktop asking them to take it off my bill. They wouldn't, telling me I never saved the changes. I had used my phone previously, and apparently save button was not visible. Any respectful business would have removed the charge. Just a terrible experience and once my commitment is fulfilled I will be going elsewhere.

      I signed up because they were having a promotion where I would get a $200 prepaid MasterCard. They sent me a paper in the mail that I needed to fill out and I filled it out and I create an account online and one year later I still have not received that card. I actually forgot about it, but then I remembered that I was still owed a card so I called them and they said that it had expired and there was nothing that I could do about it so then I talked to their manager, and the manager said the same thing. He tried to offer me free ******* for two years along with another two year contract. I told him no thanks and I hung up on him. If you are reading this review, I highly recommend a different company. this company does not care about you. All they care about is making money and thats all.

      I canceled my ******* account. Dish mailed me a final amount due.I mailed a check for that *********** took thT same amount of money from my checking account. I explained this issue to my bank. My bank issued me a credit for the amount DISH took out of my checking account.I contacted DISH about the double payment. Weeks later I received a check from DISH TV for the amount taken from my checking ************* I received a text message that I should call DISH TV at the correct telephone number for DISH TV's customer service. The text stated that DISH wants the same amount of money once again by 20 June 2025.I called that 800 number for Dish and explained the current issue. The customer service representative for ******* had zero explanation for this text message. Something is very wrong here.

      Im a long time Dish subscriber and dont ever plan on leaving this service. The pricing is much better than other subscriptions out there and the variety of programming suits my household needs. Xfinity and ********* were pricier and not always dependable , especially cable Beings that my home was at the end part of power lines my programming was fuzzy. Thank you **** for offering exceptional service and customer service
