      We have had Dish Network for 25 years with no issues but we moved across the yard and everything was new and since March 1 2025, I have called numerous times and they say its between Dish and local channels. How they require me to stay in a contract when they cant make my service work?

      In November **** went up been customer over *************************************************************** great verbal deal I was happy got stuck on 2 years contract 3 **** later bill went up when I call to complain they told me 300 dollar early termination I didn't break what we said they did then customer service just double talks their way thru conversation and tried to get me to join cell ph with them when I'm already unhappy don't make any sense

      I have to reset the dish receiver daily because it loses sound, half the screen is distorted, and cannot rewind. Calling customer service is useless. The first trouble shooting step is to reset the reset the receiver by unplugging it which fixes the problem. Dish network wants me to call everytime it happens but it's quicker to just unplug the receiver and plug it back to fix the problem. They don't consider it's an issue that requires a replacement. It's a shame to pay for a service that don't work properly. If I call everytime it happens, I would constantly be on the phone with dish! I don't recommend this company.

      Dish Network has to have the worst customer service on the planet. I do not know why I have stayed with them for as long as I have. It seems as though every few years I go through a cycle where something wears out and I need it ***laced only to be forces into an upgrade. Basically you can forget about emailing them our talking to someone other than in the ************& May 2025, I noticed my **** staying in a look and occasionally losing power which I determined I needed a new cord. The **** stayed in a loop for over an hour. The following morning I called customer service and got a ***resentative in the **** I asked for a US ***resentative and they said they cannot do that. I said come get your equipment and hung up. I called back to cancel and this person transferred me to the **. That ***resentative after going thru the ** drills & questions agreed to send a new ****. About 2 days later I received the **** and attempted to installed it. It came with no cord or remote. It wouldn't set up so I AGAIN called & explained (**** **** & had a tough time hearing the ******************* They tried to send 2 pings and told me my remote was not compatible with that ***lacement ****. We then got into the upgrade *********** stated my monthly rate would soon go from $136/mo to $194/mo as the "promotion I was on was ending. I said come get your equipment. I was referred to another person. People were trying to get me to add to my current receiver to make it a smart TV. Both my TV's are smart tv's. Then it was to upgrade to another 2 yr commitment with an upgrade for $100/mo and ADT alarm for another $45. The only reason I agreed was to get the alarm service for my wife. They explained the pricing, equipment etc. so I thought we were done. Now I am getting more calls from the **** to "finalize," everything. NO WAY to talk to a US person and the *** in the *********** cannot explain why we're going through all of this AGAIN!!!

      dish was installed this morning. I am hearing impared. They uninstalled my hearing device and said surround sound would be better, which they did. It doesnt work and neither does my original device. They cant come back for a week to fix it. As soon as this contract is up it will be canceled . I am reporting them to the BBB

      Dish is a scam they said I would get a gift card and when I called and chatted several times still was not able to get my gift card now they say it expired nowhere in the documents did it give an expiration date and the app half of the time does not work and the gift card form was never sent to me spent hours of my time to no avail. Plus they deleted stuff off my plan and apps are missing since I cancelled the 3 month freebie channels which also was not on the app and I had to call numerous times to get that cancelled and not billed

      DISH NETWORK IS THE WORST!!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY SAY I OWE A DEVICE AND I TURNED ALL THREE DEVICES IN AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME $100 EXTRA. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM EVERY MONTH. YOU NEED TO HAVE PEOPLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH AS WELL TO REPRESENT THEIR COMPANY. HALF THE TIME , I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING TO ME.

      So I called in due to the fact that my **** quit working in my bedroom today. Once I explained my issue the representative talked down to me and treated me like I was stupid first he tried to say that I must have changed the input on my tv and that would fix my problem. Then after he finally listen to me, and I explained that was not the problem and that Ive gone through all the troubleshooting steps. Hes decided to order me a new **** told me it would be 1 to 5 days for my new **** we get in, and when I asked, what was I supposed to do towards my bedroom TV for the next whatever offered me no compensation for my loss due to my **** failing

      I have been with dish for 12 years. The ********************************************** half the channels I pay for. Called the company for a replacement. They came, replaced. In the meantime my bill went up $20. More a month. Had enough. Called and canceled my account. Paid the ****** for the box to return everything in. Now have a bill for $488, saying I broke the contract with the new receiver, which is for 2 years. I do not recall ever being told of any contact, and did not sign anything. After being a customer for 12 years, expected better treatment. Never do business with them. Very disgusted.

      My Dish Network account was set up for my mother's use. Mom dies on 4/23/2025 and I cancel my Dish acct on 4/26/2025. I call Dish on 4/26/2025 and the Cust. Service **** says I will NOT need to pay $74.58 for service period 5/10/2025 to 6/9/2025 because it is reasonable that I do not pay for a service period I am not going to use and I cancelled my account before the future service period. But I receive a bill on 5/3/2025 saying I have to pay the $74.58 instead. I call Dish on 5/3/2025 and spoke to ******* (Dish **** who said I have to pay the $74.58 because the bill was generated on 4/25/2025 before I cancelled on 4/26/2025. Dish *** ******* says that the Dish *** I called on 4/26/2025 was incorrect and did not following policy. Dish requires me to pay the $74.58 bill for a ************** Period which my mom will not use (because she is dead) because the bill was generated one day before my date of cancellation of 4/26/2025. They have the audacity to convey their condolences but they are legalistic and heartless and treat customers like a number. Dish *** ******* says there is nothing that can be done because the Dish Billing System requires payment for the future service period despite cancellation before the future period of service. Payment is required because the Bill for the future service period was generated ONE day before I cancelled my account - despite cancelling my account before the future date of service. There is no ****** I asked to speak to the manager and ******* said that his manager will tell me the same thing - they CANNOT go against the Dish System. NEVER Get Dish Network service !!! This is UNREASONABLE customer service at its worst. They only want your money.
