      Under no circumstances should you get boost global text and talk. If I could give them a 0 I would. I bought a phone at Best Buy and signed up for one month of global text and talk planning to take the phone with me on a trip to ****** instead of taking my regular cell phone. First, it took FOUR HOURS on the line with customer service, and FOUR different employees, to even get the phone set up because they kept texting a verification code to my phone - which had not been set up yet. They had no alternate way to verify the account even though they had my email address. We finally got the phone working here in the **** Then, I got to ****** and in order to turn on the global service turned on I had the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. They just texted me a verification code, which I could not receive without having the global service. They offered no other way to verify the account. I couldn't call them for help because I didn't have a working phone. So I had NO PHONE the entire time I was in ******. Then, I called to ask for a refund and they said they could not do this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS USELESS COMPANY AND PRODUCT!!!!!!

      Boost Mobile operators are *********** not use their protection services to insure your phone.After paying for many years, the the phone broke. They sent me to pay the fee at the store. The store said they cant take the payment. Calling them is like pulling a wisdom tooth. They have representatives who can hardly speak English. Have been calling their direct number, going on line and still no help. Run ????????????????

      I have NEVER heard in my life of needing a Death Certificate to cancel a phone line on the account owners account! They will not cancel unless they get the documentation per their policy. Wheres this written policy they state? No stars! Its ridiculous you even have to put a star on there on a bad review. ******** customer service and company.

      I attempted to transfer my cell service back to Boost Mobile on 04/28/2025 and paid ***** as required to start my service. After the money was taken out of my account, I was transferred to another department for activation after being on hold for over an hour. I decided to hang up and call back, once I did that I was assisted by someone who we went through the process of calling my current carrier to get all of the vital information. Once each step was taken it was time to get the unlock code for the phone only to find out that because I have not had the phone for a year that I was unable to get an unlock code for the phone. So I requested that my payment please be returned and I was told no that I could not get a refund. I then asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. I was then transferred to **** in **************** who stated that he was a manager and that the previous representative was correct that I could not get my money refunded but I could use the money paid on another phone. I told them I did not have another phone and requested my money back, I was then told again that I could not get a refund because I had previously left Boost with the same number less than a year ago and I was coming back with the same number and that I had a family plan which is incorrect. I never had a family plan with them and even though that is not the issue the issue is that now I have paid Boost mobile for a service that I was unable to utilize and they have my money with no refund. I am requesting that they return my money because I am unable to take advantage of the service and no where is it written or was stated that I could not come back to them with the same number or that I was unable to receive a refund. BOOST HAS STOLEN MY MONEY !!!!!!! I will be also writing the corporate office and put various comments on all of the platforms that have comments and ratings to tell everyone to stay away from them as well as the BBB.

      If I could leave a lower review I would, the customer service is terrible. The cell service is terrible, and when I was paying off a phone through them along with my monthly bill, after the phone was paid off they decided they were going to keep billing me at that same price even though I had paid the phone off! It took me 2 months to get it lowered to my actual billing price and that was an uphill battle. The customer reps ***** even open a case until the third time I called! Completely unprofessional and not worth the headache. I decided to leave today because on the day my bill is due they decided to shut off my service and the only way I can turn it back on is over the phone and being charged a representative fee or going to the store and buying a gift card and paying that way. How about dont shut off my service before the end of my billing cycle? Im not sure how they are still in business but Im not a customer any longer.

      Still on hold for 1 hour 22minutes been with boost 20yrs ...... It's so bad I am porting out my number if any these people can ever make it happen they won't release it and it's paid in full till 14th of next month . They are basically stealing my number I have had for 30 years and won't let me port it out . I leave -5 star

      I pay $60 for 50 gigs, but throttled at 35 gigs (I mean STOPPED at 35gigs) and the next day when my monthly renewed and I paid another $60 for another month, I still have no data after 3 days, these guys are thugs, criminals and horrible human beings. wow, a $60 plan for ZERO gigs of data, **************** says "Sorry" I cant get on the web, access maps, or do NOTHING, punks!

      I signed up for Boost Mobile, and they sent me the *** card to activate it. Before I activated it, they took the monthly fee out of my bank account. In the meantime, my old provider made me a better offer, so I contacted Boost Mobile to cancel my non-activated account. I expected them to refund the amount they already had taken out of my account, but instead they said I had to complete my sign in with them, and put in their *** card. I said no, I don't trust them me asking to sign in, and that is too much to go through just to get a refund. It should be a simple refund. I told them never mind, they can keep my money. On the other hand, they have no right to do that. Basically, they stole my money.
