      Terrible customer service.We bought 2 new phones as Christmas gifts. The promotion was for a a year of free service with purchase.We called ahead of the purchase to ensure we could buy the phones as gifts on one line and activate after Christmas on another line.We were told this would not be an issue and we would still receive the year of free service for each phone we bought.We were lied to.We have been Boost customers for over 10 years and they will not honor our year of free service. The customer service team lacks knowledge to properly assist and often gives contradictory information. We have had to make multiple calls and spent hours trying to get clarification and open tickets for our issue.We are being denied the promotion due to legalize terms and conditions that we called ahead of the purchase to clarify.We have received such a run around and are now out of $600.00 in promotion. We would not have made the purchase if we had not been misinformed by a Boost representative.Mobile service is fine until you need help.Unsupportive, condescending, and overall lack of customer service skills.Very robotic I understand I apologize and I would feel the same way statements that are not backed up by actual ************* is hard to talk to a supervisor and then they refuse to escalate an issue past them and are cocky about it. Very insincere.Most representatives I spoke to would talk over me and not listen to my actual problem. I found myself having to raise my voice or shout to get them to stop and ********* prepared to repeat yourself to everyone you talk to about an issue as you are transferred around depts. We are planning to shop for a new carrier ASAP.Cost is not worth the ************* get what you pay ******* are a number and they do not actually value your investment in them regardless of how long you have been a customer.If it seems to good to be true it probably is.

      Spent over 1hr in store with the poor salesperson and his phone support agent trying to qualify gor and get the Free iPhone 16, only to find out some other department later cancelled the ********** dba Boost should pay the Clerk his commission. From the other stories, I think they let me off the hook and did me a favor. I will be sure to remain more visible ;-) from now on. Former *******.

      Boost Mobile has locked my phone regarding a PUK code which they refuse to give me to unlock my phone. I have tried for days and had no service even though I am current on my account. I am currently going through Chemotherapy and I need my phone for appointments and Boost refuses to unlock my phone, I have been a customer for years and this is the thanks I get. My phone number is

      Bought a phone though then for $300 and switched from my provider to them the service is horrible and Im In ** where everywhere has service. I called to get my phone unlocked that as paid in full. They said I have to wait a year. I just want them to unlock my phone so I can go back to my other provider because my calls keep dropping. Or take phone back and give me a refund

      The people at this store will scam yo.I paid for a phone in full and received a faulty phone, same day I tried to get my refund back I was told ***** had to give the the say-so to proceed. For almost a full month theyve been giving me the run-around. Finally I got in contact with *****. The representative I spoke with told me, that theres no sick of a thing and advised me to call the authorities. I called the store to the them to give me my money back *** the DM basically told me to call the authorities as well. Call them I did, I have taken legal action and they will be dealt with accordingly. Do not trust them they will sell you faulty product and charge you to the fullest extent possible, and then lie and tell you its out of their hands.

      They charge me for services that I have no access to, two or 3 months after I cancelled the phone services. They have different addresses that doesnt belong to me listed.They are Fraudulent!!!!

      Manipulative liars. I knew I shouldn't have tried Boost again. I will be filing a complaint with BBB as well. I was sold a phone on the basis that it would be unlocked since it would be paid in full. I was also told the phone was refurbished/used. I wanted my phone unlocked, because when I had boost years ago, the service was terrible.I've had problems with the phone and I know it's this device specifically, because I bought this model because I had it previously and my dog bit my phone and shattered the screen. I had no problems with that device prior, so I wanted the same. The one I got from boost is garbage. It's constantly crashing apps, including the camera, and freezing, occasionally restarting. Not to mention, I can't make calls in my home without wifi calling or calls are dropped or choppy. Upon contacting Boost customer service several times, I get the same BS. "We can't release the phone until it's been on our network 12 months." Repeatedly I tell them, that is NOT what I was told. I was told itwould be unlocked as it was paid in full and a refurbished device. "Rest assured our devices are new." ****. Someone is lying, and customer service doesn't give a c*** On top of this, the guy broke the phone case I bought, charged me $25 for the case when he told me he'd give it to me for $10, installed my screen protector with a huge bubble, and charged me a "device set up fee" of $35, just for putting the sim in, installing the screen protector incorrectly, and breaking my case. BOOST HIRES FELONS. Then they don't give a c*** if they steal from their customers. They don't so much as investigate these claims, knowing full well that they have felons in their stores. DON'T SHOP BOOST.

      ZERO STARS. PERIOD!!I ordered a 1 new phone line and the agent sent me 2 sim cards. Ever since then I have been getting charged for 3 lines each month when I only should be charged for the 2. When I called to talk to the agent, she claimed that they will not refund the service charge for the 3rd line. I never ordered a 3rd line, I never approved a 3rd line, I never activated a 3rd line, so why am I being charged??? The manager was not helpful and only kept repeating the same thing, "I cannot refund a line that has been activated." I NEVER ACTIVATED A 3RD LINE. THE EXTRA SIM THEY SENT ME IS STILL IN THE PACKAGE ON MY SHELF. I have even read the reviews below and there is others who have had them do the exact same to them. this isn't just a one time thing, they are purposely sending out these extra sim cards to lock people into paying for them as they are a pre-paid service that "Can't issue refunds". It's a flippin joke.I will be taking my business to another company before the end of the next billing cycle.
