      Their customer service laughed at me and told me i am lazy since i use their chat option instead of calling when im hard of hearing. Also if you have credits used to pay for your plan they do not let you switch plans without using a debit or credit card even if you have enough credits to cover the cost of the switch.

      The reps I've encountered seem sympathetic but the company as a whole needs to go . It is never ok to suspend ones account cause y'all "system" is trash . I paid my bill on time to only end up with no service days after . Then said f*** up isn't even tried to be fixed. I want in on a class action lawsuit . Email gurlhoo per21@gm ail.com. I'm waiting on communications about a kidney as I am on dialysis . This is not ok at all . Like it didn't take y'all a week to take my money . I need the same energy to be applied.

      I have been trying to get help with their customer service for over 3 weeks and keep getting the run around about a ****. Redund. Eveytime i called system is down fir updateing. No one at the stores can help us or will help us. My recommendation would be to stay away from this company. Their customer service cannot and will not help you.

      I'm writing this review despite that I am NOT a Boost Mobile customer because I witnessed first-hand the experience of someone who was. That's how bad it was.A Boost customer who was working out-of-state -- his phone broke and he needed another immediately, so he was in-store at a different service provider (mine, I won't plug them rn) to get a new phone because he needed one immediately for work. Boost representatives transferred him three times and outright refused to give the notably polite and patient man the account information my servicer needed to properly transfer his number.They literally made their then-customer BEG to get the necessary account information over the course of an hour while trying well past the point of acceptable reason to get him to reconsider/stay when they could not offer him what he needed and wanted immediately. I'm not exaggerating. The gentleman used the word "beg".According to one of my servicer's employees, Boost is regularly like this. I was appalled on the man's behalf and I will never, EVER use or recommend Boost Mobile as a result of this experience and no, guys. I wasn't paid to write this. I'm not trying to plug my servicer. Again, it was just that bad that I am taking time out of my day to write this review.

      I bought 2 new phones and they're basically paper weights they never sent new sim cards for their "new network" and though their website states the sim cards are free to upgrade to since I'm an existing customer, customer service and the store said I have to pay 10-25$ per card. I called customer service the day I received the phones and they said it was a mistake and we'd receive the cards for free in 5-7 days, 9 days later and I'm being told I need to pay for **** and activation. 5y customer.

      Boost Mobile doesn't deserve 1 star. I have been calling for 2 weeks to have Boost unlock my phone as I can not switch carriers because they have the phone locked. I am getting the runaround about the system being down. I will NEVER use Boost again and have spread the word to my friends and family. This isn't good business practice. You want to keep your customer's happy. All I wanted to do is unlock it to sell the phone and buy a new phone to remain with Boost. With this runaround and making excuses so they don't unlock my phone, I am going elsewhere for my cell phone provider. Looking at the overall review here on the BBB, guess I should have read the reviews first before going to Boost. Oh and you have to wait a full year if you buy a phone with them (whether in payments or paid in full (which I paid in full - cash) before they unlock the phone - it's in the agreement.

      If there was anything less than zero starts I would have given them that. I have a pre-paid plan I want to cancel. I called customer support. They sent me to a 'retention ****** who was unable to cancel my plan. I also noticed they placed my credit card on 'auto pay' even though that was not my intention. Today I tried callign again. They sent me to retention ***** again. This time I was on hold for a long time. Then the call got dropped. I am beyond frustrated. What do I have to do to cancel my plan and make sure they do not continue to bill me? I will never use them again.

      I paid my monthly bill at the end of March (3/30/2023) to continue service for the month of April .. I get a text message from Boost that confirmed my bill is paid on March 30th. Then I get a text message on April 2nd that my payment is due by April 4th or my service will be cut off...when I already paid. I'm so tired of this for the past couple of months I am switching to another cell phone company ASAP!

      I have been trying for a week to Port out my phone number but they won't unlock my phone. I've called them four times and they keep giving me the runaround and the port out pins that they give me don't work. The last time I called them they said that they had to talk to a manager but the managers hadn't started work yet and I would have to call them back in an hour.

      Absolute worst customer service by far!! I have never written a bad review about anyone before now. I have called them 11 times in the last 9 days because I ordered a phone from them that never was sent to me. Each time I called I was assured my phone was on its way, to just be patient, wait, and got a different excuse as to what the "issue" was and what they supposively fixed. I finally asked to speak to a supervisor because my phone still hadn't been shipped as promised the day before, and before that, etc. They refused to connect me to one and when I persisted got hung up on. I called back and they said a supervisor wasn't available. They wouldn't take my number to have a supervisor contact me when they were free. They wouldn't tell me when would be a good time to call back. $1,234 phone and I'm supposed to just keep waiting for a phone thats never going to come because no one fixed the error in the system causing the delay. I've never been so frustrated with the customer service I've received. The absolute worst.
