      Without my request or permission or interest in it, Boost enrolled me in Autopay. Even after numerous calls, and chats, messages, to request that it be removed from my account, it is still there. Anyone else with this problem? I am frustrated and upset, as I get nowhere with them.

      We have been trying to get help with their customer service for over 5 hours and keep getting the run around. No one at the stores can help us or will help us. My recommendation would be to stay away from this company. Their customer service cannot and will not help you.

      The offer was for 50% off the $25 monthly fee. I signed up and they requested to leave a credit card number on file and under the request they said that the credit card would not be charged until the activation of the phone was complete. Immediately following that phone call the charge was put on my credit card I haven't even gotten the chance to get the *** card or activate my service and I didn't have any intention of doing it until the end of the month. The first phone call I made to boost their customer service department, the man was very rude told me he had no solution to my problem when I asked for financial services or his management he said that there was no such department that there was nowhere to transfer the phone call to and there was nothing more he could do for me and hung up. The second time I called the gentleman could barely understand what I was saying so that call was a bust. On the third phone call the representative that the service was simply paid for and sitting there waiting for me to use, that the reoccurring charge would not happen until the following month which I don't believe. He suggested that he turn off auto-pay on his end and when you don't use auto-pay you pay $10 a month more. He gave me no solution to my problem and no way of resolving it at all. I'm still out the money that I paid for the first month and I haven't even gotten a *** card yet. Disservice has not been activated therefore everything that they put on my contract was false and fraudulent. STAY AWAY FROM BOOST MOBILE!!!!

      I returned to Boost Mobile in December 2022. I enrolled in the most expensive plan for $60. Today, I went online to change to a cheaper more budget friendly plan. The website asked for my email addr and zip code to see the plans available to me. I was pleasantly surprised to see that since I was enrolled in auto pay and an existing cust, I could get a plan for $25 a mo. I chose the plan but when I provided additional information to process and pay, I was instructed to login to my acct. When I logged in I was offered 2 plans. One for $60 & another for $50. But as I scrolled down to the fine print not only did I meet all the qualifications to get the $25 plan, If I don't use auto pay I can get a $35 plan. I called Boost Customer support who confirmed that despite the fact that I meet all the requirements to get a $25 monthly plan, I can only get a $50 plan or keep my more expensive $60 plan. **, the customer support operator told me that I was his 7th or 8th complaint with the same issue today. I filed an informal complaint with the **** Stay tuned for updates

      Stay away from Boost. Most miserable experience Ive ever had with a mobile phone service. It all started when I got my free IPhone XR in November 2022. First of all it was a used phone (not refurbished). The battery capacity was 80%. The aluminum was worn and paint was falling off. I immediately called the store I bought it from to return it and they said to call some third party company and make a warranty claim. I called at least 20x and spoke with numerous people and two months later I was told they wouldnt cover the warranty because I didnt have insurance. Seriously, they really said that. I could go on and on about the rest of my miserable experiences with Boost but Im getting a headache just thinking about it.

      Boost is so horrible! I bought and iPhone 14. I was told first that I wouldnt be able to use it, then I was told I needed to be on the new network and so they switched me over, and now they cant even activate my iPhone 14. This company is a disaster! They dont know what they are doing over there!

      I would not give them a single star, starting in February after a forced update locking in autopay. I'm not able to stop service or take my credit card off of their service desk. Filed a ticket to cancel, unlock my phone and to port out it has been a month, now I have a locked network, no phone service and being told to be patient their working on it, meanwhile stay home and use wifi

      I bought a cellphone with them on their website, I was never able to transfer my number to the new device, so contacted customer service multiple times, after never getting a solution, I returned the brand new device. Until this day... (I bought the device on January) I haven't gotten my money back, almost $500 dollars... I filled a complaint with BBB and no response either.. Terrible business!!!

      Horrible service So we ended up trying to get our phones unlocked and on 9/29/2022 we were told they were unlocked, mind you we paid cash for both phones. After knowing our phones were unlocked we ended up switching carriers, we were told our phones were unlocked under Boost. I contacted boost and they said their system was down and couldn't unlock it so they advised us to go to the store and the said they couldn't unlock phones only customer service can. I called back and the agent hung up on me. So I called back and keep getting told since we already switched carriers they can't unlock them and so I paid 2 grand for these phones and can't use them and they won't reimburse me for the phones they locked up. If the first person did her job then I wouldn't be in this predicament. I want to be reimbursed for phones that are almost brand new no scratches or anything. But now since they can't unlock them I have paper weights! Im beyond ****** off

      I wish I read this part of the reviews about boost mobile long time ago. Wasted 8 years on them. Very bad company. Very bad service. Very rude customer support.
