      0 stars if I could. They took away 2 days of phone service, it's supposed to give you 30 days of service and they took away 2 days!! They also have cheap chargers and headphone that only take a month or less to break. They have extremely low quality products. Also they sign you up for services and put apps on your phone that you didn't even ask for or want at all!!

      Boost Mobile zeroed my balance $261 that came from VMobile and don't want to restore after chatting twice with Boost Mobile reps who said it would be restored. I want to get my money back and never deal with dishonest business like this.

      Boost Mobile is a horrible company I used to be within years ago, just like a bad relationship, I wish I had left them in the past, Boost Mobile steal your data I contacted the *** just have not made an official report in writing. I tried to report them to the Better Business Bureau they are not a part of that, and I can see why. I purchased a ******* Galaxy A32 from them which is a horrible phone. They lock your phone, that you have over a year that should be unlocked. I stayed on the phone today for 2 hours trying to move to another company and my phone is still locked. If anyone is considering going to Boost you definitely need to change your mind. the worst part about the company is with my 10 GB my phone goes dead every month, each month I changed my plan date paid way ahead of time in order to have any kind of service. I complain so many times they don't care anything about complaints they'll give you 1 GB and just brush you off. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT SIGN UP WITH BOOST THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS ASAP.

      I've been a Boost customer for years. I have not had any problem with the service besides when I travel then there is no service. I don't know what they did when they changed owners or policies, but today they lost for customers from my family plan. My phone can never make calls or send messages properly anymore for many months and I am tired of dealing with it, I work from home everything's online and their business is affecting my business causing it to decline. I'm not the only one with this problem either so or you switch to boost know that their services are no longer as they were which was decent not anymore horrible service

      If I could zero starts, then I would. I have been a Boost Mobile customer for years. I have never had an issue upgrading my phones with them until now. I purchased an unlocked iPhone 14 Pro directly from Apple and was told from a telephone representative of Boost that they were unable to transfer my phone number (which I've had for years with Boost) to the new phone because the new phone will be used on the new eSIM network and was given the new network contact phone number. The new number kicked me back to the old network customer support. Ineffective solution. I took my new phone into a store (not a kiosk) and the store rep (who was fantastic) couldn't transfer my number. Neither could the new network rep that the store rep called. While the new network rep was trying to help, I was told that my email address, form of payment, address, and email were all invalid despite being all used on my current plan with Boost. Ultimately, the only way that I could get my new iPhone 14 activated on the Boost network was to forfeit my phone number, lose my grandfathered in family plan, and agree to a new more expensive plan. Plus, I had to pay an activation fee for the new phone for my inconvenience of an hour spent in the store troubleshooting what Boost should have as a seamless process knowing full well the the iPhone 14 is eSIM and customers of theirs would be wanting to transfer their phone numbers. I will be looking for another carrier and Boost will be losing 3 lines. Now I have to notify all personal, professional, and bill persons of my new phone number. Thanks but no thanks Boost Mobile.

      They sell non returnable phones and then when you try to activate them they won't activate them saying service is poor in your area. Seems like another DISH rip off plan.

      I orderd ***** Mobile on Aug 20 2022. I received my sim card on Aug 26. I call boost Mobile to have my phone activated. I am bringing my own phone #. They activated my account with a different phone#. I told them I had my own phone #. They messed up. So they said I would need another sim card to change my #. I didn't receive the new sim card until Sept 19. I told them they messed up and sent me a new sim card for my own #. They said that the new sim card is married to the # they gave me. So they could not activate my account with my #. I never used the boost account because it did not have my own # on it. I stayed on a different mobile service. They would not reimburse my money. They ripped me off from the start. Do not buy service from them. I am contacting my bank tomorrow as they have frauded me. Boost is 100% fraud. Now I have to fight for my money back and I'm not giving up

      Let me tell you how bad this company is. My GPS never works. My phone was not connected to a mobile network twice. One time I ran out of gas. Had to get out my car. Walk to the next exit to call for help. I was lost twice my phone just keep saying not connected to a mobile network. Boost mobile is the worst. I called like can I have my money a credit or something. They said we are a perfect company and we don't do that. I was so sad. Like wow. I have never experienced anything like this. I'm going to metro pcs soooooon as my month over. please don't trust this company. U will die calling for help. Cuz they are the worst.

      9/15/22 So I bought outright an iphone 11 roughly $380 In may2022. No where when purchasing this phone was I told or in fine print that the iPhone is locked till 12 mths after service and at that time you must then request for it to be unlocked. On customer service for ****** asking where is this fine print located? After hitting five different browsers, I was brought to unlocking policy. Funny thing though, NO words are listed in fine print stating when you buy a phone through us(Boost), your phone will be locked for 12 mths and needing to REQUEST to unlock it. The agent kept giving me the run around, then offered me a monthly benefit if I get food stamps, ssi, smh. The policies do not hold up. Things of this nature SHOULD be told in big print to the customer. Horrible company to do business with!

      I ordered a phone then I returned it. Never opened it or activated it. They got the item on August 3rd 2022. Im still waiting on my $105.99 back. Any time I have called they give me run around and keep changing the dates on when they supposedly refunded my money. But I still have not gotten my money
