      On the phone with customer service trying to activate my new i phone 14 since their online does NOT work and even after speaking with 3 people they claim that my NEW & UNLOCKED IPHONE 14 BOUGHT FROM APPLE IS NOT COMPATIBLE!!!!!! Then they put me on eternal hold for an iphone 14 representative that never got on the line. Next week we will be changing family plan to another provider. Dont just walk from this company, RUN!!!

      Boost mobile has poor customer service I have been hung up on 3 times. I have been transferred 8 times and I have talked to 8 different people. Horrible horrible horrible

      I had placed an order a phone order with them on Sept 10th and paid for it to be expedited. It wasnt expedited because I ordered it 2mins after the cut off time. I had spoke to 3 different people about receiving my phone and everyone had a different answer on when the phone was suppose to arrive. I canceled the whole transaction and service before the phone could even be sent to me. I received a voicemail on Sept 15th saying that they received the phone and it would be **** days before I would receive the refund. 14days came still no refund, I spoke to 3 different people and once again everyone still had a different response. They created a new case number that would take 5-7days here it is 5-7 days still no refund. The 2 people I spoke with stated they dont have the phone it was never returned, they still waiting. They keep bypassing the part of me saying I have a voicemail stating that they received the phone on the 15th of Sept. One of the customer service reps told me to go to a store resolve the problem when I never ordered the phone from a store everything was done online. The supervisors are no help they dont try to resolve anything and they have no compassion for the stuff that they customers deal with when it comes to they company and how they handle the customers.

      DISH bought this company and then cheated and scammed all of the customers. I had prepaid for service through 6/2023 and my phone stopped receiving calls. I called for tech support and they said I now had to pay hundreds of extra dollars to reinstate the service for which I had already paid. When I tried to port my number to another carrier to escape this contract-breaching scam, they said they would have to call me at the number to verify my identity before releasing the number (remember I only called for tech support because my phone wouldnt receive calls). I spent hours on the phone with them trying not to give into their scam and still lost ability to keep my number and also prepaid for a year of service that I didnt receive. Someone should go to jail over this.

      Worst customer service skills ever. They hold people's phone hostage because people want to switch carriers. I have never been so disappointed in my life. Boycott them until they bring customer service back to *****************. I spoke to 7 different reps in 2 days and each one of them lied. They read from computer screen because they have absolutely no clue what they are doing. They are liars and I will never in life deal with Boost Mobile again. I hope everyone else do the same because without us there would be no them. Boost Mobile needs to be ashamed of how they conduct business. Very disgusted with them.

      Used to be fairly decent for the price but over the last year the service has become horrendous, my phone always thinks I'm roaming, even when home, and I can hardly ever get my internet to work when not at home. I am also never able to get a real person on the phone, complete trash and will be looking for a new provider.

      I've had Boost since 2007 and they've just kept declining in customer service. Recently I decided I wanted to sell my phones and get new ones, and I asked to have them unlocked. Mine was done quick, but my husband's I've contacted them at least a dozen times and they just keep telling me it's eligible and they will start the process, but never actually do it. I've tried to escalate it. Tried to talk to a manager. They've even said my phone was unlocked, and the next person said it wasn't! They are trying to avoid unlocking my phone so I can't take it to another provider, but that's exactly what I'm going to do now. They've jerked me around too long. I just submitted a dispute thru BBB and Boost Mobile responded saying the same thing, that my phone is eligible and they will will start the process. They just ignored all the information I provided and don't care that I've been trying to unlock it for months! BBB says their response was adequate and closed the case.

      I am trying to buy the yearly plan. I have tried on my phone, various browser, my computer, gone to the store as suggested and NOPE, nothing works to buy the yearly promotional plan. I went to the store as directed and was told to call customer service which told me to activate and get an account, that didn't work. They are offering something you can't buy in the stores or buy online. TOTAL Trap to get you to buy a different plan
