I paid cash at a downtown parking lot near the *******. The machine became unresponsive and did not print out a receipt. I put a note on my dashboard saying the machine apparently was not working. Later I received a letter saying that I owed them $87. After filing a dispute, I got a response saying that they would settle for $67. If you've done any searching online, you'll see that this story is very familiar. I read several identical examples posted over the past few years.I honestly don't think I owe this company anything, but I'm going to take the easy way out and pay the $67. Since I paid cash (trying to avoid getting my credit card scammed) I have no receipt. So my grounds to fight this are limited. I'm pretty sure the company offers this "price reduction" because most people will figure it is simpler to pay than taking the time and trouble to fight. Although I don't do much parking downtown, other than in the Pavilions, I can guarantee that should I find out I do need to park in that area I'll look to make sure Parking Revenue Recovery Services has nothing to do with the lot. Perhaps even more regulation is necessary? Since they have an outside connection so they can take credit cards, maybe they need to add a way of contacting a customer care center in case their machine isn't working correctly. Or maybe the ** needs to take another look at this company's operation.

Too bad I can't attach a photo. Y'all don't even have the decency to run a proper spellcheck on your documents. Email confirmation of payment receipt states "Licence". Shame on this company for running this predatory and manipulative practice.

This attorney attempted to extort 82 dollars from me on behalf of a parking lot in ************ ******* This past August 2024.I parked and paid for 24 hours of parking @ Icore parking lot located at the corners of E. *************************I left approximately 22 hours ********'s kind of a sketchy lot but I had no other choices at the time.About a month later I received a fear mongering letter from this attorney stating I owed 82 dollars (24 hr parking is 22 bucks) and if I do not respond in 40 days they will escalate the "violation".After showing proof of payment, they sent a response back after several weeks by sending me a pdf stating that the manager of the lot afforded me a "one time courtesy"Really...a one time courtesy for paying for parking, and leaving before the alloted time I paid for... hmm... ************** not fall for this scammers horse #&@%....

This is a predatory parking company that uses fear mongering tactics to enforce and over charge for parking in popular business districts. Even if you are one minute over your paid parking expiration, they will hit you with an $80+ fine and send it to collections.

MOST HORRIBLE PARKING COMPANY!!!!!!First of the space is horrendous but had not choice because other far better parking facilities with adequate light and cameras were taken. When I got in the parking lot, we had to wait for a vehicle to back out of their spot and that took them like 15 minutes because they were waiting on others. Yes I understand that this is part of parking BUT PRRS took this 15 min and added it as a late fee and time used! like what the ****, I wasn't even parked. Then when we came back, we sat in the parking lot for 10 more minutes because we were trying to map out our next destination. Also something I think should be done in a parking lot and NOT while driving. Because being on a phone and driving is ILLEGAL. I told customer service that traffic was bad and could not put in a map request while driving and they said they said the owner DID NOT care about breaking the law and the owner just wanted their money. So they added this 10 minutes on top of a late fee and "parking" time also. FREAKING RIDICULOUS! I told customer service that ********************** should be paid for the time in the parking spot NOT THE PARKING LOT! All they did was send me the time entering the parking lot and leaving the parking lot, NOT the time in the parking spot! They only have cameras in the entrance and NOT on the spot and they charge like criminals. DONT PARK HERE OR USE THEIR COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDULENTS!!!!!!!

I think this company is looking to take money from the public. I did park at the location. No one was there to check vehicles in or out. No sign was posted to say you could not park here. There was no meter or ticket dispenser. In the city of *******, no parking fees are collected on Veterans Day. Even if this location did not agree with the Veterans Day policy. Why was there not an attendant present.

My son got a $97 ticket for parking for an hour and 18 minutes. OUTRAGEOUS. There are laws against price gouging - does that apply to parking garages?

I paid $50.00 for parking for a concert at the *********** in ******. We had to walk and fight with traffic to get back to my car. Parking expired at 11:30pm, I got back to my car at 11:40. I received a $76.00 ticket stating i never paid pay. I sent in my receipt, however since i was 10 minutes late, i know have a $76.00 ticket. This is outrageous!

I am writing to file a complaint against Parking Revenue Recovery Service, a company that exemplifies predatory business practices. My experience with them has been nothing short of infuriating, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others.Recently, I parked in one of their lots, which was not clearly labeled. After paying for parking through their app, I returned to find a $92 fine placed on my vehicle by this private enforcement company. I was shocked, as I had paid for my parking and believed I was in compliance. When I contacted their customer service, I was told that I had selected the wrong lot. However, it is important to note that the app directed me to that lotit was not a mistake on my part. I provided proof of my payment, only to have my fine reduced to $15. To add insult to injury, I was informed that the only way to pay this reduced fine was through a payment portal that charged a $5 convenience fee. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels like an elaborate scheme to extract money from unsuspecting customers. The lack of clear signage, poor technology, and unreasonable fines illustrate a business model built on deception rather than customer ****************************** practices are nothing short of a scam, and I urge anyone considering using their services to think twice. They operate with little regard for fairness or transparency, and it is clear they prioritize profit over integrity.I hope my review serves as a warning to others and prompts the Better Business Bureau to take action against this predatory company. They should be held accountable for their practices that prey on the unsuspecting public.
