      I paid $7.21 for a parking spot in **** lot in ******* for 1 hr. I came back to my car with 22 minutes left on my timer in the app and a ticket had been placed on my car. I put in a dispute online that night and days later they still haven't responded. This company is a scam.

      This is a greedy company!! Trying to charge me $90 for a $15 parking fee because their gates were opened. Called them and wrote them but they only want to reduce rate to $70. Went to website to see if they give payment plans and they dont. They also charge )5 to make a payment l. Asked if I could be on payment plan since Im not working and Im in school and they lady said since I file a complaint they going to honor the $70. This should be illegal for companies to take from the poor. This will have to go on my credit because I dont have it and they not working with me. Again they should specify if payment is needed at the entry if they going to leave the gate open. Ive used other parking lots in the area to feed the homeless and never had an issue. This was wayyyy back in May and Im just now getting a bill. After reading the reviews I see people pay and still get a bill so this company is not doing a good job with managing the parking lot. Im not even refusing to pay the $15 I just think I should pay what I owe. MAKE THE SIGNS MORE VISIBLE IN THE ***** WAY!!!

      My son paid for parking and was 1 hour and half minutes late and they sent a bill for $****** for 1 hour which is price gouging. When i called to find out how much is it per hour to park they cant even tell you. This is injustice i understand everyone needs to make a dollar, but ****** just for parking is crazy and something needs to be done about this.

      I have parked downtown several times a receive a ticket every time. I pay every time and keep my receipts. Some of my receipts show a time that doesn't match the time when I park. I pay every time I park. Also, oddly, the notices are arriving in my name when one of my parents is on the title of the car. This is very suspicious. The notice arrives to him ****** when I live in ********. I have never received a ticket on my car or any other sort of notice. I have called once about a ticket and told it was removed but clearly this isn't the case. $368 is completely unacceptable when I parked appropriately. Maybe these lots needs to clean up their systems and signage so the times are correct and the receipts match. It appears there are several other people who have experienced similar situations.       Parked in a lot for Parking Revenue Recovery Services, Inc in *** near the bombing memorial and they did not have a functioning way to pay. Was there less than 30-mins which normally would be a few dollars. A few days later they sent a notice that I owed $87 for parking 29-mins in their lot. I opened a dispute with the company to tell them I would gladly pay the standard 30-min parking rate. They "graciously" agreed to settle for $47 if paid within 10-days. This is a scam business that should not be allowed to operate with these business practices.Anyone else who has had the misfortunate to run across this company should file a BBB complaint, file a complaint with the state government where the incident occurred, and refuse to pay their extortion. DO NOT PAY THESE LEECHES!

      I paid for parking, have the receipt and they still sent me a bill for 87$. They are doing this injustice to multiple people and they need to be held accountable for being a nuisance to the state and it's citizens. This type of preditory business practice should be heavily find like they do to their customers and their business license revoked indefinitely.

      Parked and paid for 24-hour parking ($25) at a parking lot in *********** on 08/30/25, we used the parking lot for only around 2 hours.Weeks later (09/06/24), received a penalty of $45 for paying after grace ******* We paid immediately and didnt even use up the entire 24-hour period how is it justifiable to charge a penalty for that?!And now were charged with a penalty thats bigger than the actual parking fee?!

      I recently found out through **** email because letter sent to my old address that I received a $100 fee on 09.03.24 for what was considered a "drive-through" at the ******************** parking lot, which I believe is unfair and real scam On the day , we visited the museum, and upon arriving at the parking lot, a security guards was handing out papers to every car, instructing us to scan them for parking details.When it was our turn, I asked the security guard how much the parking fee was, and they told us we had to scan the paper to find out. We have to move on the side to check Upon scanning, we discovered that the fee was $28, which we found to be too expensive. I informed the security guard that we did not want to park there and would park outside instead. The security guard allowed us to leave without ******** fact, none of the cars in our group stayed in the lot, and the parking lot was nearly empty, likely because of the high fee. We did not park and only briefly entered the lot before deciding to leave, yet we received a $100 fee for simply driving through.???This is unreasonable, and I respectfully request that this issue be resolved. We did not park, and were permitted to leave by the security personnel without payment or parking. Please review this matter and kindly waive the fee.

      I received a letter from Parking Revenue Recovery Services, Inc with a notice number ABMSLC-****** which said I owed them $87 for parking in a lot in ************** on May 27, 2024. I provided them proof that I paid $26.50 on my Amex credit card thru PARKWHIZ for parking They denied my claim for no specific reason and offered to "settle" for $67. This company is a total sham and has been fined by the State of Colorado. They prey on people not willing to fight.

      We parked in a lot to go to dinner. I paid with my phone via Apple Pay. I have proof of payment on my credit card statement. I do not have a receipt because a receipt was not available. I have received a notice of non-compliance and am being assessed a fee of $92.00 for parking in this lot. I have filed a dispute with this company. This situation is ludicrous, resembles / is a scam, and the business appears to be illegitimate.
