    STAY AWAY..On September the 1st I was trying to sign up for a month to see if this service is what I wanted. After ***** of going through the channels realized they were very limited on what they offer and didn't have my local news channel that we rely on for school and other alerts. After going through the channel line up I realized this is not what I wanted or needed. After trying to figure out the packages they offered and the promos I somehow ended up with a $300 dollar charge on my card. I immediately cancelled the service. This is not what I wanted and the way that the company made it look, at the time of trying to sign up, you could cancel anytime. Wrong I spent over an hour on their chat trying to let them know to cancel and it kept saying that is was canceled. I felt relieved then relieved an email stating that my service would not renew come ****. I was really confused at this point. I tried to call every 800 I could find for the company. The next day, September 2, I was fi ally able to speak with an out of country call center. The lady on the phone said she could not refund me because I had paid for a 5 month promo. I did not want 5 months of this service. I erased every app for sling on every device I have. I never intended to sign up for 5 months. At the time of trying to check out multiple amounts kept refreshing and by the time I had checked out realized I had 5 mo the of BS that I never wanted. This company is very deceitful when it comes to signing up for there service. All I wanted was there free service and the football package and now have a $300 charge that I am currently disputing with my credit card company. How dare you. How dare you. I am taking this to the ** and filing a formal complaint against this company if nothing is resolved. Your website for signing up for service is very confusing and your cancelation policy is very deceptive. I am requesting a full refund or I will make your state ** aware of the 100's of complaints and deception.

    We have had Sling TV for years. 2 days ago, I went into my account to change my payment method. Apparently, when I chose to keep my account the same, there was a promotion going on. My account was charged $395.00 instead of the m9nthly fee of $87.74. Yesterday, less than 24 hours later, I spoke to ***** in ***************** She understood my issue and said that Billing would have to assist me. She then fave me a ticket #******** and told me billing would email me. Today I called again and got another representative who told me I could not have a refund because it's a promotion. I just want to cancel this account and be refunded.

    Need a rating star lower than ********* Charged me for some 5 month special package, in advance! I did not want this! Just wanted a simple basic package but somehow ended up with the "prepaid" package for almost $300 charged to my debit card. Called customer service, somewhere in the far-east" and was told since it's prepaid, there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told, they had to option for that. Also, the "chat" option is just the same as calling, just without the accent. There are no other means of contacting this company, no U.S phone and no email. Talked to my bank and they are going to try and dispute the charge, but I am not hopeful. STAY AWAY FROM SLING TV!! THEY ARE CROOKS! Anyone know any lawyers that would like to start a class action lawsuit?

    After inquiring about offering Fox-Sports, I was told 'YES - we offer this' only to subscribe and find out the *** games were not on it. Inquiring AGAIN, I was gaslighted as if it was my mistake for subscribing to their service that did not carry the game. They also offered no refund for essentially not using their service. This is dishonest, HORRIBLE business!!

    Made the mistake of signing up for their 5 month promotion (didn't really pay attention, all other services I have, **************** Paramount+ are monthly) for Orange and Blue to watch *** games. Didn't realize it until I saw a $290 charge on my bank account. Then turns out it only gets me Monday Night football. Tried to cancel and said I was willing to pay 1st month but wanted a refund for the rest. Was told non-refundable because I signed up for a promotional special. I have never seen any service that does this. Sling is the worst.

    Sling TV will double dip into your banking/debit card accounts, charging you twice for your monthly $40 blue subscription package. This happened to me in July of ***** ,I authorized a debit from my bank account on 7/5/23 off $40 they removed funds from the account. ********************** then again without authorization removed another $40 on 7/16/23 sending the account into over draft. I contacted sling tv, they denied withdrawing funds from the account twice, they were advised the **** VERIFIED that they had indeed WITH DRAWDED FUNDS from account TWICE on these DATES. So I then signed affadavit with my bank of unauthorized charge for 7/16/2023. Since then I have resorted to using sling gift cards card on 9/15/23 I attempted to use apply $40 to my monthly subscription on line logged into my account ,there was no ability to redeem the gift card. I called customer service reached a live agent on 9/15/23 @3:47pm Eastern time expressed trying to redeem the card. Agent was unable to see the option was unavaliable for me to use & would report this to tech services. Sling agent personally then entered the gift card number in manually from her end. She was successful verifying the $40 amount. on 9/18/23 turned TV on to watch sling a notice came stating "I needed to re-subscribe to my sling blue account". I called ********************** customer service to speak to a actual agent with no success, I then was directed to use CHAT AGENT during this chat told sling of when the gift card was redeemed by a sling agent was given a ticket #******** currently have no access to monthly service that I paid for. I want this issue resolved credited lose of time from the service or total refund of $40.00

    I had high hopes for this streaming service, but they've consistently proven to be no better than the rest. For 75 dollars a month, you still cannot stream several popular channels on multiple devices. Why? Because someone with more money than they can spend still wants more money. That someone will never read this review, never know what it's like to think 75 dollars is a lot of money, and will likely never suffer any tangible punishment for their greed. At least not in this life. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed. Well, maybe a little mad.

    I have been misled to believe that I would have access to football however without my local channels I cannot access even the most basic footballs games available. The customer service is nonexistent. The website states that free OTA are available but are not actually available. This is misleading and clearly an attempt to mislead the consumer. Because I paid in advance for a package to provide me with a season worth of football I cannot get any money back and Sling has succeeded in stealing from me.

    ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!! So this company had my information on file. I cancelled my subscription in April. They continued to debit my credit card for 3 months! I went online again and tried to cancel. I even tried to delete my information and they wouldn't let me. What a SCAM! I ended up and cancelled my card so they couldn't keep taking my money. When my credit card company sent them my complaint they said they had a valid card online and it matched my subscription-true-BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T LET ME CANCEL OR DELETE MY CARD!!!
