    Got suckered into a 5-month contract to watch football and local channels and most of it is not available. They advertise all live sports and they are blatantly lying. The other services let you cancel after one month. Im stuck paying these shysters for 5 months and paying over $50 a month for nothing. Their content is awful, commercials abound, they overcharge and give you very little for your money. Stay away from this joke of a streaming service.

    Sling is putting a message to buy Sports on their screen when first starting up Sling. The default button is on the "Buy Now" button. It is easy to mistakenly click on it when trying to move past this awful message. You cannot get past it until you click on it making it easy to click on the "Buy Now" button.

    Wrongful charges..I have been overcharged for the channels I never subscribed, ****** - globe play is being consistently added to my accout I have been calling every month for last 4-5 times to get rid of unwanted extra charges and service.This is ******* frustrating. I ado added a pin to avoid adding extra channel by mistake but no luck, so I believe sling has been manually pulsating my account to charge **************************** just lost a .8 year old loyal customer

    Signed up for 5 month subscription because they advertised a package to watch football all season. First game was blacked out and unable to watch on local channels because I dont live in a big market. Tried to cancel within 2 hours of signing up for the service. I was told because it is a prepaid service I was stuck. I just paid $275 dollars for a season of football and I cant be refunded. This is theft.

    Drop this group PLEASE BBB, sling is a joke!!! They reel you in with the free stream and it's so bad you believe if you pay it gets better only to be left with a bill and sorry service that doesn't qualify to continue to operate. I believe that whoever the person it persons that operate this Mickey ***** stream is just stealing from the public. This is theft at it's worst.

    No way to cancel your service! You see a big button on your 'manage subscription' page on their site but when you click it you are hurled into a 'sorry to see you go' BS and never get to cancel anything. I'm going to have to end up calling the bank and cancelling my card since I can't get anyone on the phone. They have a 'chat' bot on their webpage which is just like everything else by design to make it impossible for you to cancel your service. They really **** bad.

    Service was horrible. I only used it for 2 1/2 days and then cancelled my subscription. Sling charged me a whole month worth of service and refuses to refund me. They stated this is a prepaid service but nothing stated this or explained this when I subscribed. Fed up!

    I have had sling for some time now and I have been having issues with my service for the past month. Half of the time I open the app it says temporarily unavailable or sorry we are working on things. Being that I pay for this service I should be able to enjoy the experience. However, I am very unsatisfied and am in search of another streaming service. This is awful and I am completely disappointed.

    Several times that I have looked at my DVR recordings in the morning I have found shows that I did not authorize or watch and sometimes from channels I do not watch. I've changed my password multiple times, but the same problem persists. It's as if someone in the company is toying with my account.

    I have been trying to cancel my service for the past 3 days before the new billing cycle, to no avail. Even when contacting Sling support I was informed "We are also unable to get into the system, currently we are experiencing some system updates and our main tool can't be pulled up. If it is fine with you, will you be able to contact us back later time? ". I can't fathom how I can still manage my subscription and add on to it, but I can't cancel my service and they cant??? All of this right before the billing cycle, this is sketchy to me, not the first issue I have had with a sling but this will be the last. Not recommended.
