    I canceled this service and was still charged again the following month. Once I dug up a customer service number and sat on hold for 38 minutes, I was told that their system did not process my cancellation and thats why I was charged again. Although they couldnt explain how their system error is my fault. They also insisted that they cannot issue refunds. Completely absurd, dont give this company your payment information!

    Very unprofessional and they dont care about their customers. Ive been with them since 2014. Almost 2 weeks ago we started having error message on the tv. We called over 4 times and we raised 3 tickets to IT to figure out the issue. Finally on Sunday 12/18/2022 I called to check on the status of my ticket and I was told it wasnt not resolved and they are not sure what is the problem. I asked to speak to a manger, to try to get more info. I was transferred to Cynthiavery useless manager who had no answers to any of my questions. And the first thing she told me is that nothing is going to be solved today. I had a very bad experience with her and hung up the phone because she wasnt helpful. Later that night I checked my emails and I got an email saying my subscription with Sling TV has been cancelled. I havent giving her permission to cancel my account but she did on her own. What kind of manager cancels customers account without their consent? On Monday morning I called and spoke to another manager ******** she said she left a note to her supervisor to call me and discuss the issue. I was told within ***** hours I will get a call. Its Friday 12/23/2022 and until now no one has called me This is the worst experience Ive ever encountered very unprofessional and zero customer service.

    I would like to fill out the claim again for Sling TV. They advertised that they provide World Cup games but I found that they don't provide World Cup games on live streaming when I set up the account. I already canceled and I asked for a refund but they told me that they don't REFUND money. I felt that they stole my money because of a fake advertisement and I canceled only the day after I opened it. Please BBB take my claim to contact Sling TV.

    I signed up for their service late last night, thinking they offered live local TV, which is not the case. I realized in about 30 seconds that their platform is not what I was looking for. This morning, I wrote into their customer service asking for a refund and I was told no and that I should have read their disclosures that they do not offer any refunds. I get it, but this was a mistake which I knew immediately and reached out first thing the next morning. To me, this is greed. I am being forced to pay for something I know I wont use. Buyer beware.

    On 9/18/2022, I cancelled my subscription yet a charge was attempted on my card yesterday, 11/27/2022. Luckily, when I cancelled back in September, I alerted my CC to not allow any future charges from this company. Very shady business.

    If only I had looked at the BBB site before signing up for the World Cup. You can only watch the games in "some markets." This is in tiny print. An honest company would not let people sign up for a service not available in their area. They do not allow refunds. This company is dishonest. Avoid.

    I paused my subscription a few months back and received an email that my subscription was to resume October 17th. I logged into my account and cancelled my service on October 14th. The system said I should receive an email confirming cancellation of my service. I never received the email confirmation in my main or spam folders. I then get a $40 charge for the service, which I was under the impression I cancelled. When I called the service center, the rep informed me the charge was un-refundable and did not acknowledge that cancellation was made by me. I then disputed the charge with my card issuer. Sling seemed well prepared for this, sending in a copy of the contract and their terms of service. Again, no acknowledgement of me going onto the website to cancel the service. This seems to be a very coordinated series of events by Sling to not acknowledge my cancellation and charge me anyways. Yes, the service was cancelled after I called into their service center, but when I cancelled the service online, I assumed it was actually cancelled. It was not, due to what I believe is a well-coordinated effort by Sling to not honor my original intent to cancel the service. I feel the $40 charge is fraudulent and Sling has engaged in deceptive business practices. I am therefore making a referral to the BBB for further recourse.

    I signed up with sling to stream the World Series. When the game was on, I was super excited to watch. Sling had the title on Fox World Series and I clicked on the channel, and it was wrestling. Sadly, I did not get to watch the game. I called sling customer service, and the first agent I talked to was rude and short with me. Tried to make me feel like an idiot that I thought I could get a refund for a service I never watched. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager told me we at sling do not give refunds. Not only did they make me miss the game, but I am out $19 for it. Super disappointing and I would NEVER recommend them, based on the customer service alone.

    My 4 year old tapped on PPV: Rugby League World Cup: All Games | $ ****** it was charged to my credit card right away.I called customer service with in minutes and asked them to cancel. Request was declined and I was asked to turn on parental control to avoid this from happening in future. This transaction can not be cancelled even if this is done few minutes ago by mistake.

    Do NOT trust Sling with your credit card info!!They are dishonest scammers!The website is designed very well to get you signed up and to make payments, but it is intentionally designed to be very difficult to remove services and cancel the service. You will think that you cancelled, but will later find out Sling is still charging you because you didn't click on all of the "yes, Confirm" buttons that are hidden throughout that look like plain text and not at all like a Button that we've all learned to look out for.Then they have a No Refunds policy, so any money removed from your account will never be given back. I got burned once before because I didn't cancel properly and was unaware of it, now I'm getting burned again because I'm trying to redeem a gift card but I have to have an active account. So now they've taken $87.50 out of my bank account while I'm trying to redeem a $100 gift cards.Had I known, I would have avoided Sling at all costs!!Hey BBB, how the f*** does sling have an A+ rating?? 1 out of 5 stars is worth A+??
