    I got this subscription because of the **** European league and was not able to watch Germany vs Denmark, I tried putting a review and was not able to I tried chatting with someone and was not able to I called and spoke to Agent ID ***** And was told they can NOT refund me and apologized that I do not have that channel in my local area. This was false advertisement and a rip off. I asked him to refund me he said no I asked for a super visor and I was told there was no one PLEASE REFUND ME ASAP

    This is a very deceiving company that doesn't offer a trial service (but makes it appear so). It says that it offers all soccer games in the Latino experience but turns out they are games narrated in English Support is rude and offensive and very unhelpful.EVEN if you only used the service for 1 hour and you want to cancel. They won't process a refund and will take your money even if the service DOESNT HAVE WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING.STAY AWAY FROM SLING

    They have false advertising, claim to have all the live Copa America games and they do not. I canceled the subscription as it was false advertising and they will not refund my money. They are stealing money from consumers with there false advertisement

    The company deceives their new clients offering a discount but when you sign up nothing happens. **************** creates a tkt and that's it. You already paid and you loose your money. I don't recommend this company don't waste your time. Is not worth it.

    Submitted cancellation for the upcoming month and was charged a few days later. I called to get a refund. They said they have no refund policy and that they do not have an escalation team, or management.

    I called to cancel and was provided 2 options- immediate or end of the month. I chose immediate. I asked when I would receive the remainder of my payment and was told that was not an option with immediate cancellation which was not presented by the company rep. **** is theft plain and simple. Hoping my credit card company gets my money back from these thieves

    Sling TV keeps changing the $$ amount I am billed by placing add-ons when I did not request any. Sling TV finds excuses to not give refunds. They charged me for *** which I did not request as well as other add-ons. Sling TV agreed to cancel over the phone and did not. I did not receive service for ***** as they said payment was stopped but they resumed service again, billing me for **** Sling TV conveniently drops phone calls when trying to get issues resolved. Hopefully my online cancellation will take effect. Sling is not to be trusted!!

    I was looking for a service to watch *** on though it looked like a good deal. I signed up yesterday to watch the Brewers vs Cubs today and looking forward to ********* and more Brewers games all season. Game time came up and the Game was blacked out, so If I never know if the game I want to watch is ever going to be watch able, I chatted with customer service only to find out, they can be blacked out any time. So I told them no reason for me to keep the service, Only to be told no Refund after one day. If I had know there would be black out games I would have never signed up, no Idea there was no Refunds did not think it would be needed, but it was needed. Beware of this service.

    I ordered the promo package last night specifically to watch the advertised CAVS playoff game on 4/25/24. It was blacked out!!! I contacted chat and it was closed. SOOO Today I contacted them by chat and phone and was told they are prepay too bad. I asked to speak to a manager politely 5 times as I find this unacceptable and the woman hung up on me. I WANT A REFUND OF THE $48 dollars down the c*** hole!!!!!!! IF YOU OFFER A SERVICE AND ADVERTISE THAT show you should provide that or there should be warning about black outs. I AM NOT GOING TO USE YOUR SERVICE and did not even USE IT.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!

    Sling TV is forcing local commercials on subscribers. 5-10 minutes of commercials before you can watch a program. Extremely difficult to get hold of customer service. Finally got through to customer service and they want extra money to skip the commercials. Zero rating. Predatory business practices.
