    I bought a Sling TV subscription specifically to watch *************** football. However, I apparently can't watch the games because I'm in the wrong zip code (even though I live in *****) and there is no way to change this. So I wasted my money.... and nowhere was it communicated throughout the advertising or signup process that you could not watch games not in your area.I am beyond ****** at this piece of s*** company and their useless service and false advertising (never miss a game..... except you'll miss every single game you care about if you're in the wrong zip code)

    Terrible Service and Poor Customer Support I had an awful experience with Sling TV. The service constantly freezes, making it nearly impossible to watch anything without interruption. I tried everythingturning the TV on and off, restarting the application, and even re-installing itnothing worked. To make matters worse, there's no live customer support to help with these issues. The online help system is a nightmare to navigate and not user-friendly at all. I was billed for the month on the 1st, canceled the subscription on the 2nd, and they still refused to refund my money. Extremely disappointed. I wouldnt recommend Sling TV to anyone.

    I signed up for a prepaid 4 month service for football season. I wanted to cancel and get a refund after I discovered that I did not get local channels. Sling TV refused to give a refund and now I am stuck with a service I won't use.

    Why isnt there a phone number to cancel my service?! Why do I have to give a payment card to speak on the phone with an agent?! Ive spent a good hour being jerked around. They have given me several different numbers to call, but all are for their partner Dish which doesnt do any good because even though they are partners, they dont handle sling customers! Ive never had such poor service. Not everyone is computer savvy! I accomplished nothing but frustration, trying to get help from a Sling representative. All I want is a Sling representative to help me! I dont think Im asking to much!!!!!????????

    I signed up for the $20 promotional package and specifically selected the Blue option only. I know that I only selected Blue because I had no desire to watch any of the channels on Orange. I was billed $27.50 + tax = $30.00. When I reached out to customer service, they claimed that I selected both. Total scam! The renewal is for $60, not $40. I'm positive that I am not the only person that this has happened to based on the super quick response from the agent on chat. ******* (the agent) seemed completely ready to answer me immediately with a 'no refund' response. Sling is nothing but a scam that offers sub par service.

    I had used Sling tv several years back when I lived in **. I now live in ******* and was using Xfinity cable until recently. They have just gotten too expensive, so I decided to go back to streaming. Since I had used Sling tv in the past, I signed up with them again. I dont know what has happened to their streaming service. My son told me that they are terrible, but I had a good experience in the past. He was right though. I cannot sit down and watch anything, no matter the time of day without continuous pauses. I mean sometimes it is every few minutes. It is not my internet service because I have the fastest speed that Xfinity provides. I play ********************* Amazon Prime, and I have no problems. It is Sling tv. They know that they are bad because it is hard to get a human on the phone. I spoke to technical support. They could not help. I spoke to a supervisor and she couldnt do anything and refused to give me a refund. Dont bother using them because you will just lose your money. I told them that they need to take my feedback back to management and figure out what they have done to ruin their streaming service. Its awful.

    The worst experience with customer support. My ********************** app was hacked outside of ***************** and now I can't use it after I paid ***** for the month and only used it for 10 days and they refused to refund my charge because of their cancelation policy. I have no idea on what to do.

    SCAM.Misleading customers with false information. I cancel my services 10min after I open the account when I found out that I need to get more and more "channel package's". I was charged through my amazon account even amazon don't have any business with them. Once I call to CS, they wash their hands saying that Amazon charged me and they are responsables for the refund and that's a lie. The agent A5R just keep repeating they are not responsable.The have to stop doing this, what is next BBB?
