    Disreputable Company - Do not subscribe! I have been without access to the app for 5 of the last 6 days. I've contacted customer support and tech support every day and there seems to be no fix that they can provide. I canceled my plan and requested a refund for March - they took their fee March 1 and then were no longer able to provide service or a solution. Their response to my request for a refund for the month was sorry - we do not give refunds - even if we can no longer provide service. It's a great racket. Take money promising a service - then not deliver and keep the money. Think about $40/month time hundreds of customers (assuming only a percent cancel) is lots of money - straight to the bottom line. Take the money, provide no product, and have customer service people (chatbots) tell you sorry chump, I can remember when that was called stealing.

    On 12/1/22, Sling increased my Blue package rate by $60 per year, an increase of just over 16%. Then on 2/2/22, I got an email saying the rate was going up another $60 per year starting 3/1/22 because they were adding the local *** affiliate as of 3/1/22, to join Fox and **** First, they don't provide *** in my market, and second, they surely raised my rate on 3/1/22, but *** has not been added to my lineup. Here is the email they sent on 2/2/22:--------------------------------------Subscription price update Valued Customer,Were pleased to inform you that with your Sling Blue subscription, youll soon have the addition of *** to go along with FOX & ***!Beginning March 1st, The Bachelor franchise, The Good ******* ***** Anatomy, ****** Elementary, the *** Finals and many more great shows will now be available to you with ***. Youll even be able to watch the Oscars on March 12th!In order to carry all three of these networks, your Sling ************ will see an additional $5 reflected on your next bill after March 1st.For many years, Sling has been able to absorb the increasing costs of carrying local broadcast channels. However, to provide FOX, *** and ***, our pricing needs to adjust to include some of the costs of offering these channels. We do not take this decision lightly and value your loyalty. Well continue to work to keep prices as low as possible while remaining the most affordable and valuable option for streaming live TV.Please note that this price update will not alter any other Sling services.Questions? Check out sling.com/help for more information. The Sling TV Team -----------------------This is beyond deceptive; they don't even mention in this email that only 8 markets will get the addition, but EVERYONE will be paying the increase. This is so shady. An almost 30% increase in cost over 3 months and then lying about increasing service? They need to refund the overcharge and lower the rate.

    Had Sling debit my account for $50 on 2/27. Debited my account again on 3/1. Mistakes happen. My issue is when trying to call customer service chat online is unavailable and when you call customer service automated message populates saying their service is down. I cannot get anyone to answer me via anything to let me know what the bogus charges are or to let me know they would be working on it. Customer service is nonexistent. I plan to cancel my subscription and warn others about what a horrible company this is.

    Sling TV is not honest in their advertisements and thus misleads customers. Their ******* package was advertised as including *** and it did not. Also, I signed up for their advertised first month for $20 but, they charged me $40. They refused to correct this when I cancelled services. Advertisements are misleading and take advantage of consumers.

    Paid $20 for Sling Blue to watch Super Bowl but there was no warning that it wasn't available where I live. Lost $20 and I'm a student. That's enough for half tank of gas and this streaming service is just blatantly ripping people off.

    Wow - apparently I'm not alone. Googled "How to watch the Super Bowl" and lots of answers (I'm sure paid by Sling) that says Slive** is a cheap way to watch the game. Maybe in ***********, but not in the rest of the country. But they don't SAY that when signing up. If you sign up for Hulu, it asks for your zip code and shows you the limitations. Sling doesn't do that (at least not easily findable). So you sign up, THEN find out Fox isn't available locally. Within two hours I contacted support via chat, but they were closed until the morning. They got back to me in the morning, a canceled the service, but didn't give me a refund (saying we've streamed more than 12 hours - which we must have left it on and turned off the ** while waiting for their response). BAD customer response, very deceitful, and dishonest. Absolutely do not recommend this company.

    Went on their website and it said fox in select markets but will not tell you which markets and I subscribed at 5:54 pm and canceled ay 6:10 pm the same day because my market is not on the list for fox pretty shady if not illegal to make someone pay to see if they are in a market that offers the *********************

    Streaming is ok, but try to change plans between orange and blue and you may get charged. I changed this past week and they charged me 3 times and it's still not right. Support did not treat me well. Slits still not fixed and said the fix is to try different devices *** it works. I guess my endless devices can make that happen.../s. I'd steer clear. The service isn't worth supports headache.

    I ordered sling on December 30 in order to watch the Steeler game New Years Eve. Turned on Tv and pro football and it said I needed a subscription, which I paid $40 for. Since I could not watch the game I cancelled Sling on January 1. I called and they told me they would not refund my money. Told them that was not fair. If I am not watching Sling, why can't I get my money back. He kept saying I could watch until the end of January. I have not seen their disclosure that they will not refund money back to a person. Total ripoff, This Sling TV is disgusting and would like to tell everyone not to subscribe to them. I would like to have my $40 back.

    Sling Tv advertised a television show. I paid $42 for the service. The show advertised was not available and the app on Roku acted wonky. I contacted Sling and asked to a refund. They refused to give me a refund. So, to recap, I paid for an advertised product. I did not receive the product. Sling owes me for services no rendered.
