      *** supposedly released 2 months ago and every 2 weeks since has not arrived. Each time they tell me it has been sent out express that day and will arrive in 2-3 business daysand still nothing. They are holding my money hostage.

      I am shopping for a new financial advisor and talked to a very nice and knowledgeable person. But he kept housing me to link my entire portfolio with him so he could see what I have and determine next steps. I got suspicious and told him I refused and will do research on them and others before I decide. He did send me questions to ask other firms, but he hung up quickly after I refused to link my portfolio with him! To me, this is a suspicious ask and my mind immediately goes to scam alert! He had me looking up my current mutual funds and said they all had hidden fees and that they charge 1/2 in fees and only use free funds. I said *****

      Got my hours cut during last half of 2024. Lost about 15 hrs of Overtime a week. Was behind on rent payments(not getting evicted, yet..). Had/have baby on the way. Will still not allow me to do a rollover or hardship withdrawal without medical bills outstanding and proof of threat of eviction. I understand anyone can say anything and try to take money out while lying but I could give proof of all these things but still can't hardship withdrawal without aforementioned documents. It is financially bad to to take out of 401k and should be avoided but in the end even if I didn't have these hardships it is my money and if I deal with repercussions that's on me and MY money. Try another service.

      They charge $50 for expedited service on rollover checks, but then dont expedite. I paid $50 and they sent a check by ******* with tracking, but not priority mail. I also paid $50 for expedited processing on a check to me that was sent via **** but also not priority. It took them 3 days in both cases to get the parcels to the carrier. I

      They hold on to your money as long as they can when you try to withdraw, customer service is horrendous at the least and always have an excuse high volume of calls

      Worst company ever!!! Made me jump through hoops just to get my own money!! Asked for a withdraw with direct deposit and was sent a paper check! Two weeks later check still hasnt arrived! Im about to be evicted but they dont care!! So I call to get the check cancelled and direct deposit as I asked for on the application! Now Im being told stop payment of a check they messed up on and sent me will take 5 days and then another two days for the payment to hit my account!!! Meanwhile I will be evicted waiting on MY MONEY that they messed up on! They dont care and I feel like its a scam!! All my money, no money contributed from the company!! Do not use this as a retirement company to oversee your money!! Thats probably why ********** gave it up to empower! It was much better as **********! Ive spoken to so many people on the phone and have been lied to over and over!

      They keep s******* my wife on her retirement she has been trying to get it cashed out since the end of October and they sent a check but wouldn't release the funds for it to be cashed they were supposed to wire it to her account and keep delaying it

      I have spoken to multiple representatives at the good for nothing company to send me my 401K check for the past month and these a******* will not give me my money. I spoke to a supervisor ****** who pretty much laughed in my face and said to let him know when i am ready to receive my check. Mind you i have moved to an entirely different state. These people are JOKERS!!!.. The worst thing on earth could literally not be as terrible as this company and some of the people that work for it!

      I wish I could give zero stars.They will delay and frustrate you when it comes the withdrawal.withdrawal for down payment on primary residence was delayed and hardship withdrawal is intentional delayed.I have faxed ,emailed and uploaded doc but they keep saying they are missing pages .What a fraudulent **************** its a scam
