A greedy and money-grubbing company with which the issues are beyond measure. Dealing with them has been nothing but strife for over 7 months of my time for one bill. Regrettably called them and had transport to hospital less than one mile away due to worsening condition. Received of a staggering ~ $2100 bill for going 0.8 miles from my home to hospital. While applying for financial aid, you have to "call" them first, and give private info over the phone so they can check if you "qualify". Workers are from overseas, so understandably I was not comfortable doing such a thing. Every worker when I called gave differing answers to questions, or often didn't know a thing about my bill. Their website is so stripped of services that they can use this excuse at any time to not help you. As well, they have no reliable email to have a paper-trail through, so record every call because you will hear something different each time you call about your bill/account. As many others state, if you can drive or get a Lyft/Uber to the hospital, it is cheaper and will get you there faster. Is better than having to deal with this terrible company.

Scammers! We're having 0 copay for any emergency services (including out-of-network), amr sent a bill to our insurance for $2700, agreed to discount so the insurance paid them $1300 and now they're asking the rest from us.

In 2016 I required 911 services. *** 2023 and ***************** on behalf of ******** capital partners is coming after me for 2016 unpaid balance. Hospital and everyone got paid 100% by my carrier back then. I am confused why they waited so long. Couldnt get a logical explanation from the billing staff at AMR, or Collections. I just received a letter and the *** code used is a catch all. NOS. So my carrier saw the Code3 and felt it was over kill. R55 should not have been used 116.9.My Carrier stated they billed incorrectly. Its irritating I have to do leg work 7 years later.

They are terribly difficult to get in touch with to discuss a bill you keep receiving and shouldnt be in a dialect you can understand. They continue to send a bill for ~$800 even after receiving payment from the insurance company. The insurance company even explained to them that we dont owe any additional cost (per ** code).and they still send a bill.

I received a bill and they are not registered with my insurance company so it was rejected by my insurance. If they chose not to register with the insurance companies then they aren't going to get paid. I would understand if I was with an obscure insurance company but it is their responsibility to ensure they are part of the major networks which I am.

I have worked in the medical field for over 10 ********* have NEV** been treated so rudely. I had to call 911 due to my ********** rate were stroke level. My pharmacy was having trouble getting my meds in on ******** was out of them for 3 days. I was very concerned about my ********** rate being so high. My lips were going numb, I was very dizzy, my hands were locked in a crunched position, very nauseated. Needed promethazine to help it.All the girl wanted to do was accuse me of seeking drugs. Kept saying if I go to ** I would get fired from my pain Dr. ** already knew the situation & wanted me to go to **. I told her to take me to Methodist in Mansfield where all my doctors are. That's where they always want me to go. She got very rude & ugly & sd "We are NOT passing by other hospitals just for you to go to Methodist. She sd that multiple times. I told her they know me & have all of my records for ALL of my diagnosis & know what to do . I finally sd I'm just going with my mom. She wasn't going to let me off the ambulance. Then asked the other girl if they could "allow" me to get off before they leave. They cannot hold you hostage! I told my mom I would just jump off if I had to. They continually kept accusing me on being a drug seeker. I wasn't going to the ** for drugs. I knew they would give me 2 shots in my back to calm ******* legs down. They were also very rude to my mom telling her "she just wants drugs from the **".Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Next time I need an ambulance unfortunately I will hesitate even though I have heart problems. Very very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Never again!!!

On june 22, i was appalled by the treatment I received by the whole crew but notably the curly haired girl and this other guy w a stocky build. I had called 911 the night before due to shortness of breath and angina. i called again the following night on the 22nd, i was given the 3rd degree about calling two nights in a row. Mind you i had pain and an O2 saturation about 92% several days. I experienced angina on one of those evenings. The crew did not even open up their supplies or measuring instruments. I rode in the back by myself. The curly headed woman challenged me for calling that night. Saying how the ** was going to do nothing for me, implying that i was wasting everyone's time. She was so sassy mouth couldn't believe these were "professionals". These ppl some day will get sued for lack of standard of care. Also upon arrival she gave the run down to the healthcare staff and said in a snide voice "she thinks she has heart issues". I ended up have 3 spots of abnormalities on my echo Curly Haired Girl! I hope they are not bullying elderly old ladies!!! Also another paramedic questioned me bringing my laptop to the **. He referred to me like i was "she" instead of including me in this antagonism. I ended up admitted to the hospital so glad i was able to message work, etc. These bullies do not belong in healthcare. They could have made a health problem worse by trying to fight w the patient!!! ********** ***** location area

5 years ago I was involved in natural environment accident where a heavy iron trash can lid blew off by the wind gust and hit me from behind clearly off my feet. The Mall Southlake Mall called 911 or whomever the ambulance service to assist me. The bill was outrageous for a 7 min commute to *****************. Long store short I reached out to this company to try and work out a payment and they could not be reached. Its like the number and billing I had didnt exist .. This was 3 years ago. So if it went into collection it was a no show on my credit report. Its 2023 and now Im receiving a **** bill to which this company after research has been know to bill people improperly. If there was a claim or suit my name should have been listen to *** them too.******************************************************************************************************************************** I want this off my credit report cause based on when this happen statute of limitations is 6 years and by June **** it will be 6years! They just put this billing on my credit report in 2023. They dont deserve that one star
