      The transport team lost my left hearing aid in their ambulance but the supervisor, ***************************, who openly admitted their error refused to ************* when I insisted on reimbursement! Corporate never responded, as well! Horrible company!I wanted to give zero stars for the review!

      Paid my bill in full upon receiving it. Then I get another bill for $400+ saying its passed due. Called and received boiler plate responses from someone who does not know the English language. Cant explain the charge to me. No results.

      I used AMR service in Sep'22 during a car accident. My insurance provider already processed the claim in 2022 and confirmed that there is no patient responsibility. The same was communicated with AMR, however, this business is continuing to send me a bill for $3,522.98 and is now threatening to send it for collections. I already called AMR several times and informed them to call my insurance provider to discuss this, but it looks like they want to get $3,522.98 from me. I'd like to request BBBs help to assist with this. Though I appreciate AMRs' help in assisting the emergency service, it is not ethical to pester patients for claims that were already processed by the insurance provider.

      Went to pay a bill 3 days after receiving it and was *********** was sent to collections!! Then I had a 25 point ding to my credit score. Criminal organizations.

      Absolute clown show of a business. They bill you what ever they want with no explanation. I didn't even need an ambulance but was told I couldn't continue treatment at the other hospital if I refused the ambulance ride. I was never informed that they were also out of network and in several lawsuits and have scammed many people. I will take my chances in a car before I ever get into another ambulance. Especially AMR.

      I had an ambulance ride FOUR YEARS AGO, back in 2019. I have lived at the same address forever. I had different, but very good PPO insurance back then. Never saw one bill from AMR, ever. I assumed, as anyone would, that my insurance covered it. It's actually been so long, who knows? I could have seen that they DID cover it, no idea. Almost four years later, apparently AMR has sent me to collections for a $2500 bill they say I never paid from AMR. I can't get any information on the original bill, I can't connect with my old insurance plan, I don't even remember what it was. I have absolutely no paperwork to prove this was an actual bill, whether it went to my insurance first for payment or not, etc. They expect me four years later to pay them $2500 and can't produce any records of anything. This is the most absurd, ridiculous thing I have ever seen in my life.

      Life Guard Ambulance service was conducted on 11/30/2020. On January, 2021, Anthem sent an Explanation of Benefits stating that the **** ($3404.00) was our responsibility since the ambulance service was out of network. I gave the ambulance service the secondary insurance information ********** and stated that they needed to **** them for the balance.In October, 2021, I receive a check ($75) from Anthem for the services. I did not cash the check because I did not want to obligate myself for the balance of the ****. I told Life Guard that I refused the payment from Anthem because it wasn't the full amount, and they needed to **** ********* I provided the information from *********In December, 2022, we were still receiving ****s from Life Guard. I contacted ******** and they stated that they would pay the ****. I then contacted Life Guard and they said that they would **** ********* No other correspondence was sent until September, 2023.In September 18, 2023, I received a **** from Life Guard. I called them and they said ******* did not have ******** eligibility. I provided the ** number and stated that he did have coverage. They said that they would **** ******** and let me know.On Oct. 3, 2023 1 received this letter from collections. I contacted Life Guard and they stated that Anthem said that they sent me a check for $3404 on 2/27/2022. They also stated that they ****ed ******** 8/18/2023 and the claim was denied. I called Anthem and ****** stated that they did not send a check for $3404, but did send a check for $75 on 10/2021, which was never cashed.I talked with a supervisor (could not understand what his name was), and he stated that if I had sent in the $75, they could have ****ed ********* This was the first time this was told to me. I told them that I would not be paying the **** and that if they accept the $75, it would be Paid in Full. They declined the offer and counter-offered a 20% discount, which I declined.

      AMR are an outfit of FRAUDSTERS. I have contacted them at least 5 times and given them them my insurance information 5 times and they even confirmed with me that they already had my insurance information. They just keep sending to me their obfuscating invoices, conveniently omitting insurance information, except that I have medical insurance and they claiming that my insurance information isnt valid. Its great that Im highly educated. AMR tries to BULLY their customers. If they turn my bill over to a COLLECTION AGENCY, they will have to pay them. Would NOT be surprised if collection agencies refuse to take their SLIMY business.FYI, due to HIPAA LAWS, YOUR medical information is illegal for them to file any negative information that *** effect your credit scores!!! They have my contact and medical information, so henceforth Ill just round file their invoices.Another FYI, they outsource payment processing to ***************, so nothing ever gets resolved.In closing, AMR = FRAUDSTERS!!!

      HORRID company. They are a scam. They hassle the elderly. Keep billing me for a bill I paid immediately upon receipt.**** is from March 21, 2022. They are sending me harassing letters monthly and threatening to send me to a collection agency (for a bill that was immediately paid in full.) First they offered to send me a $100. gift card if I paid it in full (it had already been paid in full.) The threatening letters kept coming. I sent them a copy from my insurance company and ******** EOB, SHOWING that they had been paid in full, and that they had CASHED the check. Still kept getting harassing letters from them. I called on Aug.29, 2023 to make them stop. I was told to call in 2-3 weeks, my account was going to their "review" department. I called today, Sept. 27, 2023, 4 weeks later and my account is still in "review." I asked to speak to supervisor, none available. Big surprise. They asked if I wanted a call back, I said yes. I was told they will call me in 3-5 days. TOTAL BS. I am so frustrated. They need to close my account, is PAID IN FULL and AN APOLOGY letter IN THE MAIL for harassing us. I am too old for all of this hassle. trip *************** I would give them a **** rating if I could. So rude. You should be ashamed.
